membership fraud
Never once have I even heard of this online savings service until I received a £15 bill from them. I went to check them out and it turns out I'm signed up for their membership without my consent. The money was taken from my account on 10/05/18 and have now cancelled the membership plan. I am now asking for a refund of £15 as I will be going hungry this month due to the loss of money.
Okay so after some more digging it turns out I was a part of their membership scheme since 12/12/2017 and have paid a total of £90 to them in total. It turns out I used a deal from their site back then for a pizza delivery however they only asked for an e-mail address to get the code for the deal. It then turns out they had signed me up for their membership scheme without asking me so now I want my money back!

membership fee
I bought two train tickets back in January 2018 and an ad from Complete Savings popped out saying i could save some money for my next train ticket purchase if i registered.
I had no idea it would cost me 15 pounds each month. I just realized money has been taken from my bank account for 4 months already and it is 60 pounds in total now. I need a complete refund for that because i did not use anything or get any benefits from Complete Savings.

unauthorised credit card transactions & therefore unethical behaviour
On checking my card statements from my bank I realized £15 00 has been taken by Wly*CompleteSave.co.uk for over 12 months [that is as far as I have gone back with my statements]
On or around the 21st of each month £15 has been taken but I have never signed up with any company or any organization to pay this money.
What should I do to request a refund for all these unauthorised transactions?
I can supply the reference numbers that appear on my credit card statements if they would be of use in confirming the fact that deductions have been occurring.

unauthorized credit card charges
I have just gone through my bank statements for the last months and seen you have been automatically taking £15 a month from my Santander bank account (transfer to WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK)!
I have never agreed to become a member of this savings scheme.
Indeed I often buy online, but I am also careful not to save bank details online.
I ask for a full refund of the payments.
I contacted my bank for this fraudulent transfer, hoping that they will help me resolve this issue - if you don't do it.
Kind regards,
Elena Arsevska

Hi, I was a victim of this scam too, a couple of years ago. I also clicked on some "get £10 off your next purchase" button on some website without realising what was happening and I have no idea how they accessed my bank details because I have never authorised any charges! Even worst, their name did not appear in my direct debit list and even after I changed my bank card (for other reasons) they still kept taking money from me! It took me more than a year to find out what was happening! Now what I want to know is how to get my money back because they stole over £200 and this was a couple of years ago. What should I do? Many thanks
cash fraud of £480
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing regarding of the money that you have been entry from my account since 03.08.2015
On 01.03.2018 I have checked my Bank statement, I found a strange entry and after I checked your company on Google. I checked past statements and realised this happened every month since 03.08.2015. The day after I went to my Bank and informed about fraudulent transactions on my account by your company.
I am very dissapointed of the fact that you have been taken the standing payment of £15 for every month since the August 2015. I am asking you who gave you the permission to dispose of my money from my account? I am also asking you what is the regulation that without my permission you have charged me this money?
I did not have any documentation, no mail, I have not spoken to anyone from your company that we will pay this money to you. I have never done any special standing order from my account to let you do it. This is fraud money from my account!
I discovered that I paid £480 in total to your company. I do not know about your services and I have not used your company for any of the discount. I knew nothing about any of this, I paid every month for a service that would not be any use to me. I have never accessed these discounts, your website and I paid £480 for that! I thought the payment from my account was for a phone contract until I checked. I want my money back!
Since I have found that you have charged me the money I have contacted my Barclays Bank.
I am going to contact to Police about this what happened. It is illegal procedure that you have taken the money from my account without my agreement. I will do everything to pulI your company bear responsibility for this offence.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
Michal Adamczyk

cash back
Same scenario as many other complaints I have just read online. I'm being charged 15 pounds a month for a 'service' named WLY complet. I can remember filling in a cash back form after a purchase for tickets, maybe from ticketmaster. Very sneaky as £15 a month for this service would have never appealed to me. I have contacted their customer service (Complete Savings) hoping to get a refund and cancellation.

deducted £15 without any notifications
I was charged £15 on 25-Apr-2017 on my Bank account without any notifications / Consent. I remember that i purchased a train ticket online almost a month ago, and now i remember that i filled in a Form in the railway site, which looked like a legitimate form for booking the train ticket, but its not. After collecting all the details from the user, it detects money from the users bank account without their consent.
Please process the refund at the earliest possible.

unauthorised credit card charges monthly totalling £90
I have only just noticed that complete savings have been deducting £15 a month for the past 6 months from my account after signing up through the 'trainline' website without my consent. No where was it explicitly shown that a membership would cost a ridiculous £15 a month- nor did they ever ask for me to confirm these outward payments.
I am a student, I don't have £90 to just willingly give out to this fraudulent company, very upset. Need advice on how to claim this money back, as I have only now cancelled the membership ( although they're still charging me for this month!)
Would avoid at ALL costs- whatever their claim was to help you save money, its absurd; all they do is trick you into giving their company worthless donations.
I would like to request a refund immediately for the £90.

