I bought an item which failed at day one.

Send in for repair under warranty period, they failed to fix it.

Asked to refund in full, yet they rejected. At the end, I had to get the authority to issue "court order", then only they refund partially.

Bad customer service still and refund only at the last minute.

Don't send more good money after bad money.

It is better stay away from the company.

I bought a dinning set which is ex-stock and the courts (mammoth) sales person promised the delivery would take 2 day or less(yeah it is an ex-stock item!). But till Monday (I bought it on Friday night), i STILL did not received any news of my dinning set. I've called the sales person & the Branch Manager couples of time (plus one time he did not pick up my phone) and the answer was still 'the item you've order is in the 'SCHEDULE'. The courts mammoth's factory is at Puchong and my home is at Cheras WPKL. I wonder what type of 'SCHEDULE' the courts mammoth is using?

hujung tahun lepas...ayah saya telah membeli home teater di Courts Mammoth Ipoh...
dengan pembelian tersebut, jurujual telah menyatakan akan memberi hadiah keatas pembelian set hometeater tersebut.
Disebabkan kehabisan stok, jurujual tersebut berjanji ingin menelefon.Sehingga bulan 3, tiada panggilan telefon yang diterima...Dalam bln 3 saya berkunjung semula ke courts mammoth ipoh, untuk menuntut hadiah tersebut.Jurujual tersebut menjanjikan hal yang sama.Sehingga kini tiada sebarang panggilan telefon yang dibuat...
Ini amat menduka cita pihak saya, kerana janji-janji hanya tinngal janji..dan membuatkan saya serik untuk membeli barang di courts mammoth lagi.harap pihak tuan dapat mengambil tindakan diatas hal ini, supaya tidak terjadi kepada pelanggan lain.

saya mempunyai tunggakan sebanyak 1, 418 dan saya telah didatangi oleh pemugut hutang terbabit dari courts mamonth sdn bhd, masalah nya sekarang saya tidak mempunyai wang sebanyak itu buat masa sekarang.dengan itu saya telah merayu untuk membayar secara ansuran tunggakan tersebut.akan tetapi pemugut hutang tersebut bagitau sekeras keras nya tak boleh.takan sebuah company yg tesergam gah langsung tidak boleh memberikan bayaran tungakan tersebut secara ansuran..malah pegawai pemungut hutang tersebut telah banyak kali membuat ugutan kepada saya sampai ingin mengapa apa kan isteri saya..sya rasa diaorang ni ah long..takan courts berkomplot dgan ah long..hutang saya bukan nya puluhan ribu ringgit..dan saya bukan pinjam wang, tapi saya haya buat loan barang sahaja..saya harap pihak atasan courts mamonth akan ambil tindakan sewajarnya..dan saya belum membuat laporan polis tentang perkara ini...sekian,

Saya ada beli barang kat court mamonth, harga computer dan televison LCD. Dua barang harga RM 4.300. court cas saya harga RM 9.600 dua kali ganda harga barang pastu saya tertunggak 3 bulan lebih nak masuk empat bulan. Pihak lawyer court akan membawa saya ke mahkamah, barang saya akan ditarik. Saya akan di cas membayar kedua-dua barang dan disaman dia mahkamah. Pihak court tidak memberi peluang langsung untuk saya menjelaskan separuh dulu dan peguam terus mencas saya dan tidak memberi peluang langsung. Court mamonth seperti AH LONG. Oleh itu saya serik untuk membeli barang di court mamonth... sila hargai petikan ini!

