As a worldwide brand, I like to chill out in circle k, during traveling long rides, a new gas station is opened a few meters before Cairo - Alexandria gates, the store manager is publishing managerial issues on the wall.. WTF, it's simply disgusting, shouldn't happen here.. it should be professional! She published tasks & salary deductions on walls
the cashier ran my card for charges then said it did not gi through I had to pay cash then I checked card the took two charges
My daughter was at the circle k off of 44 the store with subway manager name Ruth. My daughter went in to get gas she swipe my card and then the cashier said it was declined. Then the cashier told my daughter there was only 19.99 on the card she ran it for that. Then my daughter paid in cash 37.00 in cash and the cashier did not give her a receipt. My daughter was so upset she exit the store and called on the card two transactions were ran for the amount of 42.56 and 19.99 the total amount on the card. $62.55 was taken off my card. My daughter called me and I asked her to go back in side the store and I wanted to speak to the cashier over the phone. She told me that the card did not go through I told her the transaction was posted and is showing she then said give it 24 to 48 hours. MY daughter hung up. I called the store the next day because I called my card company and I told them what took place on September 10th 2018. I called and spoke to Ruth manager of your store and I told her my card company had placed the 19.99 back on the card and they said to call you the store to assure that the 42.56 was being taken care of. And it has not your manager told me she was going to call corporate and asked me for the card last 4 numbers and my name. I feel your manager knows that they had made a error and are not correcting the issue.

I've had an unlisted telephone number for most of my life as well as it listed on the Federal Do Not Call Registry for over a decade. Since registering I have not had a single call until now.
After entering my number (for a slight discount) at the local Circle K store, I have been receiving multiple calls daily. The "calling number" is obviously phony. I allege the calls are to verify if it is an active number. Verified by answering.
Until now, I purchased all my gasoline & cigarettes from Circle K... in excess of $400.00 per month, for years! That practice has come to an abrupt end! My family will no longer be making purchases either.
Now... compare the few cents you made off of selling my telephone number to the thousands of dollars in annual sales. Just from ONE extremely irate customer!

I have been going to that store for about 10 years now I recently in concert with the manager I had walked in with someone and he the both of us out because number one he said that the guy that walked in with me sleeps outside so he banned me from there from sleeping for him sleeping outside and him for so-called stealing what she didn't even still the cameras showed everything and he was not allow me to go into the store that I've been going to for so long I live literally right behind there behind the store and I've been living here for years and I'm very disappointed that now that they've he is like very rude and threatens to call the cops every single time and most of the employees that work there live in my complex three of them to be exact so it's like profiling against the gay guy that's how I'm feeling and it's not right that I have to walk all the way up to the Circle K by San Pedro and Cypress when I live right behind one

I took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata through the car wash at the new location in North Port, FL on the corner of Price Blvd and Sumter Blvd on 9/11/2018 around 1:45pm and got the standard wash for $11. I heard a loud noise when we were in the car and the red scrubbers were going across the top of the car. After the wash I noticed that the "antenna" on top of the car was missing. And there was a splatter of some sort of chemical on the rear passenger door, that will not come off. I feel as though this car wash was completely unsatisfactory and I am extremely angered that the antenna broke, as I have only had this car 2 months or so. I feel as though something needs to be done.

One of the circle k truck drivers had a lot of debri and rocks falling from trucks and my windshield is now damaged from the debri. I'm a college student and cannot afford to repair or replace my front windshield. Is there any help circle k can do for me ? I really would appreciate if my windshield could be repaired or replace of, I understand things happen but I'm not in a financial position to pay for anything, I'm unemployed and a full time student. Please help

I am having a huge issue with the new manager Mia at the store in Reddick fl . She is VERY rude and threatens the employees daily about writing them up . Everytime i go in there she is either on her phone, talking to some man or sitting behind the desk "watching the cameras " I have been in there with only 1 cashier and she(Mia ) was laughing and giggling with a man standing by the Ice machine meanwhile i was customer number 7 in line with atleast 5 more behind me she didnt offer to help the other girl at all . . I like the old manager Kathy much better ..

