Dear Coles,
I would like to express deep dissatisfaction with services received at Warnbro 329 - CS Store.
During 4 Years of being loyal customer of this shop I have been overcharged on more then 50 occasion. I do not think it is coincidence and I am not the only one having this problem. Nevertheless I think enough is enough, so I am sanding an email to let you know. Direct notifying at shop about wrong doing and talking to supervisor has no effect in my case. Apart of refunding wrongly charged money I do not hear even Sorry and the precedes going again and again. It is not only bar code scan itself. I have been overcharge on many times on different reason and occasion. It's OK they said, mistakes are normal procedures.
I hope you can do something with this, at least you will be aware something is not OK. I am considering to lodge more formal complaint to government authorities, if problem continue.
But first, I am writing and notifying you.
