Hi Im a customer of Courts Malaysia. I agree i have over due payment around 2500. That Does not give ur staffs to harass me. U have professional staffs as well as rude and arrogant staffs. Your staffs Dont speak the same. I am dissatisfied with a staff named Mr Maran. He threatens to go to the house and office and finally says wants to sue me for being rude. If He knows manners i wont be rude with him. So Pls use a proper way to collect the pending payment not threaten. I Hope not to deal with a rude person like him.

The name of staff is NORMAHIRAH. She is very rude while handling the customer during customer make a payment. She speaks in a rough tone during customer make a payment and not welcome to the customer very well. I am very dissatisfied with her service and the company needs to take action to NORMAHIRAH so she not will be rude anymore. every time she dealt with me, she was very rude.

my order
Hi was order pioneer home theater on 28/2/19 at courts Kluang, Johor. The sales person who taking order is Muszaimi Mustafar and he is supervisor as well. My order number is [protected]. When i was order the product he mentioned that we get the product in 7-10 days. After two weeks there is no update from him and when i called him or whatsapp, he refuse to respond or update the status. Then i tried to call customer careline and asking for the update seems the salesperson no bother about it and i also have complain about the salesperson with them as well. After 2 or 3 days suddenly i received a called from the salesperson and he said "your product is here to collect" and i asked him "is it the product complete?" and he said "yes". So finally its take almost two month seems he promise can arive by 7-10 days such as irresponsible person to update the status with customer. So drive from Mersing to Kluang courts for collect the product and it's take nearly 3 hours to reach Courts Kluang. Once i reach the place the staff asked me to pay the balance and collect your product. Before i make the payment, i manage to find that the product is not complete. I asked them where is the missing item (sub woofer) and they said need to check with the salesperson. Unfortunately the salesperson is not there and the staff said he went out and will come back shortly. As well myself and the staff tried to called him and he didn't answer the call. I was waiting for him for 1 hour and he still not show up. So i informed to the staff, I'm going out for a while and please call me once the salesperson is back. After 20 minutes i went back to the courts and the staff said the salesperson have came back and went to home already even they informed with him that customer waiting for him. So I'm really get angry because i travel 3 hours just because to collect the product and there is few irresponsible person so called courts staff. After that i told them that i need to talk with branch manager to inform the incident. But i really do not know what kind of people that courts hiring because the branch manager also refuse to face me even the branch manager can't communicate in the phone with me but at the same time he can communicate with his staff.. What the hell is going on... Finally i refund the money and left the place with upset. Really that was my worse day, wasting my money, time, etc..
So here is my complain toward Courts Kluang.
1) Salesperson kluang - Muszaimi Mustafar

*cuatomer travel 3 hours to collect but the product not complete and there is no basic manners to say sorry.

*Even they know the mistakes but trying to cover the sales person
Please take serious action regarding this issue. Very shameful to have this kind person in courts and if this continue in future, sure the courts name will damage. Attach the bill for your reference and waiting for your prompt response/action.
Note: I'm willing to collect back the product if fully complete but I'm don't wish to go back to the same place (courts Kluang).

JUPITER Bedroom set promo harga RM799 saya beli dengan CASH pada 4/4/19, delivery lambat. pada 8/8/19 baru saya terima barang, semua ok kecuali wardrobe ada rosak pecah sikit semasa delivery. Installer tak pasang wardrobe tu, dia ambik foto part yg pecah dan beritahu yg Courts akan hubungi semula dan ganti yg rosak. Saya dah lodge complain ke CS pada 10/4, tapi sampai sekarang masih belum terima reply dari Courts. Apa punya servis macam ni hantar barang rosak lepas tu tak nak responsible? Sebelum saya report ke Tribunal Pengguna dan hire peguam untuk bawa kes ni ke mahkamah, baik pihak Courts segera buat kerja.