Was traveling and went to circle k in hokinsville kentucky. I am a regular circle k customer in lebanon kentucky so when I travel I try and find circle k stores. My phone number is [protected]. I went in the store with my son to get polar pops and gas. I pulled up to a non pre paid pump. Went inside store to get refill on my drink in which I always do with my circle k cup. The worker was trying to charge me full price for my drink and would not set the pump so my husband could fill it up. I handed her my debit card to hold while I stood in store so we could full up our gas and she refused to turn the pump on. She continued to be rude and was actually cussing me told me she got off at 2:30 or 3:30 can't remember what time she said and to meet her she would stomp my a$. she was very rude and refused to take my money drinks said it was on her. I ended up paying at the pump for my gas. She refused to give me her name and she was not wearing a name tag. She was a black woman. If you could take action on this I would appreciate it.

I come into this store about three to four times per day and night I buy all my gas here I own my own company it's not very far from my house sometimes I work really late hours till 1 or 2 in the morning and I'll grab a drink and sit in the parking lot in the read the news for a little while before I go home nobody ever seems to have any kind of trouble with that but when this woman Dolores works she knows exactly who I am that I am not a criminal that I own my own business and I never bother anyone but every time she works she calls the police or the sheriff's department how me she's already got in trouble for it once now she's doing it again she does it just for spite she's a very vengeful person she should not be working for the public anywhere also she has a man come up here when she's working with a service dog and he just doesn't come in and get a drink or a snack like I do he sets up shop in there and lets his dog run around all over the place inside the store for hours not very sanitary

I sent my son to the store, to get bread, the bread was up to date but stunk, and tasted bad ! I sent him back to the store to get a refund or get another bread, the person at the cash register was getting smart and rude and sent my son back so I came up there, I told her I know she smelled it and it was bad! She even said it my son told me! She had a attitude said she couldn't deal with this to her manager and her manager gave me my refund! I am a frequent visitor of this store, pretty much daily and just now Wednesday September 2018 at 7:05 p.m. I stopped to get a drink and a pack of cigarettes. I went to fountain drink machine and noticed the cashier just eyeballing me for some reason, I don't know why, but I really didnt pay that any mind and was filling my drink up and noticed they have a sale thing hanging off the machine that says if I buy a drink I get a 20 oz dr. Pepper for 99 cents. Cool. Thats what i drink. I walk and get a 20 oz dr. Pepper and started walking to the cashier and noticed they have Skittles on sal, buy one get one for a dollar of the share size skittles. I grab 2 bags and go to the counter and I notice right away that the cashier has an attitude with the customer in front of me. The lady was asking for lottery tickets and the girl was rolling her eyes and sighing outloud, just visably irritated. Lady leaves and i put my fountain drink, 20 oz Dr Pepper and 2 bags of share size skittles on the counter and asked for a pack of Kool shorts. The skittles ring up for normal price and I explained to her that they are on sale buy one get one for a dollar and point at the sign hanging by the candy showings at the chair size is in fact on sale. She tells me no that's where the king size... So I point at the sign and show her where it says share size and then to the bag of Skittles that says share size. She starts getting loud saying this and that this and that so I put the Skittles down and say forget it just give me a pack of kools and the drinks. So she goes to ring up to dr. Pepper Sans it rings up for normal price so I point to the sign that is a literally 5 feet from her that says if you buy the polar drink that the 20 oz dr. Pepper is $0.99 and tell her it's literally right there and she started to argue about that. so I say well I don't want the doctor Pepper just give me the drink and a pack of kools and she starts yelling y'all getting an attitude with the wrong person blah blah blah and I told her she was the only one getting an attitude that i was just pointing out the signs that clearly stated both items were on sale. So then she says fine and she snatches my drink out of my hand and says I'm just going to deny you service and starts cussing under her breath mumbling. The girl clealry is either racist or just hates people in general, j dont know, but just because you dont like your job or whatever, you work in the service industry so you don't need to take it out on your customers better in there 10 times a week.

