I worked with circlek for 6 months ive done everything i was asked to do even beyond what was required. I was fired 2weeks ago cause I've given 5 free polar pops while on my shift...i understand my actions are unjustly and that it's not ok. The reason why im contacting you guys today is because a week prior to me getting fired i had worked 1st shift, while doing so i over heard my manager n my assistant manager that close to 1000 dollar's is missing on my assistant manager bank run and not once was he suspended and fired to this day that money is still missing. During my time there plenty of my fellow co worker's have been late multiple times and not once was my co worker's gotten fired or even suspended. I've seen my manager n assistant manager give free polar pops all the time and also I've seen them take tobacco products, also my assistant manager has given his fellow coworker a free pack of tobacco product only charge them for 3 of them. I find it extremely unfair n unjustly that I've been let go and not once has anyone else been punished for there actions. If this issue has not been resolved i hve no choice to sue the company. Tamara was extremely rude. Went in to buy alcohol and cigarettes for my boyfriend and myself. She ran up the items and I pressed credit not thinking anything about it. She tells me I need to hand her my ID I do and she stats yelling at me saying she doesn't understand why I would press credit. I explained to her it was my boyfriends card she asked me why I would make such a dumb decision. She called her manager to ask what she should do and how to refund the money back to the card. So she did that and I told her I knew the pin and asked if we could do debt instead. So she calls her manager again and the manage says okay and we proceed with the transaction all while this rude lady was giving me attitude. By far the rudest lady I've ever came across.

I use the store at 4122 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, register 2, the time was around 4 pm Saturday evening, this young lady I give her my lottery form and she questions me about whether I want it back, i am under the impression if I gave you money, lottery forms and tickets to check you give them back to me without questions, perhaps tell me if I won or not, she was being paid by a known rapist to get me to say certain words, he is Derrick O'mara who has been following me for 10 years, police know this information, your cashier was out of place, I notice she did not do that to any white customers, handle your business with this young lady thank you Patricia Prince Rozier

She worked the midnight shift, and while working she saw 2 men behind her counter and filling bags up with cartons of cigarettes and her own personal belongings, such as her cellphone. That is her only form of communicating with anyone.
I used to patronize this store, but, with lori parra gone, I won't patronize your facility, (I am handicapped) and will not recommend this location to anyone. I am contacting all the local t. V. Stations and tell them how they treat their loyal employee. She worked early off the clock because the men who work there are just lazzy!
As for the manager, he shouldn't be in management at all. He was looking for a scrapegoat, and lori parra was his target. I will organize a boycott for t. V. Coverage! Think about all the free publicity it will generate. I won't mind protesting with my only eye I have vision with! Well I have to go, more letters to write, city officials, newspapers, and anyone else who can see how much bad press coverage this will expose to circle k, and not only this store at cave creek road and sweetwater, but, all of your stores! Might want to straighten out this terrible act your company is doing. P. S. This will not be the last time you hear from me or others that are very upset and will discontinue shopping there at all.

The employee herself can contact her HR department if she wishes to debate this, but this is really none of your business.
unethical behaviour
Stopped into store 3720 tonight after work, just like I always do. The employees are always very friendly, however, tonight, one employee, who I have never seen, said something so rude I couldn't shake it. I always stop and get 2 Polar Pops after work for myself and my husband. Tonight my husband wanted cherry coke, so as I was filling the cup, the machine started to make the dreaded noise that tells you the BIB is almost empty. I've worked with enough soda machines to know that sometimes you can still get your cup finished filling before it is out. However, the employee thought differently because she shouted at me "if it's out, it's out." As you can imagine, this caught me very off guard, so I just decided to get a different drink, so I wouldn't get shouted at again. Once I got to the register she was a little more friendly, but I still wanted her name. I tried checking her name tag but she had a large emoji sticker hiding her name. She was blond with a blue-ish streak and had many tattoos. I don't mean to get anyone in trouble, but there is no reason for an employee to be so rude to a customer, especially when all the employee had to do was change the BIB when she was no longer busy, and I would have happily waited.
You should contact the store. They can probably figure out who the employee is in question and re-train her.