washing machine
I bought a washing machine (panasonic brand) in 31/3/2019. It was delivered after 1 week. After being delivered, I wanted to inspect the product and see whether it is functioning properly or not, however the staffs from courts left without proper inspection and installation. When I tried to use the washing machine, it is faulty eventhough it is supposed to be new. I called courts sibu on 9/4/2019 and made a complaint and I was told that courts sibu will send someone to attend to the matter. However until 12/4/2019, no action was taken by courts sibu and when I called again to follow up, I was informed that my complaint was not even recorded. Futhermore I was asked to call the service by myself. Is this your procedure whenever you received a complaint about goods that have been sold? No responsibility at all regarding all the complaint and all the goods that was sold by courts. Poor explanation given to the customer regarding the matter and asked the customer to attend to the problem themselves. What a lousy customer service

Petang, saya mau tau apa status email saya yang lepas pasal waranty tv. Waranty 5 tahun tapi diberitahu cover 3 tahun untuk screen. Camna pulak tu... Tv tu masih dalam instalment... Saya tak mau bayar untuk tv tu lagi... Sedangkan pihak court pun lepas tangan je... Saya beli tv tu di court kluang johor pada tahun 2015. Sebelum ni saya tak tau nak submit hal ni... Ada jugak saya tanya di court kk kerana masa itu saya di kk... Tp takde jawapan yang boleh diambil tindakan lanjut.. Bayaran saya teruskan juga.. Sehinggalah saya pindah ke semporna ada informasi saya dapat di sini... Dan saya berhubung dengan agen kutipan di kluang... Saya ada email juga sebelum ini dan dapat panggilan dari court kl mengatakan waranty cover 3 tahun pulak... Saya tak puas hati dengan jawapan ini... My wife is a custormer from Courts Malaysia (Fara Zalia Bt Faisal Mohamed) after she had a stroke she has difficulty in her speech. Our payment was to be made on every 18th of the month. After she had the stroke she's been delaying in her payment but again she always pays including the late penalty charges.
She's alaways being called and harrased by the call centre employee. Lately Hafiz called and was being sarcastic and rude to her which is not professional and ethical. I am pretty sure your system should have a record on her payment and all. I understand the need to call and remind but to be rude to a woman and harrassing the office? I will be making a police report to make sure this is dealt upon.

I would like to complaint about debt collector that have been appointed by courts mammoth malaysia, euro prestasi & partners (m) sdn bhd. The manager named Siti Norashida is very rude calling my office line & yelling at me, my colleagues & even to my office director eventhough I have given them my personal contact number. She also humiliate me by revealing my details to third party which is not right & really unprofessional based on personal data protection act 2010. She also called my human resourse department asked them to take action and terminate my service if im not paying them. I have lodge a police report number report:sg. Maong/001098/19 for courts mammoth action & responsible.
Please do something with this company if you still want your customer to pay u the balance of outstanding.

I am complaining about late delivery.
I am complaining about late delivery. I order fridges, washing machine and coffee table on 27.2.2019. The item suppose delivery on 8.3.2019 but they only delivery coffee table. Washing machine and fridge I didn't received yet. Please take action. This is my first time purchased things with courts but courts give me very bad experience. This kind of thing will effect your reputation.

bayaran yang tidak munasabah
Saya Mohd Rozaini Bin Md Nafiah, No kad pengenalan [protected] (H/p No [protected]) ada membuat pembelian Handphone Sony Z2 bernilai RM 2500 pada 4 Mei 2015 dan mendapat satu lagi handphone sony Z2 percuma dengan bayaran bulanan RM 125 di Courts Mammoth Cawangan Jasin Melaka. Selang sebulan kemudian saya dihubungi pihak courts cawangan Jasin Melaka mengatakan saya telah mendapat cabutan bertuah RM 1300 dengan syarat saya menambah pembelian bernilai RM 300. Saya menambah pembelian dengan mengambil ketuhar gelombang mikro dengan harga Rm 300 dan saya mendapat satu lagi hadiah percuma iaitu handphone Samsung J1 bernilai RM 500.
2. Masalah yang berlaku ialah pembelian saya yang bernilai RM 6060.30 telah meningkat kepada RM14, 931.65 kerana saya hanya membeli ketuhar gelombang mikro yang bernilai RM 300 tersebut. Bayaran bulanan saya meningkat kepada RM 250 daripada RM129 sebulan sebelum ini. Apabila saya bertanya kepada pihak Courts cawangan Jasin Melaka, jawapannya saya akan mendapat potongan rebat pada masa hadapan. Sampai hari ini sudah masuk tahun ke empat saya masih menunggu pembetulan daripada pihak Courts tentang perkara ini.