Went into store to purchase a pack of cigarettes and employee started cursing at me demanding i tell my wife to come in there so she/he could confront my wife on some he said she said garbage demanding i tell my wife to come into the store right then words were exchanged i called the store manager at home i hope she deals with it if this person contito work there after cussing me out in front of other people i will take my business to one of the other two gas stations right across the street they have audio all of this can be confirmed with that.

On (8/28/18), I (bought) a ( Slush mix drink ) (it was prepared in a 42 oz Polar Pop Cup) (location :at Circle K, 12392 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, La, 70811 date: 8/18/28/ …. Also: Receipt, and Video of encounter with employees...and also...my own video on this episode, as well as other documented information).
Note:, (The Slush drink which was prepared in a Polar Pop 42oz Cup 4202 F0A) ( was Contaminated with spoiled and sewage stench Mix ) (it caused me to have headaches and nausea like symptoms an hour later and ultimately in a Urgent Care Department) At approximately 8:24pm, on the above date, I purchased the Slush mix, having going to my vehicle I had sucked some of the Slush mix down as I usually do, having realized what I had just swallowed infuriated me, what I was smelling and tasting made me realized that I had just drank a contaminated mix.) I was infuriated even more after with what one of the stores Clerk had stated to me. So after returning back inside to explain the problem: for example, after I had returned inside I mentioned to a Clerk that the Slush mix was not suitable to drank because it was spoiled mix in it, , , , the clerk's response was that he knew about the mix being bad...….I immediately asked him why if he knew this mix was contaminated why then would he not shut the machine down to prevent health issues...the clerk's response was that the manager had told them not to change it any way... I couldn't believe what I actually just heard, so I asked the clerk, so you telling me that you mentioned it to your manager that the mix was bad and she said it don't matter not to shut it down (the store clerk said yes)…. I then mentioned to them that they should shut it down regardless. See: store video on above date. As you watch exhibit "A", the video in which I recorded, the other store clerk is plainly heard stating that " Basically they didn't allow them to even operate the machine ... let alone, change the machine. This type of unimaginable transfer of information (from a manager ) (s) position, one of Safety and Leadership responsibility, was willfully and recklessly misused and abused (which caused Me to get sick )(no telling how many others may have drank it as well) The store clerks/Manager knowing that the mix was not suitable allowed contaminated mix to be sold to the public. The Clerk further stated that she did not even know how to clean the machine...she's further heard on the video saying that the mix had a (sewage smell).(It's a wonder I had a presence of mind "because of headaches and a nausea feeling I began to experience, " I returned back to the store to talk further with the clerk and to ask them to remove the mix, I had noticed that it was still up and running. So in the course of engaging the clerk with the issues relating to the mix/machine, I left her with the suggestion of draining the machine and shutting it down. I left the store... See: Exhibit "A"...… After experiencing headaches throughout the night things took a turn for the worst (I began feeling real nausea and vomiting and cramping real bad) this lasted throughout the night, when I finally fell asleep I woke back up vomiting and cramping more...till I finally fell asleep...to awake the next morning vomiting and cramping all over again... I finally had the strength to go to the "Urgent Care." to seek medical attention.( I am now taking medicine and resting to get the affects of that mix out of my system...……) It is for the Complete disregard of public safety, and for the inadequate training of the employees... the two clerks at the store that night both stated that they were "TOLD" not to shut the machine down...it was as if they would be punish some type of way if they were to shut the machine off and drain the mix (I was astounded by the fact that they seemed somehow restricted from "using their own (on- site) subject" in order that they may prevent an health risk to the public)... and most of all to assure that establishments such as this one would never condone nor hire Managers that would subject the public to decease or health issues;;;...The Circle K web site where it states ….., , ,

