Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorized payment deducted from my account

I have never heard about or done business with your company by £15 were deducted from my account on June 11. WLY Complete save has deducted money from me, and it says it was an international transaction. I have spoken with my bank as well, please refund my money that your company stole.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Cashback

Wow. So you closed my account when I complain that you’ve skipped months of my cashback payments?

What an incredibly nasty, underhanded, cowardly and ultimately an admission of guilt move you just made by:

1 - not even being courteous enough to acknowledge my message below

2 - refunding me a few months membership when you owe me hundreds. Hundreds!

3 - closing my account with no notice or correspondence so that I can’t even follow up and make sure my recent purchases have been locked in

I have booked 2x flights and accommodation with Lastminute.com and Expedia.co.uk since November 2021.

I have made numerous purchases from Look Fantastic, Curry’s and H&M and Just Eat to name a few. You owe me at least, the annual £250 max.

This is truly shockingly poor customer service and this evasive, cowardly response to my note below is very disappointing but not surprising because I KNEW I was onto something.

I am about to spend this entire weekend spreading these notes and my screen shots of the locked account all around the internet whether you pay me back my £££ or not. So you better respond ASAP.

Your response and behaviour can only be described as a masterclass in how not to earn good will. Simply Terrible.

In this economy, I wish you reading this and your company nothing but the worst.

Please file for bankruptcy or be under new/better management by the end of the year. You are already morally bankrupt.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Complete saving. Com

They have taken £15 out of my account and I don’t know even what this company is and have never heard of them before. I did not authorise this as I will still sleeping when I was taken out. I am unaware of why this company is taking money out of my account and I would appreciate if it was refunded as it without my knowledge.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking money

I have cancelled my direct debit my standing order but WLY* Complete Save keeps on taking £15 every 2weeks i have emailed them and it is still happening over 2years they have been taking the money it’s disgusting that they can fraudulently take money after cancelling it needs to stop it’s wrong and I would like my money back I don’t feel like this company even gives people money after all they have saved it’s ridiculous and should be further investigated as this is ment to help save not steal your money

Complete Savings / Complete Save Charged for no reason

Hi there,

I have been charged £15 each month for at least the last 4months totalling up to £60, I have never completed any transactions through this account and have not signed up for anything either so am fuming that this has been done. I would like a full refund please and investigate this company more as i am clearly not the first for this to have been done to.

Am not happy at all about this I have checked my online banking and complete save has taken £15 out of my account for some reason which I don’t know how and why and what’s so ever disgusted!

Disputed the transaction and got a refund of 15 pound back but the refunded dispute amount was taken back on June 1 Wednesday 2022.I think it's not fair as I'am not sure on what basis the money was withdrawn from my account.I believe I should get a refund and the money is taken without any consent.It would be great if I can get the refund ASAP

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised payment taken from my account

I have had £15 taken from my bank account which I have not given permission from this scamming company to do. I have looked through other complaints and there appears to be a connection with Moonpig. I ordered a card from them but during the transaction I had to delete an ad which popped up by pressing on the x at the top of the ad page. Apparently this is a way of them accessing permission to take money from me. I have alerted Martin Lewis to this scam as there are so many other people who have had unauthorised money taken from their accounts!

I have never signed up to this company. They have taken £15.00 a month off my credit card from January 2022 til June 2022 totalling £90. This has never been authorised by me.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I am complaining about this company taking money out of my account without my consent

complete savings have been taking £15 out of my account for the last 5 months. first January 21st and around the same time for the last 4 months. I have not signed up to this website, nor do I have an account. my money has been taken from me with no consent of me allowing this to happen. I would like my £75 that you have taken from me to be back in my account. and I know i’m not the only person that this has happened to.

Desired outcome: please refund me my money stolen, it would be very appreciated if i had a response and given an apology on behalf of this situation.

I never signed up for any savings company and they have been taking money without my consent, so far only £15 has been take and I have now cancelled my subscription but I want to make sure no more money is taken out of my account.
