delivery in wrong address, not deliver at suppose address
On 27 march 2018, we buy new wachine machine and fridge at taman universiti skudai branch, by cash, and the staff told we that they will deliver within 1 week.
After that, we received call that inform they dont have stock at jb branch and will deliver from big warehouse at kuala lumpur.
So, on 2nd April 2018, Monday, we received call from kuala lumpur branch to inform that they will delivery our things on Thursday 5 April 2018, and do confirmation address that they need to deliver, in Johor Bahru at our house.
But, suddenly on wednesday, we received call from ours parents at hometown in Batu Pahat, delivery man coming to deliver our things at our parents house? It is suppose to send in our house in Johor Bahru!
Then, we call staff at taman universiti, about wrong deliver, then she said, we cannot ask them to send back the things to where its suppose to deliver...
We very dissapointed, because no point we buy at johor bahru, to easy ours things, then now become more worst because now, who will sending the things from batu pahat to johor bahru? And who will pay the cost? Please give me reasonable answer, if can, please collect back, and deliver back at the correct address...

Your debt collectors are disturbing and make a mess in my office and I have lodged a police report.

Description (Police Report):
On 22/03/2018 approx. 1400hrs while I was at my office at Malaysian Rubber Board Sg. Buloh, I was approached by 2 Indian men introducing themselves as debt collectors from mammoth courts named MARAN) and another who did not reveal their identity by riding a white Honda HRV. When the meeting took place, I told him he would solve the debt problem on 24/03/2018 because the debt was not on me at this time. This item was also notified via whatsapp on 21/03/2018 to MARAN but he insisted on appearing in my office to mean embarrassing and disclosing my information to an office friend. A fuss happened during a meeting at the office when I directed MARAN to circulate from my office for interrupting me who was on duty despite being given an explanation. He had forced me to pay and did not want to go out and make a lie at the office grounds in a loud voice and scared the other staff and threatened to meet my boss and director. For security reasons, I was out of my office and headed for a police help control post. The check in the police assistant found that he had falsified vehicle registration information where he had registered a different car. He also threatened me to paste my debt notice in my office with my embarrassment intentions. The information of the 2 Indian men is available at the Malaysian Rubber Board aid policy lodge. The purpose of this report was made for fear of any undesirable event occurring on my own, my family and property later on. This is also to avoid commotion in my office again. My reports are up to date.

I've received a call from your debt collector Ms Sue [protected]) on 12/4/2018 on my outstanding (RM2+++). They asked for initial payment of RM500.00 but i told her that i only can pay RM100 as a initial payment and followed by monthly RM100 and i'm willing to settle the outstanding as soon as possible. She don't agree with that amount and I also told her that previously there are few debt collector called and threaten me to pay I even told them that i can make a monthly payment instead of paying few hundreds for a initial payment. on 16/4/2018, My HR manager called me to her office and show me a fax from RMV Partner & CO ( courts debt collector) they sent a notice amaran to my office. Why they need to sent the fax to my working place? . I didn't say that I wont pay, I even told her that i can pay RM100 immediately. Why they behave like Ah long. Why need to send fax to office when we agree to pay? I already made an police report, they are not dealing wth customers in professional way. This is my working place and its really embarrassing.

no stock for nova 2i phone since february 2018
I don't feel satisfied with your services.
I went to courts kuala selangor to buy the nova 2I but the staffs told me they are closing so they don't restock items. They ask me to go at others courts. So on the same day I went to setapak courts! Then they told me nove 2I is out of stock at the store and other store as well including your warehouse. So I need to wait for another one month for courts to restock the item. So now is march 2018, I directly call your customer service and she told me still no stock in the warehouse and I need to wait for another one month...
So courts, your service and your frontline staff seriously need a major reconstruction.
Your feedback are always late and nonsense.

return back the defect product
I have been puchased a dining table from courts megastore damansara. Its been a month since I returned back the product because has defect. I called so many times the responsible sales person. There no respont or further action taken by the incharge person.
I am not satisfied with this poor service that make me very angry.
So now I need a respond from the courts immediately or return back my money as simple as that.

