My husband stopped in at our new, local Cinabon in the Pilot Truck Stop this morning. There was no one at the counter, but employees were sitting at a nearby table. He asked if he could get help as he wanted the freshest rolls possible. They told him they were on their break and he'd have to wait about 10 minutes to get waited on. They told him if he didn't want to wait they had prepackaged rolls. He asked how old they were and they said about 6 hours. There are no dates or sell by stickers on packaging to indicate freshness. He finally picked some prepackaged rolls as he needed to get going and they wouldn't even check him out but told him he'd have to go to gas station register to pay. Horrible customer service. Why are employees all on break at the same time leaving their business unattended? Doubt we'll be back. The rolls purchased tasted a lot older than a few hours too.

Our order for 2 large cinnabons was taken and we paid extra for caramel on the side. Our order was boxed and placed in bags. We waited for quite a while for the two sides of said we could not get caramel on the side even though we had already paid for it. There was no offer for a refund and the manager came over and did greet us at all and started putting caramel directly on the cinnabons. The manager was completely unprofessional and I will not visit this branch ever again in the future.
As a paying customer, I am requesting a refund and or a coupon which I will use at a different branch. The "manager" needs public communications skill training or should not be in that position at all.

I was asking for some stix and the lady who name was victoria the manager didn't want to make some because she was by herself with a bad attitude she was rude at me and I didn't like the way she answered and the way she was to be a manager I think they need to respect the customers and also they didn't have forks ... I think customer are first and they don't have nothing on the windows that's bad for a good company

Hello I went today to West field to get a cinnabon 4 pk as a mother gift but unfortunately the store did not have any ready I said If they had any in the back and they said it would take a 1 hour to be ready, that is very unconbiniant to have in the menu and not have it in the store. unethical behavior for nurses week
On May 09, 2018 I went to Cinnabon located in Westfield Trumbull Mall Trumbull CT because I saw they were giving a free cinnabon to nurses for nurses week. I showed the worker my license and she tells me "Oh my boss says it's only for RN's". I am a Licensed practical Nurse and I felt extremely disrespected. This week is in celebration for ALL nurses and for her to turn me away because I am not a registered nurse is not okay. I do just as much as an RN and I do not appreciate the disrespect from your employees. I have been going to cinnabon since I was a child and now you have lost a valuable customer. I hope this never happens to another customer because it was a big slap in the face.

Gainesville FL Mall. We were with our grandson and purchased 2 Cinnabons and a water. My Cinnabon was heated in a microwave, chewy and tough. The worst Cinnabon I've ever had including ones I've purchased at service stations. I asked for a cup since I purchased a bottle of water and was told I would have to pay for the cup.

I purchased a Chillata for my 8 year old daughter Saturday April 28, 2018 about 5:14 pm. As we begin to return to the food court my daughter tasted the drink and noticed it tasted funny. I wasn't feeling very well so my older daughter volunteered to take my 8 year old back to the counter to return the drink, in exchange for something else. She returned the first time to get the correct receipt, as I purchased two items and had given her the wrong one. I noticed my daughters were taking a while to return so I begin to walk toward Cinnabon where I met my daughter explaining the delay. She told me that a manager by the name of Maria had gotten real nasty with her, rolled her eyes and said, this isn't even the right receipt! That's when she came to me for the correct one, and when she brought it back she looked at it and said, why should I make her another one, when she's probably not going to like that one either! So, I'm not going to make her another one, for what?! Then my daughter ask, well cold we have another one anyway? Maria replies: I'm not going to make her another one for her not to like that one too! My daughter then ask for a refund, and Maria refused a refund, and my daughter said no, my right is my refund and I want a refund. Maria replies: No! My daughter says, mam I have a right to a refund, and you will refund me my money due to me! Finally, Maria refunds the money and agressively hands her the money. I must say that I am extremely bothered by this exchange coming from an adult to, two children. I'm very appalled, and find this behavior to be unacceptable.

Saturday 4/14/2018 I stopped at the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi. On my way out I decided to stop by the Cinnabon counter... there were four employees working and the line of 4 people hardly seemed to be moving. I continued to wait in line for 15 minutes and not one person who was in line had their order or money taken by the employees who were busy standing around talking! I ended up leaving as did the customers in line behind me!

I went to a Cinnabon at the mall in Phoenix, AZ and presented my free iced coffee coupon on my phone, but the girl said they didn't accept coupons. Then I told her that the coupon was for this Cinnabon, and she said that I had to print it out so they they can staple it to the receipt. I was gonna buy a Cinnabon to go along with the iced coffee but after they said that I decided to go elsewhere

freebie for birthday
I always go to the Cinnabon on security square mall. In fact I probably know all the employees there. On my specia day, my birthday they refused to give me a free iced coffee after I presented my ID and coupon on my phone. Who now a days prints coupons? Every store that honors birthday rewards is on the phone. I will NEVER order from here again. A repeat customer will refuse to shop or purchase here because you guys are out of date. What a shame.
chicken ceasar salad
I've ordered chicken ceasar salad and one other item online (paid by credit card) here in Kuwait (through an application called Carriage), then when I've recieved the order the chicken ceasar salad was from McDonald's not Cinnabon, knowing that McDonald's salad is cheaper than the one I've ordered (I ordered it for 1.8 Kuwaiti Dinars)! Please note that I haven't been informed that it is going to be from a different restaurant (although it's totally wrong).

