Please advise.

Taking money out of my bank account
I just had a notification that £15 is being taken out of my account without me having given any authorisation for this to go about. I have never even heard of this company beforehand and would like to have this stopped. I often do shop online but I know for a fact that this is a company that I do not use. If the £15 is taken out of my account then I will be contacting my bank so that no further payments are made

28 unauthorised monthly charges
Complete Savings (showing as WLY*Completesavings.co.uk on my credit card statement) have been charging me £15 a month for 28 months (commencing on 10 April 2018). I have not given my consent to these charges and have not provided my details to Complete Savings.
The company's website claims that it is a cash back scheme that offers at least 10% cash back. It also says that all members receive regular communication from the company. I have never received any communications and have certainly never received any cash back.
As I have not signed up for this service, provided my credit card details or given my consent to any of these charges, Complete Savings has stolen £420 from me.
I have sent an email to Complete Savings but have had no reply. I expect Complete Savings to refund my £420 plus interest at 8%, at the very least.
Unauthorised monthly payments
I have noticed an irregular monthly payment on my bank statements which started in june 2017 for a service I have never used nor requested. I have noticed you deduct £15 per month from my account and this has been going on since june 2017 for a total amount of £575. The payment was the same a amount of another regular membership and I have never noticed yours was a not authorised one. I want the payment to stop now and I request a full refund because I have never consented nor solicited your service.

I cannot afford for you to be taking money from my account with nothing to show for it or reason for it, I'm a single mother with two children to feed and a student at that it's totally unfair of you to be taking money for absolutely nothing and would appreciate an answer quickly!

Taking money monthly from account
For 3 months now I have been charged £15 without my authorisation. I have contacted my bank but they told me to call the number on the statement, the call was disconnected as I do not have any emails or passwords from WLY. I do not recognise the company, never got anything done with them.
I would like to stop this payments in the future and to get refunded for the 3 payments up to date if possible.

Money taken without my consent
A payment for £15 has been taken from my account on 31/7/2020 at 9.01am. I have not authorised this payment. I have attempted to cancel this through my bank and they have advised I contact you first in an attempt to resolve it. If not resolved then my bank have informed me that they will start an investigation into fraudulent payment
Money being taken out
I have had 15 pound taken out of my account and would like it refunded back as I haven't signed up to this my name is Susan hindle and I bank with royal bank of Scotland
I am not happy that 15 had been took out of my acccount and I don’t now y because I haven’t subscribed to this
Have been taking money from my account for two years at £15 per month I can’t cancel this transaction
Complete save have taken £15 from my account without me ever knowing, it just started to appear on my account . I'm dyslexic and I know that is no excuse for over looking this transaction but I thought it was a insurance policy for loss of keys that I took out with my car insurance, because it was the same amount but when I renewed my insurance with a different company in March 2019, I noticed it was still coming out of my bank, I informed my bank and they assured me it would stop but it's still coming out. There is no direct debit to cancel and I don't know what to do to stop it. Please can u help me? I'm on disability and can not afford for this to go on. The total amount is near enough £360 !

Money being taken out of my account
I have just been looking through my online banking and this is the second time you have taken money out of my bank, altogether you have taken £30 out of my bank. I didn't sign up to have money taken out of my bank, all I did was give my email for money back on my next train ticket, I never gave any of my bank details and I would never agree to pay for anything online. I will be ringing the bank tomorrow to cancel it and I want my money back or I will be taking it further! It's wrong and absolutely disgusting that this is happening to so many people from false advertising!

Fraud
Hi,
I have had £15 taken out of my account on the 23rd of june from wly*complete save
I have no idea why, I haven't signed up to any subscription indicating that I have to pay £15 a month. If I have signed up for any subscription I always unsubscribe after the month free. I am really upset and worried that this is going to happen every month, and now i'm struggling with money.
Please could I have a refund of the £15 asap

Money taken from account unauthorised
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my debit for the 2 years, totalling £720 I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because my bank has seen and WLY have tried to take a larger sum out my card has been cancelled by my banks fraud team but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. My bank is aware of this fraudulent company and I have all the details to prove that you've been taking it out and should you not pay it back there will be further action taken from the fraud team from my bank

Unauthorised monthly subscription payments
I have noticed on my bank statement today £15 has been debited from a bank card for a subscription to WLY*CompleteSave.co.uk. Not know what this was I have looked the company up and found it was for things like cashback and savings on products. I do not remember ever signing up to use their services and I would certainly not agree to paying £15 per month knowing I would hardly ever use the site to book or buy things.
I have logged into the account today with the company and it is very clear that I have never used the services yet they have continued to take £15pm.
I have checked my emails and the only email I have ever received from this company was 09/06/2017.
Although my preference on my profile state to send emails I have never received anything from them to update my account or to market any companies they work with. I did not know I was a member until today!
I have sent a message to the compnay direct regarding this matter asking how long they have been taking the monhtly payment (possibly since July 2017) and asking for a full refund of all the charges they have taken.
comfirmation of the email rec'd in 2017