At around 845p 900p I purchase a soda and chips. When I took my items to the register your employee a young female continued to text on her phone after I said hello. After the second hello she looked up then proceeded to keep texting. After she completed her text message, did she then ring up my items. After she was complete there was no thank you or anything. After I was done a lady behind me told her there was something leaking in the store. Maybe if she was not on the phone she would have known there was something wrong in the store. Her behavior was very unacceptable and she has totally given you guys a bad mark in my eyes regarding your company. I'm sure if you look at the store cameras around 845 900 on 11/24 you will see the situation I was speaking of.

my family member works at circle k, never calls out, always covers others shifts, but is treated the worst in the store. the 22 year old assistant manager (rachel) is lazy, leaves early, doesnt do her job, bans valued customers from the store that she just doesnt like (video tape proven customer did nothing wrong), gives away items free, refuses to work any holiday so of course my family member covers and has a child, yet nothing happens the assistant manager rachel. my family member had surgery and when she went back to work she was under doctors orders to only work 4 hour shifts while recovering, but her second day back rachel made her work 8 to 10 hour shifts for the next week because rachel the assistant manager refused to work or left early. the assistant managers corporate boss (bernita) was informed of all of what ive typed and refuses to do anything about it to the assistant manager, the corporate boss bernita also pulled a guilt trip to make my family member work shifts after surgery. my family member has been told shes one of the best employees theyve had yet gets treated like dirt and shes ready to quit because of this lazy assistant manager and corporate manager. BOTH of these managers need to be fired! two terrible employees are going to have nothing done to them and the good one (my family member is going to quit because of them) SOUND RIGHT? NO! not to mention my family members repeated problems of not being able to access her money on her own pay card!
customer service at your alma school and dynamite location in scottsdale az
I was getting gas at the Alma Schooland Dynamite Rd location in Scottsdale AZ. I was trying to use my Fry's BIP card to use my points and save money on gas. The pump could not read my card so I went inside. I spoke with Ross at the counter and explained the problem. He took my Fry's card and my debit card, and asked how much gas I wanted. I told him twenty dollars. He then swiped my debit card and announced that my VIP card could not be read inside either. I told he had not swiped my VIP card, , just my debit card. He said nothing and stared at the screen in the cash register. I repeated to him that he had not swiped my VIP card. He looked at me and said rudely " Alright already"! I said just forget it. He said in a teaser tone, " it's forgotten". I stood there for a couple seconds in disbelief and he then looked at me and said "go get your gas already "!. I am furious and believe Ross has no place in a customer service position.

I payed for five dollars gas in cash. It says it was pumping it but it didn't give me gas. I have a digital reader and it's still stayed the same so to make sure it wasn't my car I went and but the same amount in down the street and I actually could hear my gas pumping and my digital reader said 45 miles after pumping. The employees at this circle k are so rude and lazy . I've had several problems with this store in westmorland ca

Im standing in line (with about 9 other ppl) as my turn approached THE CASHIER, JULIE looked at me with the nastiest l, hateful look on her face and ask "what I wanted" i said "I'm getting cigarettes I have just enough for crowns I think lemme count my change" as im counting you can tell JULIE is becoming more interupted my counting and ask "uhm, what kind of crown u want" I replied "menthol 100s" then slid her all the change I had in my hand and then my 3 one dollar bills, she looks up and says "(.95 cents)? " and I said "do i need to get a nickle.out of the car? She snatches up my 3 dollars and is huffing talking about "psh I mean u didn't even tell me how much this was" and when i said "its your job to count the money and change when handed over to you, asked once again if I should go back for the 5cents I was short... She rolled her eyes at me and I said ma'am you're suppose to be respectful and help your customer" then she snatches the cigarettes up and throws all my money back at me saying I can "take my business somewhere else" so i leaned over the counter looked at her and said "can you even do that?!" Then she called over he other employee to escort me out and I grabbed my stuff and walked out.
**** forgot to mention while waiting in line 2ppl ahead of me she stops and tells a man 3 ppl behind me to "Go ahead he's good" and he walked out with an arm ful of drinks and candy.
selling expired dairy
I purchased a overpriced gallon of milk twice the grocery store price. It was expired. I live 2000 feet away. Got home in morning my son eats cereal threw up in car. I miss the whole day of work watching him. Later in day I went to drink milk. Rotten. Was three days five days past exp. I take the milk over. This woman would not do anything. All I wanted was another milk. She said I could have got anywhere. Asked for my receipt! This is the crazy part. I buy stuff there all the time. Never get receipts? So I said I will never give another cent here. She said fine! Horrible Horrible ! Store is on corner of wood and Jasper in Decatur IL 62521
As far as the clerk knows you purchased the milk at another store, or you purchased it long before the expiration date and never used it. Unfortunately there is not much she can do. I would like to recommend to you however that you check expiration dates when buying perishable items such as dairy products.

I just got off work and have been having it rough since I am a single mother. Living paycheck to paycheck. I go in to pay for gas I counted up in change because that's all I have. The cashier denied me service and said she could not take loose change. My gas light is on and here I go trying to find a gas station at 12 midnight. I'll never go back to Circle K again. Rudest cashier I've ever met.