This manager and employees were so far removed from this store's web pages' scope of responsibilities one would have as a store manager/employee as it relates to the public and their health .
I would appreciate your ( appropriate response after and upon receiving such information on such establishment .
The public is entitled to be free from contaminated products, Moreover, the public should never be knowingly subjected to contaminated products regardless under any circumstances whatsoever etc.) Enclosed are copies (of receipts, medical records, video and audio recordings.)
COMPENSATION DAMAGES: Medical Expenses, out of pocket expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering $50, 000.
PUNITIVE DAMAGES: "Triple Punitive Damages".. in order to send a message to Circle K on the hiring and training practices of its managers and employees on "Public Health Risk" and in ( "On-Site") employee evaluation where the stores' product may pose health risk to the public (which in this case it did).. The Store Manager/employee had a duty to maintain a safe environment, sale safe products (not expired products) and eliminate unreasonable dangers. In this case The Manager/Employees breached its duty to the public (and to me). . See: Health Inspectors Report by (Mrs. Denise Stevenson), who visited the site and documented in her report that the Machine had to be shut down because of sanitation reasons, also because the slush mix bags were expired. Furthermore, the manager/employee knew the mix was contaminated with sewage stench and willfully & recklessly allowed it to be sold to the public thereby, breaching their duty by maintaining and selling contaminated slush mix causing someone to get sick. It is for this reason that I am seeking $250, 000. Punitive Damages.

Store #1984 in Vista, CA
The manager Jessica, seems to be short fused and tempered when she is at work every time I come in as a customer. She becomes rude, mouthy and short fused with not just her customers and giving them service but also with her employees as well. Roughly, 80% of the time, she always seems to be in a bad mood and takes it out on not just us customers but out on her employees as well. She's sending the wrong message out for your company and is at times unprofessional. I feel she needs to be retrained on her professionalism and demeanor in general. Thank you.

Early morning of 9/4/2018/ Circle K 4801 W Gandy Blvd 33611. Employee Jelan (jaelen) not sure of spelling, in appropriately propositioned my 15 year old daughter and her best friend on their way to Robinson High School. Beyond asking for the phone numbers, once they told him they were underage, he did not stop with his advances. He asked them to skip school and hang out at his house, offered to sell them alcohol anytime he was working and suggested he could get drugs for them. My daughter has this on video, but I wanted to contact your office prior to releasing anything to spare her embarrassment. This is not an employee that should represent your organization .

I was in the store in Hillsboro NH and witnessed a customer being rude to by the assistant manager Lori. She said the customer had made remarks about a new hire and the customer didn't say anything about anyone. That store has very rude people working there. This is not the first time I have witnessed employees being rude to customers. The manager John is also rude to customers and employees. Some of these people need to be retrained in customer relations.

I have been shopping at your store for about 3 months now and i have been receiving bad services since i began shopping with your company. I have had my change thrown at me without an apology and i have been in line waiting for a male employee to return to the register. 9/1 Today I proceeded to go to the drive thru at this location. A very rude male employee came from behind my car on the drivers side... because the drive thu was tight, he proceeded to rub his entire body down the side of my car, barely squeezing his large belly up against my mirror, all the while his coat zipper and lanyard with a badge up against my car. I put my window down asking him what the hell ge thought he was doing... he clearly could have went on the other side of the car, or around to nit have to squeeze up against cars...
In addition to his stupidity, he proceeded to be VERY rude, talking about me to the vehicle in front of me... great customer service huh... he is in the wrong, and yet he is rude to me?
I put my car in reverse and backed OUT of the drive thru. I immediately called and asked to speak to the mgr, Karen... I explained the situation and asked that this issue be addressed with this rude employee..
She indicated that she was the assistant manager, and that she left a note for the manager. Sound like snitching wS said to the employee... nothing was done.
That is why I am writing the corporate office.
This employee is representing Circke K, is rude, condescending and has no respect for customers or their property. How many other customers has he done this to, or been rude to?
I live close to this location and will not return to this location because of what occurred today. I will be sure to spread the word to friends and neighbors too...
