Taking unauthorised money
I got money of a train ticket earlier in the year, but this morning I noticed a transaction I never made, of £15 I search into my online banking and have seen that they have taken £45 of me in total I cancled the account I never knew I had and I'm disgusted I want my money back immediately I only got a cheaper tickets didn't agree to give £15 a month to a company I know nothing about

Charges to my account
I have just realized... There have been transactions of £15 taken out from my credit card account monthly for dont know how long.. I have never registered my card to complete save. I don't understand how this was set up in the first place. And why are my details with this company with no notification or information on what this is about.
I would like to request my money refunded back to my account please. Why am I paying for service I am not using.

Bank payments
I have just realised that I have been having payments of £15 taken from my account for quite some time (I will be checking thoroughly tomorrow to see exactly when this started!)
I have emailed the customer services address, and I hope for a swift and effective resolution to this, as I have 100% not signed up to this!
I have read a thread on here that someone said they have received a full refund very quickly, I hope that I will be able to post the same very soon

Subscription plan
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last month totalling to £15. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. But as a student on barely any income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

Money taken without consent!
I too have been a victim of wly. Checking through my bank account yesterday I noticed that £15 had been taken! I had no idea who wly was and phoned my bank who told me I signed up back in june 2019 when purchasing an item from debenhams! I've never heard of them! When calling halifax fraud team it turned out that I had automatically been enrolled and had to contact wly complete savings to cancel?! Contacted complete savings, who immediately refunded me £45 (due to go into my account within 10 days) and sent me a refund form by email for the rest. I haven't yet heard back just a generated email but in total I am owed £195 for 13 payments! This is an absolute scam and disgrace. I thought the £15 coming out of my account was for my halifax reward account not a fraud company like wly.
I want my money back in full.

Unauthorised transaction
15 pounds was taken out from my bank account I never authorised this and never heard of completesave before pls refund i'm on low benefits I can't afford to be loosing that amount please cancel and refund I checked where my money has disappeared from and I noticed it on my statement

Misleading persons to enter a subscription service
This is well publicised in this site. I was not aware that Complete Savings were taking money from my account without my permission. Member number 44828378008. I bought tickets through Ticketmaster who I believed to be a reputable site and despite their claims of full disclosure their click bait arrangement has defrauded me of €105
Charges to my account
I have previously filed a complaint about charges to my account for this service which I have not even subscribed to or ever heard of. I want this matter resolved instantly and the two charges of £15 (making £30 in total) sent to my bank account. I have not even had my previous complaint responded to before another charge was made and I think what you do is disgusting. A lot of the complaints I have seen on this website are of the same nature.

Unauthorised pending transaction
I have just received an unauthorised pending transaction of £15.00 gbp to my bank account from wly*completesave. C but I do not recall ever registering with this company or their services nor have I ever heard of this company?
I would appreciate it if this could be cancelled and refunded immediately whilst it is still pending from my bank account.

I have went into my account and every month for the past 3 months I have had £15-£20 taken out of it. I want my money back ASAP as I have not signed up for anything from this account, I will add a photo for proof
Unrequested charge in account
I have £15 ponds charged to my bank account, I had no idea what it was until I read other complaints relating it to a train ride. I did not permit this charge, and haven't given anyone my details so how were they taken? I want this charge removed, I cannot afford to lose a cent, never mind £15 for absolutely nothing, literally!

Fraudulent charges
Being charged £15 per month I have never seen this website in my life or registered an account and I get a notification saying I have an upcoming payment of £15 but have no Direct Debits or Standing Orders. I want a refund. I will phone my bank to get this issue resolved and get the money back and stop this random company being able to take money out my account during a time like this is unbelievable.

Unknown transaction from bank account
I have a payment taken out of my account dated 29th of June for £15 which states it is also a subscription. I have not signed up for anything recently and it does not state a company that has taken the transaction. I am looking for some clarity of why this payment has been taken and what company that has taken it. I would like this issue to be resolved quickly please.

From June 2016 I payed double membership payments to the same company!
One of £10 and the second of £15!
I understand if I clicked yes to the agreement then I had to read about the monthly membership. But there was nothing about 2 payments.