Salam, saya sebagai pelanggan court, bersumpah inilah kali pertama dan kali terakhir saya ambil barang dengan com ni..tuntutan yg dibuat kasar, kurang hajar! dan tak profesional.hanya kerana sebulan tunggakan kerana kelewatan bayaran..interes terus naik walaupun bayaran bulanan dilebihkan sedikit setiap bulan..ugutan bayaran dibuat seolah2 tunggakan bernilai ribuan ringgit..walhal selepas bayaran tunggakan saya tak sampai pun Rm400...memang sangat4x kurang hajar pekerja yg tak bertauliah membuat panggilan dan bercakap kasar..saya akan pastikan KERABAT saya takkan terlibat dengan court mamonth samaada bayaran secara ansuran ataupun terus!.. saya BLACK LIST comp ni secara peribadi 200%...tindakan dan kata2 saya ni bukanlah nak sabotaj..tapi tindakan mereka memang menimbulkan kemarahan banyak pihak..baik korang jadi ahlong...SILA LAH AMBIL KIRA KOMEN ORANG RAMAI YA!..JANGAN BUTAKAN MATA..BUTAKAN HATI..buat orang macam sampah!

Salam Sejahtera, saya adalah salah satu pelanggan court, dan salah satu mangsa juga.. pada tahun 2003 kalu tak saya silap. saya telah melanggan barangan dari court. dalam linkungan harga RM3-4 ribu. Namun setelah tiba masa untuk membayar saya menghadapi masalah kewangan menyebabkan saya tidak dapat membayar punggutan yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga sampai pihak court mammoth mengambil balik barang tersebut yang telah dihantar ke rumah yang pada masa itu orang rumah hanya ada kakak ipar saya sahaja. masa penarikan barang tersebut saya tidak di beritahu, dan saya hanya mendapat tahu barang itu sudah diambil setelah beberapa minggu selepas penarikan balik. kerana tinggal dirumah tersebut pada masa itu hanya keluarga abang saya sahaja yang tinggal di situ dan ketika itu saya tinggal di tempat lain. segala surat apa pun saya tidak terima dari pihak court. bila hendak dibawa berbincang untuk menyelesaikan perkara ini tiada komitmen dari pekerjanya. sekarang ini setelah sekian lama saya menunggu surat lelongan barangan, dan bakinya yang sepatutnya saya akan bayar, saya tidak menerima apa pun surat dari court mammoth melainkan surat dari guaman menuntut bayaran. Takkan saya nak bayar harga asal barang yang telah di ambil sedangkan barang sudah di tarik.. adakah saya akan dapat balik barang yang di tarik sekiranya saya dapat membayar tunggakan tersebut..? adakah sayang hendak membayar benda yang tiada dalam tangan. (Kosong) Ini bukan telefon..ini bukan karan, ini bukan air..apabila sudah di pakai harus di bayar. Ini tidak, benda sudah diambil lepas tu minta bayar semuanya lagi..dan sekarang ini mengugut saya naik mahkamah lagi.. Mohon kepada persatuan pengguna Malaysia agar dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah kami dengan pihak court ini..

kepada pihak atasan court...den tak pueh hati la...da 2 tahun den cubo aply ndak boli brg kek court...da byk kali cubo tak buleh2 jgk...sobolom ni den ado 2 akaun kek court...acc 1=rm 11800(barangan perabot&elektrik)..acc 2=rm 2800(laptop)...acc 1 da lamo settle...acc 2 pon da lamo settle...cumo acc 2 pembayaran ado tertungak dan lewat byr...takn sobab acc 2 den da tak buleh nak berurusan gn court lag...den harap pihak court dapat nyatokan

semalam saya membuat pembayaran akhir di kaunter di courts mammoth jalan setapak untuk tv LCD yg saya ambil. Akan tetapi saya mendapat service yg buruk dari staff di sana, sedang saya berdiri didepan kaunter dia sibuk berborak di belakang dan sewaktu berurusan dengan saya muka dia seakan mahu menelan saya. ini ke customer service ? saya harap courts mengambil tindakan pada staff yg bernama syafika ini, tidak bertudung dan memakai cermin mata, supaya die lebih faham akan definisi 'customer service'. sekian terima kasih !