At about 3:45pm EST on November 14, 2016 I entered the store to purchase cigarettes. The cashier asked for my ID, which I gave to her, so she could determine I was of age. She then joked with another man (I believe he was working at the PO box part of the building) about what age one would need to be to "decide to kill themselves", referring to me buying cigarettes. I have attempted suicide before, I am in therapy for depression, and this person joking about killing myself to my face, because of what I was buying from your store, was very rude and uncalled for. I am not asking for this employee to be disciplined, but I am most definitely complaining and you should know I will not be buying anything from that store ever again. It's none of her business what I do with my money, and if she feels the need to laugh at me about it, she can do so after I leave. Not right to my face in the middle of the transaction. I didn't get her name, but she was a heavier set girl with dark hair and glasses. I already stated the time and day, so you should be able to see who it was based on the schedule, should you feel inclined to approach her about this, although I stated the purpose of this complaint was not to seek disciplinary action, but rather complain about the service I received from your company.

I heard the manager who's name is Henry on the Park Edge Dr location call one of his employees a ###.. And he is always yelling at the girls who work there this is very unprofessional and intolerant .. I believe that this matter be taken with the upmost importance... On the other hand the blonde girl charity is an amazing employee who is nice helpful and knowledgeable.. I come in all the time and this was ran alot more effectively under the last guy rob... I was driving through grand bay, westfield on november 12, at around 12:45 pm and I stopped to get gas at the circle k. I went in to be rudely greeted (If you call a shoulder shrug a greeting) by a man named scott. This is not the first time he has been working and this has happened, but he is incredibly rude and makes you as a customer feel very bothersome. He had zero interest to ask me if there was something he could get for me, and once everything on the counter was rung in he didnt even bother to tell me the total, he stood and just waited for me to see the screen. I have noticed he is mainly there late nights, and because of my job that is normally when I am stopping in. His poor customer service and snarky attitude makes me often visit other stores if at all possible.

Your prices on all products you sell at your stores are much too high. It is unethical and cheating the public to charge the prices that you charge for everything you sell in your "convenience stores". I understand that a certain percentage of the prices you charge for the merchandise you sell are for the supposed "convenience" of not having to drive the larger distances to the supermarkets where one pays lay less but is forced to put up with driving longer distances and inclement weather conditions. But the difference in your prices make it actually less inconvenient to simply drive to a supermarket so as not to have to pay the outrageous differences in your prices and theirs. I for one have stopped buying your products because of these ridiculously high prices I must pay if I shop at your store as compared to simply driving a mile or two more and spending a few cents more to get what I came to get. If you do not decrease your egregiously high prices then others are going to find it more convenient to simply drive further and pay more rather than put up with your obnoxiously high prices and you will find yourselves going bankrupt.

6247 I've been a loyal customer of this store for almost 4 years now. I have noticed a decrease in the customer service, the product availability and the cleanliness of the store since the old manager stepped down 2 months ago. I have seen the previous manager turn that store around but the new manager doesn't seem motivated to have what we need nor does she seem motivated to have her workers work
only 1 cashier open w long line & no receipts for gas

I was in a long line this morning and instead of the 2nd employee opening up, she kept stocking the pickles. This happens every morning but this morning she was actually next to the very long line so it's not like she couldn't see us waiting. It was at 8:05am which is a very busy time and people want to get to work. I'm not sure why she picks this particular time of morning to stock shelves, but most times she's got an aisle or two completely blocked so I can't get down them.
And she finally opened up when it was only me and a few other people in line!
I snapped a few photos and they are attached showing the girl stocking the shelves right next to the long line of customers. There were customers behind me too. The photo will show the line is straight and goes down one aisle and then starts again in front of me. One the far left of photo 1 is the employee stocking the pickles.
Also, we've had trouble most mornings right before 8am with there not being any coffee. I feel like 7, 8 & 9 are the most important times to ensure there is hot coffee.
Also, there was a sign on the door for about TWO WEEKS that indicated no receipts could be given for gas transactions. This can't happen EVER.
the employees are rude and disrespectful
I've been going over to the Circle K on 48th Street and Thomas for 5 to 6 months now every day getting a couple cups of ice and soda. The store manager there Kim treat me with such disrespect he told me that I could not bring my purse into the Circle K that no persons are allowed in Circle K and that he was making comments to me about me not being allowed at Walmart which was uncalled for he treats me like a Thief and I spend lots and lots of money at that location. The night manager or the night worker bill screamed at the top of his lungs and yelled at me across the store it was really startling and very embarrassing like today was very embarrassing when he told me that when I was in line and there was several people behind me.
