I called this afternoon to request a medication refill from the pharmacy. I got disconnected five times before i was able to speak to pharmacist. She said she was aware of the phone problems. She said the script could be ready by tomorrow. I asked if it was posssible to pick it up today. She said I would receive a message when it was ready today.
Before the pharmacy closes I am still holding on waiting for anyone to pick up the line to ask if I can pick up the scripts. NO ONE is picking up the phone and it has been 100 minutes. They close in 4 minutes.
This is unethical, unacceptable, and after speaking to your pharmacist, I am going to recommend highly that he move all of prescriptions to costco, or anyplace that has employees that work to serve their customers. Your service is unacceptable, and your pharmacist at Bonita Beach doesnt care.
We go to Mount Prospect, IL and our CVS there is run effeciently, and the pharmacist is great. So, I definitely know when a store is working with customers. They (CVS) just disconnected the phone line,
Desired outcome: Fire the pharmacist.
