Good afternoon I ordered swimsuits from Zafu on the 2 September 17 and I'm yet to have received my order. I last received correspondence stating that my order has been shipped 15 days ago on the 11/09/17. I'm yet to receive more correspondence and my order has yet to arrive. I ordered swimsuits.

wrong package sent
I ordered 3 swimsuits on August 11th 2017. On September 15th they arrived and it was not my order. How they arrived to my address I have no understanding.
I had 4 items, none of which swimsuits and nothing what I ordered. I have been speaking with Zaful and the replies are extremely confusing and unclear. I ordered swimsuits and they cannot tell me where my order is or what they are doing about it. They have now said "for an exceptional offer I can keep these items" I do not want these items and why should it be up to me to now send them somewhere.

I don't recommend this website
My order never arrived. Even though their website claims different things. It says I got my order. The address is right, so it means they didn't send it to the wrong place. What does it mean? I never got their calls regarding delivery, they never scheduled it, I didn't find any package in front of my door. I looked for it everywhere. Nothing that would prove that the package was delivered. I called their customer service, but they weren't helpful and told me the system shows that my package had been delivered.
How can this be explained?

It's a scam for sure
Never thought I would ever complain about them because I've been their regular customer. But once I need to simply exchange several items and it has begun!
I contacted them and they gave me instructions how to do so. I did and they sent me a new package with right items. Looks like everything went well, but I never received my items. Don't know what to do now, because all of a sudden I can't contact them, they don't answer. They are keeping my money without providing my items. It's been 40 days. It should have arrived...

never received the 3 bathing suits I ordered
Ordered 3 bathing suits July 11/2017. Never received it and its August 10/17.The tracking website on top of that is very confusing. Went back and forth with an agent and they couldn't give me a clear answer as to how and when the items were delivered/Received. On top of that their customer service number there was never a response. Its almost 24 hours since I received a response with my open ticket on their website. It is highly unprofessional and inadequate customer service. The customer service agents at zaful don't do anything to resolve the case. I asked to speak to their manager or someone in charge and no response. I am Very Disappointed. I have never had worse customer service in my life. I will stop recommending this website to anyone and in the future will warn everyone never to purchase from here.

I received 2 out of the 3 items ordered. When I called the 1-800 number from Canada, the number is not in service. I tried sending a ticket, but it did not recognize my email address! My daughter ordered a swimsuit over a month ago. Payment has been processed, says it was shipped 3 weeks ago but nothing received and no tracking info available.
The most frustrating part is that their customer service phone number is not in service! Submitted a ticket on the support centre and did not get a response. The fact that the phone number is out of service is so frustrating and makes me very concerned that this company is a farce and that my daughter has been ripped off and is out the money she was charged. Disgusting. I would not recommend ever ordering from this company - sounds like a huge scam!

The dress and skirt I ordered looked great online, but the real products were made with inferior polyester materials (the kind cheap gym shorts are made of). The designs were also cheaply printed on. Am I suppose to go out in a cocktail dress made of polyester mesh? Hell no! I'm taking the clothes to the Good Will but I don't even think these pieces of trash are good enough to be sold there.

I will not buy from them again because of the low quality. Shipping was pretty fast and support was nice, but that doesn't change the fact that Zaful clothing is of a poor quality. Items don't look like pictures, even the material was not as in the description.
Unfortunately Zaful refused to accept anything back. They rep explained that refund was possible only in cases when item was damaged or didn't arrive.
I am very disappointed that I wasted my money and would not recommend them to anyone.

About a week ago I ordered clothes from Zaful. This is the second and last time I will order from this site. First, I received an email saying that instead of sending one package with all my items, my order has been shipped in two packages. Then, I was given a link to pay extra for the customs charges. I understand, as it is written on the site http://www.zaful.com/shipping-info/ that charges must be paid by the customers but customers should be clearly informed about it before buying anything. In addition, because my order has been shipped in two packages, I had to pay about 30 euro extra for EACH package, for VAT and other unspecified costs, which is almost what I paid for the total of the items. Not to mention what I already had paid for the shipping (express shipping) for my order...

I made an order of Christmas presents, the order was about £200, therefore Zaful gave free delivery. DHL have now stated I have to pay 3 separate payments of £19.00, £19.00 and £23.00 before this is delivered. This was not made clear to me when ordering from the site that there would be a shipping fee after ordering. Also, it is completely out of my control that the order has been split into 3 shipments, and I don’t think I should be bearing the cost for this! A total of £61.00 for shipping is ridiculous. An unfair way to treat customers! I now understand that the customer may have to bear the charges for customs (as unclear as this was), however, it is out with my control that this has been split up into 3 shipments! I now have £61.00 to pay, rather than £19.00 which is a huge difference at Christmas! To make matters worse, their customer service has not been helpful at all!