Saya selalu dapat panggilan remind untuk bayaran. Sebulan hampir 3 kali mereka call untuk dapatkan tarikh bila saya nak byr sedangkan telah diberitahu sebelum masuk bulan baru. Saya juga telah meminta statement bayaran yg telah sya buat memandangkan jarak antara rumah n court agak jauh dan juga faktor pengangkutan dan masalah lain (anak) juga menyukarkan untuk saya pergi ke court.
Namun sehingga kini masih belum terima penyata seperti yg saya minta.. Sebelum ini juga ibu saya telah menerima ugutan dari wakil court collector untuk menyita semua barang dirumah ibu saya sehingga menyebabkan ibu saya sakit. Sedangkan dia tidak pernah menandatangani sebarang surat sebagai penjamin. Saya juga telah memaklumkan hal ini kepada pihak court namun hanya ditertawakan oleh pegawai berkenaan. Bg saya ini satu penghinaan.. Saya mohon pihak courts semak semula pegawai yg bernama johari n umairah untuk tindakan kerana menyamar sebagai peguam yg sangat2 tidak membantu dalam hal ini. Bila saya hubungi semula dua pegawai ini.. Mereka seolah2 melarikan diri bila atau mengelak setiap kali saya hubungi mengenai hal ini.

today i received call from your collector( [protected]) and ask for payment. They (indian boy) came to my office, shouting to me thru phone, call my office phone and call my hr manager! . very rude debt collector s
Very disappointed & disheartened by the rude debt collectors who made phone calls via +[protected], +[protected], +[protected]. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 & have made numerous loans under a lot of accounts. I admit it was my mistake for not paying on time. I normally pay all once I receive the salary but this month I'm facing financial difficulties. I tried to negotiate by reassuring them everything would be cleared by end of this week but they did not listen. They were persistent and raised their voice worse than loan sharks. They were young malay men, I was surprised on what ground they were appointed to represent this very big company with such poor attitudes. This was not the case back when I first started to have loans with Courts; the staff maintained their professionalism when asking for loan repayments. This is not the same when Courts started to appoint third party to carry the task. I really hope something will be done before customers start losing their patience and turning to other companies that offer better before and after sales services. If I were one of those errand payers, Courts would have not approved my loans under 4 different accounts. We customers are not trying to run away from paying the installments, but when something crops up and we need to delay the payment, all we ask is to give us some time until we're able to do so.

Hello, i would to lodge a complain in which delivery should be sent to me on Thursday 29Nov.But due to an urgent matter ive called the salesguy at courts kajang as well as courts customer service hotline to reschedule on friday 30nov.at first the salesguy said he knows nothing and they said courts or the lorry driver will call one day before the delivery.but i have not received any call from courts or the lorry driver until today 30nov.everybody kept quiet.i cant even get the lorry driver hp number.then i tried to call the salesguy and customer service hotline.again they said they are not sure.the answer that I received was " biasalah pernah jadik beberapa kali". What kind of lame excuse is that. Then the customer service told me he will reschedule after 7pm today.up until now 9.30pm, I receive not a single call from courts.what kind of service is this..! I paid full payment and cash. Not even instalment.! Ive even paid for the delivery. Now i'll be away from my home starting tomorrow and the whole week. Been waiting for response but nothing from courts. Please be professional and train people that u r hiring.

my name is vikenes, I'm sending this email due to some clarification and disappointment service from courts. Previously my father has been bought some IT products under courts and 1 of the product has been took back from the courts company due to payment issue. After few years later now there is frequent calls from 03-[protected]/[protected] say that calling from courts if not able to pay the payment immediately will take action such as arrest warrant or court letter. I need to know that the product that has been purchase has been taken from the courts company then why still my father need to pay? what is the payment you trying to collect from us? My father is sick person and keep on receiving those call make him stressed to make the payment and he too blindly paying. If one month he is not able to pay means wants to get arrest warrant. Is this the way you treat your customer. May you can reduce the month installment payment to make my father to pay the outstanding which there is no any products purchased.
I also need clear calculation and explanation for his account which he needs to pay and why he has to pay for it without having the things with him. The account number will be [protected] under the name M.Kunalan.