unauthorized credit card charges
I bought a tick using trainline and I clicked on the link to claim a discount on my next ticket. This resulted in complete savings getting unauthorized access to my credit card account and charging me £15. I am furious about this. I would like to get a refund immediately and help to prosecute the fraudsters (complete savings) and the uk companies that are associated with them (trainline).

unauthorised charges
I have only just recently noticed this transaction but would like an explanation to why I have had this money taken out of my account and a full refund please.
Description of transaction - wly*completesave.cswitzer
Transaction - Merchant Voucher
Amount - £15

This has not been authorised by myself and I would like a refund, otherwise I will have to escalate this matter further. I shall be contacting my bank.
Thank you

unauthorized debit card charges of £15 per month
I am extremely cross and confused as to why I have had £15 taken out of my account every month from this company. The first payment was taken on 9th Feb 2016 and has been taken out every month since, totalling £375.
I have never given my card details to this company or agreed to pay this money. I checked my emails and I never had a confirmation email stating that I have signed up, or any acknowledgement or explanation that I was paying this money.
I have no idea how they got hold of my bank details as I did not give them permission to take money from my account and I am furious, this is such a lot of money. I had assumed it was something to do with my insurance until I finally googled it this evening to discover this has happened to a lot of other people as well. I managed to create a password and cancel future payments but this does not help the fact I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket for something I did not agree to pay for and I would request a refund.

taking unauthorized money from my bank on a monthly basis
On checking my statements from my bank I realized £15 00 has been taken by WLY Complete Save for over 12 months [that is as far as I have gone back with my statements]
On the 12/13 of each month £15 has been taken but I have never signed up with any company or any organization to pay this money.
I realize this is partly my fault for not checking more carefully but it is still wrong.
unauthorised credit card charges.
Bought my mum and dad tickets from TicketMaster in July 2016. On receipt from TicketMaster it offered a 10% off my next TicketMaster purchase which I clicked the link for and typed in my email address, thinking nothing of it. It turns out that £15 from my bank account has been deducted since this incident, through a website called completesavings.co.uk. I had not noticed the transactions as the deductions do seem to be sporadic and aren't taken out on the same date every month. However, I did not sign up to this, nor did I authorise £15 to be deducted from my account every month. This was a present for my mum and dad for their Christmas. I am a student and cannot afford to be giving away £15 every month, for seemingly no benefit. Particularly when I did not actively sign up for this service.

(was given this after contacting the company and requesting this in order to notify my bank to no longer approve these transactions).
I would like a refund from the company as I was unaware of the company in general, nor was I aware of a "monthly fee".
unauthorised charge of 15£
Hi, I complain in regards of the unreasonable and unauthorized charged from your company. I bought a train ticket last month and I do not know why I need to pay 15 pounds for a month. How did you get hold of bank details and charged authorised transactions seems very illegal to me. I will report this to my bank immediately. I can't believe how unprotected we can be.

membership and unauthorised payment
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain the unreasonable and unauthorized charged from your company. The only connection I have make is the train ticket and I do not know why I suddenly became your member and need to pay 15 pounds for a month. Actually, no payments is accepted in my credit card to your company. Therefore, I requested for the refund of February and please stop charging me and cancel my membership account immediately.
I am very disappointed and angry. I have contacted my card provider to stop any further payments. And please tell me how to reclaim the money paid out as well. Please investigate this matter and give me a reply as soon as possible. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Choi
cash fraud
I have found £15 taken out of my bank account from you lot that was never authorised. I have never signed a terms and conditions authorising £15 pay out per calendar month. I only wanted to get X Factor tour tickets for my mother's 60th birthday! You lot are scum! Conning hard working people out of their well earned money. I have notified my bank and their fraud department! I want my ALL £15 of my money back that you wrongfully took or it's going to be placed in the court's hands! I'm very lucky I found out a few days after the first payment unlike most of your other victims.
unauthorized payments
Hi I've just noticed I have been charged a monthly fee of £15 for 'WLY COMPLETE' in which I did not agree to. I have googled this company and found out that many others have also been charged £15 a month from the same company again without submitted any personal details or credit details. I've read that people have been automatically signed up to this for a free month and then have a membership there afterwards. This may be because I used a discount voucher on a website previously which I didn't agree to sign up for a membership what so ever. I'm a student and I definetly cannot afford this and I hope it's possible that there is a way to get my money back.

This company has taken £15 out of my bank account every month and I didn't sign up for this. I am a unemployed 60year old and I cannot afford this company taking this money from my bank. Please help it's taking money direct from my bank account. I am disgusted that this is happening. My daughter is a solicitor and she has advised me to complain regarding it
Thanks Bev Butler.

Same with me they are charging me since december 2017, after a purchase i made from debenhams. the explanation given to me is during my purchase on debenhams site, their company "pop up" and ask me to sign up for their cashback. I asked them for a refund and told me they will send a refund form to my email. I am still waiting for the form. But I don't really trust them so I will go to the bank next week to make a complain and ask for a refund. I think we should also complain to the financial service authority and other governnig bodies so this company cannot operate anymore.