Salam sejahtera. Saya telah membeli barang dari CM Seremban dan telah membayar sebahagian besar barangan yang telah saya beli iaitu sofa dan microwave oven. Daripada >RM 8000 jumlah barangan saya telah membayar >RM6000. Pada bulan December 2010, saya tidak dapat membuat pembayaran. Tetapi pada tahun ini dalam bulan ini sahaja saya menerima 3 ugutan melalui sms dari nombor nombor berikut : [protected], [protected] dan pada hari ini [protected]. Mereka mengatakan mereka akan ke pejabat saya untuk mengutip hutang daripada saya sebanyak > RM 500. Saya telah pun menulis surat ke CEO CM iaitu James Edward Friel mengenai ugutan ugutan ini tapi nampaknya tiada apa apa tindakbalas daripada beliau. Saya bercadang untuk menulis ke semua surat khabar di Malaysia untuk memberitahu mengenai tindakan courts yang serupa seperti ALONG BERLESEN. Saya telah membuat satu kesilapan yang besar dengan membeli barang di sini. Saya juga telah menulis di FB dan menghantar emel kesemua kenalan saya supaya menjauhi diri dari courts. Harap rakan rakan yang membaca sila buat sedemikian supaya tidak terpedaya.

kes saya pulak bukan dari Courts, tp dari Blondal Services... Sy ada beli 2 brg dri company ni melalui salesman dia...salesman ni pn da lama berenti...bila kol2 dah x jwb...dia jnji ada org dtg collect paymnt tiap2 bulan...tp langsung xde sapa2 pun datang collect...sampailah skrg ni dah jadi hutang lapok sbb x brbayar... nk byr kt mana pn x tau... sbb Blondal services ni x mcm Courts Mammoth.. skrg dah masuk legal action, mahkamah lah apa lagi... utang kedua2 brg tu jumlah dlm 8K je... Skrg mmg x mmpulah byr blik... Nmpk gayanya kena mntak rayuan jelah pada Hakim...tu jelah, mntak simpati brp yg mampu byr tiap2 bulan... yg saya x boleh blah... dah inform byk kali kt lawyer ug amek kes ni, sy proceed mahkamah je sbb xde duit nk byr, tp dia berkeras kol byk2 kali soh byr jugak...Lantaklah kt situ...ada sekali yg lelaki ni kol plak...mak aiiii, bahasa x mnunjukkan bangsa... siot je... pn x paham bahasa... lawyer pompuan tu ckp klau dh masuk mahkamah hutang akan jadi lebih...siap ngn kos itu ini berbagai2... sy pedulikan aje dia... sy ckp xpelah, nnti sy jawap dlm mahkamah...Fullstop.. teruk sgt dorang ni, sbb x paham bahasa tu yg sy kesalkn sgt..apapun brg2 yg dibeli tu, hanya mesin basuh je yg sempat pakai 2 bulan, pastu rosak, terus sy bungkus wat tukun tiruan... hermmm... dah nasib... cuma nk tahu sesiapa yg ada pengalaman naik mahkamah tu, bleh x kongsi cerita sikit...

Saya dulu melanggan dengan CM Banting lebih kurang 9 tahun lepas. Bila nak habis bayaran, saya ambil lagi barangan. Ade lebih kurang 2-3 bulan saya tidak membuat bayaran tapi lepas tu saya ada buat bayar lebih sikit. Tidak lama lepas itu, saya dibagitahu oleh pihak CM saya ada tunggakan RM1000 lebih untuk barangan lama padahal lagi 3-4 bulan lagi nak habis kalau tidak barangan akan dirampas. Saya terus buat bayaran tersebut. Lepas itu saya dapat tahu saya ada lagi tunggakan lagi RM1000 lebih lagi untuk barangan yang baru pula. Saya terlewat buat bayaran, pihak CM terus merampas barangan tersebut. Saya pergi ke CM, Banting untuk membuat bayaran tersebut. Barangan itu pulak lagi 1 tahun nak habis dah datang rampas. Baru beberapa hari lepas pihak CM contact saya, saya ada lagi tunggakan RM1000 lebih setelah 5 tahun. Inikah perkhidmatan CM selama ini?Bila kurang pelanggan, mulalah buka akaun2 lama yang dah lunas dari pelanggan lama.Sudahlah menipu, nak mengutip duit macam along. Kedua2 bayaran yang saya buat, saya pinjam dari along. Hutang along baru habis 2 tahun lepas, CM pula cakap saya bayaran tertunggak. Saya dah serik dan takkan beli barang dari CM lagi...

