Darwin Homes Property Management review: move out fees

Darwin homes took over my lease from Home River Group. I lived there for almost 3 years . Upon move out they attempted to charge me for everything .Carpet which had been in the house longer than 5 years not a cleaning the whole house carpet. Painting the whole house which again had been the same paint for 10 years. Not touch up whole house. A dishwasher that I had asked for maintenance on months before move out that the repair man said needed a motherboard and they never fixed it. An outside light bulb which didn't work when we moved in and I replace multiple times. A bifold door which was in the garage upon move out. It came off track OUR FIRST DAY in the home and almost hurt my disabled child so we put it in the garage. Blinds for the whole house cause one had a broken blind. Plumbing which we had no plumbing issues but I guess all of a sudden there was one. A bathroom vanty which all were in great condition but maybe they just wanted to ungrade the 1980s look of the home. Garage drywall have no clue what that is or was we have pictures of the whole home. Orginal company never did a walk thru.
