Course Hero review: Complaint against course hero for my tutor account

I am filing this complaint to bring attention to an unjust tutor account termination by Course Hero, a service provided by Learneo, Inc.
This action has caused me significant professional and financial distress, as I am unable to access my account and retrieve funds totaling approximately $300.
Background:

I have been a contributor on Course Hero for over 10 years, consistently adhering to their Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Recently, my Tutor account was terminated for "repeated violations." However, this claim is factually inaccurate:

The only prior violation in the last five years occurred on June 4, 2024, for an incomplete answer.
Before this, the last violation was in 2019.

This demonstrates that any infractions were isolated and not reflective of repeated misconduct.

The specific content cited in the recent termination—a statistical question I authored—was my original work, created to help students learn.
I have reason to believe the decision was influenced by a technical or algorithmic error, as I have encountered similar issues in the past that were later resolved by Course Hero’s support team.
Efforts to Resolve:

I have submitted a formal appeal to Course Hero explaining my position and requesting reinstatement.
Unfortunately, I have not received a response even I sent many emails to tutor-support mail, leaving me unable to work or access my earnings.
Resolution Sought:

I respectfully request that Course Hero conduct a thorough review of the termination decision.
If reinstatement is not possible, I request that the remaining balance of approximately $300 in my account be paid out to me promptly.

Why This Matters:

The lack of communication and resolution has caused significant harm to my livelihood and calls into question the fairness of Course Hero’s account management practices.