being marked as bad paymaster
Back in January 2018, Courts had a promotion of 50% discount on selected item, thus I was interested to purchase a iphone X. When I checked with shah alam as to how do I go about it, I was advised i'm unable to proceed with the purchase via installment plan due to my current payment record is bad. I have an existing account with courts which was opened in 2017 and I been making prompt payment. My payments are made via my Maybank online banking account by the due date 27th of every month.in November 2017, I have moved to a different company thus my salary date is changed from 25th to 27/28 of every month. I received a call from the collection department requesting for payment which only 1 month due at that point of time. I explained my situation and requested for my due date to be changed. and the officer mentioned advised me to walk in to the nearest branch. This account was opened in Courts Mammoth Subang Jaya, and I walked in to the branch to request for change of due date. I was assisted by a malay female staff. I was advised my request will be put through in the following month BUT that was not the case! I have been charged with late charges and interest and my payment record has been tarnished! Hence I raised a complaint via courts call centre and I was assisted by Team leader QAYUM, I explained my situation and QAYUM tried his very best to help me out as what happened is not my fault and for me not to miss the promotion of the iphone X. after 2 weeks of waiting, he informed me that they have waived my late charges and changed my due date to 30th of each month however I still will not be able to make another purchase due to my payment record. I questioned him back why is that so when the fault is not mine. How can courts penalize their customers when its their staffs fault for not executing my request? TL QAYUM tried again to get in touch with their credit department but it was hopeless as there wasnt any feedback or reply from the credit department.
hence I requested for an official letter to advise why am I still deemed as bad paymaster due to courts negligence? and if im not entitled for any purchase since courts is tagging me as bad pay master, why am I still receiving promotional SMS and letters? and until today I have not received any sort of letter to address my concerns.
Please note I have escalated this complaint to NCCC - Ref Num HUZ9V609.
I demand for a letter of explanation for courts and also I want to courts to advise in the letter the current status of my payment records!

Teach to your stupid staff communication skills. If again I received any non respect email, I will make an police report. Its already so may times I received msg as "berdegil". If u all want to take it of the item come and get it. My outstanding is just rm322. Really disappoint why I purchase things from courts. Don't know u all having customer service or Along service?

omg! read all this complain about courts mammoth services for asking money its extreme though... pity my friend being involving with this company..how come's the KPDNKK didn't take any action. Previous meeting with Pengarah Urusan Courts Mammoth Mr.Dolf Posthumus nothing action was been change..This should be taken ASAP urgent, how this company can still be operate. I believe we need to stand and bring this issue to the top management or possible to the high level attention.
I feel upset why we have this kind of dictator company - Courts Mammoth in Malaysia with a lot of branches this is really bad for people. Someone need to bring this matter, i cannot see my friend or anyone in this matter anymore. For the passing few days, Mr.Ruben (debt collector) from courts mammoth come to our house looking for my friend, unfortunately my friend was not there i mention anything that i can help then he say my friends bla bla bla...i say never mind later i will inform my friend about it and ask he to call him back. He asking my phone number as a backup if he didn't pick a call, for me he dont have any right to ask anyone's number to chasing a borrower. He say worried if i lying to give them a wrong number because my friend have change the phone number.
Before i give my phone number, i asking for the clarify such as there id if true they for courts, there are 2 people only 1 have are id Mr Ruben. I read the notice it mention warning last letter. so only send the letter not taking a stuff from borrower or collect the money. For me it was rude and not ethic professional at all.The way they come, talk and send a message its like ah long and gangster. I want courts mammoth please ask En.Zainal (03-[protected])to call me back ASAP i want to sue their company (debt collector) and courts mammoth as their partner because they cross the limit /boundaries to disturb which has nothing to do with the borrower agreement also i understand their breach code of ethic to chasing the borrower.
I believe they company already get the commition right? but it was wrong manner. Who they are to treat people like this and push like a hell. My friend yesterday was think to commit suicide already, I'm not sure if it was a joke or what but i take it this is very serious matter. What will happen to all this people that being push like my friend, thank god i have a money to help even with time a short period. This thing can not be continued without teaching and give a lesson to this people or company dictator like this.

bad service from courts
Today (09/01/18) at 7.18 pm I just received from courts that mentioned I have an outstanding balance without any notice, call or mail from courts. She shouted at me while talking to me. She's being rude to her customer. I wonder is that how you talk with your customer. Plus I never received any reminder since the last payment I did. It's within 5 months and today they call said I had outstanding balance. Plus, she give an excuse to me said that your service side has stop sent reminder to all your customer regarding delay payment. And she force me to pay the outstanding balance within 2 days if not she will sent her people come to my office and make a discussion. And she said I changed my phone number but I have proof that you have sent the reminder to my recent number as I use today. If I'm not going to pay within 2 days she will issue this case to COURT and SUE me for this. Within 5 months I never received any payment reminder. And sudden I received a call that I have outstanding payment. Can you explain this to me since I do not understand the way you work with your customer.