ni nk tnya lagi ya pada sesiapa yg ada pngalaman naik mahkamah pasal utang2 barang ni...sya dah surrender x dpt nk byr jugak...sy nekad nk naik court je... tp bila sy kol balik euro partner ni, ckp ngn yg org yg incharge... dia ckp, ingt nk surrender naik mahkamah sng2 je ke...? kena ambik seorang peguambela utk bela kita...paling2 RM5K caj dia...pastu, charge ni..charge tu...gedebak gedebuk...elok2 utang RM4K je dah jadi RM18K...x trmasuk utang barang lg...tu hanya baru caj mahkamah shj... adoii aii... gerun nya dgr... mcm mana nk buat ni... nk byr, x ckup duit... nk naik mahkamah... pn nk duit...nak lantik peguambela bagai2...dh mcm ada kes bunuh plak aku nih...aduhai... ada sesiapa x yg pengalaman naik mahkamah...? bleh bagi bantuan sikit...?

saya beli barangan dalam baru dalam RM1.8 K lepastu bayar bulanan macam biasa sehingga ada tunggakan kena selesaikan rm 600 ok sye da stlekan n sambung mcm biasa, sekarang saye nak buat setlemen dan tanya baki, dia cakap RM 3K lebih, berapa kali ganda dia nak ambik duit ni...yang jual orang islam dia tak rasa ker bulan-bulan makan duit hasil haram macam ni, mengalahkan ceti haram, inilah fist dan terakhir saya beli barang dengan courts ni erti kata lain courts maut.

salam semua saya ada beli barang di courts iaitu tv lcd 40inci dan home titer set pada 03-04-2011, bayaran ansuran sebanyak rm221 sebulan selama 3 tahun bayaran, tetapi saya ada masalah kewangan dan telah tertunggak selama 3 bulan. kemudian pihak peguam court telah menghantar surat kepada saya dan menyeruh saya membayar tunggakan sebanyak Rm1489.00. pada 26-12-2012 saya telah membuat pembayaran di kaunter court cawangan kota damansara sebanyak Rm1000.00 dan pada 29-01-2013 saya kemudian membayar lagi tunggakan sebanyak Rm650, dan staff di counter menyatakn saya sudah tiada tunggakan lagi dan boleh bayar macam biasa iaitu Rm221 saya pun membayar ansuran saya macam biasa tiap-tiap bulan sehinggalah pada 13-03-2013 saya mendapat panggilan dari pihak peguam court bahawa akaun saya tertunggak sebanyak Rm4100.00 dan menghantar sms kepada saya menyatakan barang akan ditarik balik dan segala akaun bank saya akan dibekukan. Saya pun kemudian ke cawanga court yg terdekat dan meminta penjelasan lebih lanjut tetapi tiada sebarang tindaka yg dilakukan oleh pihak di cawang itu setelah saya menyatakan tentang panggilan dan sms yg dihantar oleh pihak peguam court...? Dalam hal ini saya jadi binggung dan fikiran saya serabut... sedangkan saya telah melunasakan tunggaka yg sepatutnya...

