My name is Sajahan Bin Salman Baris, IC no [protected]. I have purchased furniture's from Court Mammouth way back in 2002. However after few month due to financial difficulty I have called Court Mammouth and the total items purchased was collected back from me due to I cant afford to pay during that time. I was told since the items return no payment will be claimed from me. Again in 2014 I came to know my name was blacklisted and appeared in CTOS. Someone claiming to be as Pegawai Pendaftar Mahkahmah ask me to do full settlement or else a warrant will be out to confiscate and seal my house. I maid a RM1500 t stop that process. Again yesterday another guy called me saying the same thing n gave me another mobile no to be contacted and the Person addressed her self as Pn Hajjah Ma[censored]a Pegawai Pendaftar Mahkamah and ask to me to make a payment of RM2803.81 for my final outstanding full settlement balance. I did made a payment to my Act No [protected] through CIMB Clicks and the details is

I was told by this so call Pegawai Pendaftar Mahkamah that a release letter will be issued upon the payment made n I send the proof of payment via whatsup to mobile no [protected]. I did immediate send the proof of the payment once done. However after the payment proof sent I only get the message saying ok TQ. I been trying to call after that no one seems to answer my call. My intention to make the payment is to clear my name from CTOS which been bothering my other loans n facilities application for long period of time. My frustration how can Courts Mammouth as a multinational company allow this kind of Bill Collectors freely threatening customers and impersonating them self as someone for Mahkamah. Lucky enough I have the capacity to pay off whatever Courts Mammouth claim from me due to my payment failure few years back during my financial Hard time. I need and open apology from Courts Mammouth on allowing the Bill Collectors to cheat n impersonate them self as someone from Mahkamah and threatening the customers a warrant will be out home n belonging will be sealed by Mahkamah. Secondly I want clear apology from Courts Mammouth and send me the Released Letter saying that my name is cleared from CTOS and any debt owing to Courts Mammouth. Finally I want Courts Mammouth to furnish me with the Bill Collectors Company information and I wanted to take a legal action against them for acting or impersonating as Government Officers to threaten and do collection on behalf of Court Mammouth for Default accounts. I need full explanation on this issues within 24 Hours from this message. I know Court Mammouth rights to collecting any debt but stop dealing with this kind of Bill Collecting Agency using fraud identities and going against law to cheat the customers. Also why there was still due payments after I return all the furniture I purchased back to Courts Mammoth? Why no follow up if there was any payment pending until 2014 and by that time my name already blacklisted in CTOS? I want Courts to take full responsibilities on my case and explain why I shouldn't take a legal action towards your so call Bill Collecting Agency or Courts Mammouth for allowing this fraudulent to happen.
I have cleared my name now and Courts Mammouth to view my case seriously and revert with amicable solutions. I am very sure there were a lot of customers facing the same issues out there. I will not hesitate to bring this matter to relevant authorities to take further action against Court Mammouth and whoever or whichever company you have appointed as your Bill Collectors. Lastly I will also not hesitate to post my frustration and complaint in social media and facebook to highlight this unacceptable issue.

yes..it true.im being in that issue now.it not im run away for not doing payment.but im only skip two mnth.but everyday i get the warning sms every morning and before evening.this two month i get hard Time where i dont enough money to do the payment..when the customer service call they not talk nicely..and i still keep all the sms that i received from collector.i will do the payment l.but they don't have patient for me as a customer...tq

I'm also very disappointing with court Mammoth. Only one time my outstanding overdue for 2 months and after that I never skipped payment. Recently I got opportunity to obtain loan at the government rate with rate 3.6%. At first screening to CCRIS report and credit checking, my loan has been proceeded to the next level - 1 step before the disbursement. However, I got call from the institution that informed that my name was listed in RAMCI report as a bad payer record. I have contacted Court's financial department but they are not really helpful. They even said that they will try to remove my name from the RAMCI report but cannot promise it can be done. What they are thinking? I have zero outstanding and one of the account are with 1 month advance payment. Is this the way they treat a customer? I would not recommend anyone buying at Court Mammoth after this. My outstanding never overdue more than 3 months and why am my name was listed in RAMCI?
same goes to me. i have an account with this [censor]ing courts mammoth. i skip 2 months payment due to i have not enough money to pay. as usual i'll inform them i'll pay more next month, yet the collector (Indian guy) call with bad words coming out from his mouth. some more, he also told me that he will come to my office and make a big Hu Ha until he gets the payment from me. this is unacceptable. we informed you for our lateness due to our financial problem. please dont treat us like an animal.