bad service & unnecessary charges
I have bought samsung galaxy s8 edge on June 2017. During registration process, staff prepare the documents wrongly update my contact details & name. She call me to cancelled the first agreement due to his mistake and ask me come again asap to sign new agreement. I have settled the registration process with high interest charges.
I received the product on july and start the installment on August. All going well but suddenly on October when im doing online transfer I did transferred to new old account number (which agreement cancelled). Courts keep calling me update that im not paying. When check at courts I find out the issue. Hence, request them to transfer to new account. But after one wéek still not done. When I'm going back to remind still they mention will do it during work hour. However, they have done it by 25th Oct with charge my account with late payment reason. Meanwhile, already paid early of the month but the agreement is for the inactive account the delay comes from courts side. Furthermore, this month payment I made at counter on 2nd nov 2017 but the staff transfer to inactive agreement number. Courts call me today mention im not paying but today their team apologize and said will settle it by next Monday. But the point here is it fair you are charging late payment charges for the mistake have been done from their staff side? I'm really upset with courts service. They already double up my samsung galaxy s8 edge price now some more charge me with unecessary charges.

While I walk in just now, there's not even a person would willing to serve us, many of them was busy finishing their paperwork, and some are busy chit chatting with their friends?! Even I am holding a rice cooker walking around there 's nobody wanted to give a hand?! I was supposed to get another oven worth 400+.. I think this kind of service is enough for RM104 that I paid just now. I hope that the management will improve the genting klang outlet' s service crew.

Saya pengguna courts batu pahat dan berhutang dgn courts dengan byran bulanan rm322.00 selama 5 thn. Baru2 ni saya menerima mesej dr department collection courts berkenaan pembayaran saya yg dikatakan sudah over due. Courts telah mengecaj int. Kepada saya rm6.00 pd bulan sept dan rm23+ pd august. Atas alasa n caj dtg melawat rumah 20%. Saya tidak berpuashati dengan tindakan n caaj yg dkenakan kepada saya sbb saya byr hutang courts tiap2 bulan tanpa mis. Apa ni lewat byr sudah caj 20% pelanggan? Saya tidak akan membayarnya sebb saya tiada tunggakan berbulan2 dgn courts. Ni courts sesuka hati nak mengecaj int. Sesuka hati kpd plgn. Tiada surat @ makluman yg diberikan kepada saya. Sedangkan hutang yg melebihi 3 bulan ke atas baru d kena caj int. Atas makluman pihak penghutang. Saya tidak bersetuju dgn pihak courts n sila menyemak semula. Tq

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding courts mammoth segamat branch where it took them more than 1 month to procure my iphone 7 order. Not only that, I demanded for refunds & it took them a few days for that & when they called me for the refund which is at 10 pm on weekdays btw & after driving there & parked at the unsafe back alley parking lot that they have, the staffs gleefully told me that the system down & couldnt process my refund. This is the reason why I abhor buying things at courts.

call to workplace
I have an outstanding payment to Courts of 6 months and would need to pay 2 months installments to avoid court action according to your debt collectors. I will pay the outstanding but what I am not satisfied is that calls to my workplace is not professional and only wanted to humiliate me into making payment as soon as possible. If this continues I will lodge a police report citing intimidation and intent to humiliate me. If I lose my job because of this I wont be able pay either.
It would be better to engage courts mammoth's own staff to do the calling first to my phone number before calling my workplace to humiliate me. Please stop this practice as not everybody have the patience to handle situations like this.

Saya ada byran tertunggak sebanyak rm1850.. saya telah membayar rm800 melalui maybank2u.. jumlahnya hanya sebahagian kerana itu sahaja yang mampu saya bayar waktu ini.. janji kosong dari staff courts keningau sabah
Selamat pagi courts, saya telah membeli ceiling fan dari keningau courts sabah pada 27/07/17. Masa tu salesperson nasrul bin mohd nawir mengatakan stock is available di kota kinabalu court dan berjanji akan hantar stock ke keningau courts dalam 28th atau 29th, paling lewat pun 31thjuly akan sampai, saya telah pergi ke kedai courts keningau pada 2thaug untuk mencari salesperson dan sekali lagi dia janji akan sampai minggu ini, tapi sampai hari ini 10/07/17 belum ada apa-apa tindakbalas dari salesperson nasrul bin mohd nawir. Soalan saya, adakah begitu susah untuk hantar dua unit ceiling fan dari kota kinabalu ke keningau yang perlu 2 jam perjalanan?