This is my first and last time dealings with court mammoth CM, especially at Bukit Indah Johor baharu and the rest of the CM branches. On 15th August I purchased in cash Bed room set with item No IP 12617, costing RM 1988 including delivery. Interestingly the sales person (Nabil) promised to deliver to my house a day or two after purchasing date. On the date promised I have to made a few calls with hung ups and replied with unimaginable and ridiculous reasons.such as the transport broke down no enough staff to fix the furniture and ask me to negotiate to pay the cost of installation of the furniture parts.which I think the cost is inclusive. I am still waiting the furniture to deliver. I do not want or fed up to make any more calls waste my time, energy, time and building up my tension. OR rather to lodge the report to Consumer Association, or to publicly to any newspapers. I dont understand why such big company known to states has a BAD SERVICES. I would not recommend to others to deals with CM.

My washing machine has stop functioning and I plan to get a new one from courts in this raya promotion. I don't have that much cash for one time payment. So courts somehow benefits me with the flexi credit payment by paying it after.

After all this issue you still wan to purchase goods from couts? I advice you better dnt buy anything from courts. Unless it is cash and carry than it should be fine.

I don't think that everyone are facing the same problem. I believe that somehow there are still many people are have no issue with it. Also, so far I haven't encounter any problem. If you pay in on schedule and you get enough money to finish the payment u can get discount.

Although many complaint about Courts but I still find that their price are attractive especially during this raya promotion. Electronic item can get 80% discount while furniture can get 60% discount. Really tempting

after you purchase it and you find that the actual price is much more expensive than the discount price or even others shop price than you will regret. Courts like to use this thread to trap buyers.

I heard my friend told me that he bought a camera from courts and he pay in time by flexi credit after a few month he straight pay for the total price and he got discount. After calculate it is even cheaper.

Yup, I personally experienced this before. Sometimes courts can be benefits as well just we need to make sure pay in time and get to know the terms and conditions clearly before you purchase an item than I guess is should have no problem with it. Imho, normally ppl got issue with it is because they did not read the terms and conditions clearly at the end only faced issue with their goods.

Barangan berjumlah 5, 000 tidak sampai setahun guna Courts Mamoth tidak mau bincang bayaran yang tertunggak terus angkat balik barang masa malam tanpa ada sebarang surat untuk di tandatangani. Sudah tu tiada lagi khabar dari Courts Mamoth sampai lah hampir 10 tahun. Tiba-tiba saya terima SMS daripada En. Othman mengatakan Akaun Bank saya akan dibekukan.

The 1st day of purchase yours sales representative persons request from us I/C on the 2nd request for salary slip then the 3rd day request for confirmation letter for company so no the 4rd day request for KWSP slip, at today call again request for drawing my company location map... do yours think that our customer suppose to do this kind of jobs to service your some more in separate... yours service is much more terrible them bank

Court mammoth bodo.bayar tiap bulan la sial.bayar online complete tp tak terima sbg bayaran.duit ada katanya.tp tak terima utk bulan tu.babi sial .walk in payment kata bayaran tak penuh utk bulan sebelumnya padahal dh tau bayaran dh dibuat.ko tggu la CM.ko tgk la apa nasib korg.aku tak blame staff CM.aku nk BOARD CM otak belacan.

Saya rasa saya tak pernah miss bayar every month but today i just received letter from courts and menyatakan saya ada tunggakan sampai 800+. I dah bayar kot tak pernah miss? So apa yang korang nak actually. Tak kan korang as a staff careless tak tahu beza mana dah bayar mana yang belum.

Staff courts mammoth Sibu name Faridah Abdullah call asking money from customer for her car fuel. talking with customer very rude & bad manner! we're made every payment using online banking but she keep on asking money for her car fuel. stupid staff.

I have made a refund on 13th May 2019, at Courts Miri. I was inform that the refund has been validate by the Account department on 31st May 2019, but yet still not receive anything from Courts Miri.

Mana budi bahasa staff courts? Call orang tak boleh ke cakap elok elok. Perlu ke tengking. I don't know lah macam mana orang macam ni kerja. Tolonglah layan orang dengan baik so that orang boleh permudahkan urusan kita. Kalau macamni punya perangai memang tak lah aku nak layan.