We went to Cinnabon at the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, AZ and ordered two Cinnabon original rolls. When we got them home to enjoy our treats they were cold, dry and hard. There wasn't enough frosting. We used to get an extra little tub of the frosting but guess they don't do this anymore? Anyway, our experience with this Cinnabon was very disappointing to say the least. I hope this is not a representation of the Cinnabon brand. We are hoping it was just some kind of fluke. We have always loved Cinnabon!

I was at your Cinnabon at Mc Carran International Airport in Las Vages on January 19 2018 at 4:22 P.M. and I got the Cin Stix 5 pk that were the worst I have ever had. they where hard and she put them in the Microwave to warm up. I always get them in the Green Bay Mall and they are warm and very soft. these tasted like they were made the day before. On 7-22-17 I stopped at the Walt Whitman Travel Pkaza. I purchased a classic 6 pack of Cinnabon at 3:11PM. The cashier Samantha offered to heat them up, advising they were put out that morning. I accepted her offer to heat up 2 of them. After I got back on the highway and tried to eat my Cinnabon I realized that what I thought was exceptional service turned out to be a cover up and the worst Cinnabon experience ever. I could barely stick my fork in the Cinnabon. It was hard and stale and definitely not edible. After arriving home I touched the others and although I shared my experience with my husband, he tried to taste one himself and found out very quickly that I wasted my time and hard earned money! Yes all $16.02! I called the . My info was taken and I received a call back on 7-23-17 and was advised I would receive a refund and some coupons. To date I haven't received anything. Can you please check into this matter.

My family and I were extremely disappointed in our experience last night at the Cinnabon in Nashville, TN. We were ignored the first 15 seconds while standing there. Then Kyaira, who wasn't wearing a name tag, I got her name off of the receipt, kept moaning and sighing every time I asked a question. We will NOT be back, ever. Worst customer service
stale cinnabons - not fit for consumption
I purchased a box of Cinnabons (Pecan) for 85 Saudi Riyals ($23 or £18) from Makkah Mall in Makkah, Saudi Arabia around 4:30 on 12th May 2017. I opened the pack later to eat one of them at the airport as I was returning to the UK. The cinnabons were rock solid and not fit for eating. On my return to the UK I emailed Cinnabon Customer Services on line and in over two weeks, I have not had a response.
I would like a refund or replacement of the stale products.
They make those Cinnabons in the UK, and then they fly them out to Arabia, (S. Africa, etc). You should have just waited until you got to Heathrow to indulge. I don't know what else to tell you.

I visited Cinnabon Waterfront, Cape Town yesterday on the 1st June 2017, i received one of the worst customer experiences ever! My friends and i went to the store where we were ignored for the first 15 seconds as the staff were having a chat in Xhosa and once they finished laughing proceeded to greet us as if we were their friends. Once asked what we would like we were interrupted by another staff member (mid order) who asked us what sport we play, when my friend told them that he is a boxer they then proceeded to laugh at him, calling him "too skinny" to be a boxer. They continued laughing for at least a minute which made me feel as if they were under the influence of marijuana as their eyes were red too. My friend was becoming increasingly annoyed as all we wanted to do was order, once they finished laughing they proceeded to ask again what his order was. Eventually after 5 minutes we received our order. I was to put off by this experience to place an order.

On Monday night I purchased a Cinnabon as my cheat meal, and was extremely disappointed when I opened this. I didn't even eat it, this is raw dough and will make people very sick. It has the texture of gum. They're always like this at this location but I haven't been in so long I thought it would be addressed by now. So disgusting and extremely upset by this. Think of the people who just thought it was gooey and fresh out of the oven (which it wasn't because the outside was hard as a rock). Ick.

I would like to report a rude rep with Cinnabon located at Lehigh Valley Mall, 176 Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall, PA 18052. She wiped off her name on her name tag, she was only black girl on shift on Sunday 1/8/2017 @ 4:11pm. She didn't listen to what I asked for after I told her I didn't want the item she slammed her hand on the garbage bin. She was extremely rude and didn't care about customer service - she also charged me incorrectly. If this is the type of customer service Cinnabon hires I want no part in support your company.

I stopped at a flying j plaza near marion indiana just off highway 69. I ordered a center of the roll cinnabon. It seems like it had been there a long time, it was very dry. This was not up to the standard of your product. I was very disappointed. I was driving and could not return to the place I bought the roll. Substandard cinnabon roll. : (. Will not buy from a travel plaza again. Food sits too long.
