Credit Karma review: Withholding funds deposited

I am Sharon R Gibson. I opened a credit karma account on the advice of my fiancé on Sunday, January 12, 2025. I put 5$ into the acct to make it active. My fiancé had major surgery and we needed $ for his medications and medical bills. His sister sent into my account $3,250. Right after she sent the $, CK closed my account and refunded the $5 to my bank, but never let me have access to the $3,250 Margaret sent.

I called over and over and over and was always.told the $ was returned to Margaret. It was NOT returned to her! In fact my SPEND account and SAVE account STILL (as of April 4, 2025) almost to the day 3 months later shows $3,255. Margaret says she has never still NOT received the refund and I could never download it.

Niw my account was close very suddenly and without warning! The reasoning was due to a security even back in 2019. Yes, I was hacked! Like lots of others and STILL suffer from that as you can see.

Now, I want my $3,250 that still sits in my Spend and Save account. I WOULD LIKE to have Mt account reinstated as I did nothing wrong! I am the VICTIM!

I want full access to my $ NOW or we will file an FTC complaint and BBB.

James' medical bills are astounding and we need that to pay his surgical rehabilitation.

I have waited 3 months and I am tired of waiting and being told the $ was returned to her account when we all know it was NOT!