I would like to lodge a complaint against the staff name Ms Badariah Abdullah (staff id : S04052) who is based at Courts Larkin Showroom. She had provide the wrong information on when the intallation can be made as I had bought a 60in Samsung UHD SMART LED TV and a wall mount tilt from Courts Larkin on 27th july 2017.
She told me the intallation can be done in 4 to 5 days but when I did approach her after a week on 3rd aug 2017, she told me that she had forgotten about it and said it can be done the next day as of on 4th Aug 2017. but when I called back her on 4th aug, she raised her voice and told me that I have to wait and it cant be done immediately. When I asked her to provide me a time frame when the intallation can be made, she said as I had booked the installation under a 50% discount promotion, I have to wait and they will not provide me a date.
but as per the conversation, if I were to buy the bracket from a person named Mr Amin of whom I have no idea of who he was, installation can be made immediately. But since I bought it from courts, I must wait for indefinite period before the installation can be made.
As I was not satisfied with her reply, I insist her to provide me a time frame. But in reply, she disconnected my call.. when I tried to called her back, she rejected my call twice. The last time I tried to call her, she talk harsly to me again and hang up.. but after few minutes, she called me up and said the installation can be done by that afternoon itself. I rejected her offer and told her that I want get a full refund and talks to the branch manager.
And on 4th Aug, when I meet up the assistant branch manager, En Alias Bin Januri, he listen to my explanation but not in full interest in customer's satisfaction. He was doing his own work and I was not satisfied with the way he dealt with my problem. But somehow, I managed to get my total refund of rm70.75 and went back home.
As per the wrong information by Ms Badariah Abdullah, she had make me to cancel all the plan I had on 4th aug 2017 as it the only off day for me in that week. I was totally not satisfied with her customer service.. she had the tendency to talk harshly to customers and this will reflect a very bad impression towards courts wholly..
hope a stern action can be taken against her or else I would need to seek for social network attention to make sure a action is taken against her.

unreliable service almost a scam!
A month ago I bought 50 inch Samsung Smart TV (S. O No. [protected]) and was offered to buy 2 items on a special deal at only rm2 (Iron and Blander). After payments are being made suprisingly at the last minute the sales person told me they dont have the stocks ready for the two speacial deal items. They promised to call me when it availble to collect! But they didnt. Instead I have to waste my time and energy to keep follow up things that I already bought but I never get! went there countless time and they ask me to wait and wait. to make matters worst, Finally they they told me the sales person who handling me has resign. How convenince!
It may only cost rm2 but where is the sense of Integrity and prinsiple in COURTS MAMMOTH? You shouldnt put up the deals if you dont plan to have the items in hand! Thats more like a scam and thieves!

courts malaysia is a ripoff
Agreement number [protected]. I made my settlement in 2015 and was told my file is closed by the collection company and was forced to settle within 2 months. I sent my payment screen shots to the phone number given back then as advised. Now after almost 2 years I get a message that I owe courts money again because of additional charges that has been imposed on my account. No one contacted nor told me 2 years ago when I settled and now I get a call from collection that I need to pay RM469. I was told then that I only needed to pay a sum of RM3573 (at the point of payment). I went to courts to print statement yesterday and see that there are additional charges. Is this how courts make their money with customers? Am I going to continue getting surprises like this from courts after every 2 years? I have paid more than the item amount when I settled. My lawyer has advised me to make a police report as well as this seems like cheating customers and making money. This is extremely unfair for your customers. Please waive this off and clear my settlement that was made and send me a letter of notification.

10 July at courts mammoth USJ 1 subang jaya. We bought shoes rak but went we try to fix it seem like the stuff of the rak not enough. Then 2nd day we asked the staff that served us yesterday. He forget to give us another box it must be 2 boxes he only give us 1 box. Then my mom found the shoes rak the he give to us not the same what we saw the display that we want. When we ask him he say it's same then open the box and it's not same at all. He keep wasting our time by standing there without make any solution. Then I ask them to return money he seem like mad. I'm very disappointed of their service. Service like sucks and the staff don't know how to apologize. And try to making faces to customers. Is this how you guys treat the customer.
