When I got the item it was defective right from the start.
When charging the bracelet it will start vibrating and never stop until battery is empty. But then, of course, it's useless to me. How can I use the bracelet with an empty battery.
Also tried support - with no response at all.
Very disappointing but then again - lesson learned.
Me for my part will NEVER EVER use this company again; it's a scam and an absolute disgrace;

not working mobile phone

I have order a mobile phone via www.dx.com. I have received it in time and it was working properly for some days (maximum 1 week) and then, out of the blue the screen went black. I tried to restart the phone / hard reset, but in vein. It just did not start. I wrote to the seller, but with no success... he just did not answer to me. Then I contacted deal extreme website for complaints, but they told me that I am writing to deal extreme co.uk and they can't help me. It's been more than a month since I am trying to do something. I would like to receive a full refund, since the phone is just not working... Looking forward to your answer!

Deal Extreme Are big Fraud -- After order placement & Payment you never know when you will receive your material -- that too whether complete or Incomplete.
After drastic chase ups - Dx people will give you numerous excuses -- Like their Staff was not available Or they are looking into it Or that wait for 1-2 weeks., 2-3 weeks . Even after that when nothing happens - they will simply apologize & ask you to wait for another week(s) . Ultimately you will get fed up with there useless & false responses .
Pity is that they don't have a physical base of Dx.com in India so you don't have any control on them & cannot take any action. So refrain from any order placement on them or Just try your luck. If you get the complete materiel timely - it is purely your good luck. Thanks

Hi guys this website DX.COM is a fake website.
I purchased a smart watch from this website in the month of August 2018 .I made the payment through credit card, at the of booking it deducted the fund directly without asking for any cvv no..more over next day i get a mail from DX.com asking to share the picture of my credit card ..finding it suspicious i canceled the trnsaction as i was not comfortable sharing the details to a shady website..its been since then i have been struggling to get the refund back.

faulty handset
I received Ulephone Power 5 handset after waiting 15 days for delivery.
Unfortunately the earpiece is faulty, I can't hear the caller at all.
I tried to log on Dx website that itself was not easy.

Months ago purchased a multi meter and paid for it by PayPal. The order denied by DX and the money transferred to my account without informing me. By the time, some gentlemen from Ukraine broke into my account and paid of his order from my account. The order was not on my name! The order was not addressed to my address! fake company and stealing peoples money
Dx.com is fake website (I have given one star because I can't select o) as I booked a smart watch on 14-6-18 at 4-05pm ist through my friend's credit card it did not ask for any otp from bank etc payment deducted directly.
Then on next day on 15-6-18 they send an e mail asking for credit card photo (both sides) and address proof of the credit card holder for verification, then we sent an authorisation letter as sent by them. Immediately after sending the letter the other payments got deducted for the same amounts. Hence please no one visit this webpage and do anything from this. Be careful this is fraud website I lost rs. 77, 484/-.
I cancelled the order still no e mail for refund or either they credit to the credit card account. No response from them.
umidigi phone died, then the real nightmare started, namely "support"
I was extremely happy with the phone, came as it should, used as it should for 7 months. Then one morning it died, wont charge etc.
So I contacted the so called support of theirs, they responded and asked me to send video as proof. Fine, but I asked back what exactly they want me to film as the phone is dead. A month, and they do not respond by mail, not by the inbuilt support messaging. Just silence.
So DX is fine if you buy cheap [censored] products, and dont expect them to last very long, but DO NOT buy expensive stuff as there is little to no support from them.

pocket watch from dx.com numbers fell off after 1 week!
I bought a pocket watch, the number fell of the dial of the watch within one week. I tried to write a bad review about the watch, including photo and they refused to approve it.
What a sham. The reviews are a sham. Here is the message I got from DX.

I'm saying this because I was so terrified when they sent me an email asking me to take photos of both sides of my credit card. Before this, I ordered several items, but they canceled the order. Upon that, they started blackmailing me.
Please, never provide photos of your credit card to anyone, this may be finished sadly and you will regret it, it's obvious.

I've recently purchased a mini camera, which had turned out to be nothing like what was promised on the product page. After several days of testing, I wrote a very detailed review, which I posted with a combined rating of 1 star. I then received an email telling me that my review "has been unapproved for some reasons". That's it. No explanations, no details, just "some reasons", which was odd, as my review included both the negative and positive aspects of the product. I then emailed DX.com, using the specified Customer Support email address, trying to obtain some information about what was so horribly offensive about my review that got it "unapproved". No reply, nothing, zip, zero, nada. So, several days later, I've email DX.com again for more information. Again, no reply, nothing, zip, zero, nada. Actually, the only difference was that now I'm receiving their newsletter in Spanish as well as in English.
I'm posting my original review below, maybe someone can tell me what I've done wrong.

CAMERA:
1. The camera is relatively heavy for its size, but I will admit that it feels sturdy.
2. The control buttons have been placed comfortably apart, so even with “fat fingers”, you are unlikely to press them both together.
3. The build quality looks mostly OK; the only thing I thought was worth mentioning is that the lens appears to be slightly off-centre inside the housing, but I can’t see that this has any effect on picture quality.
4. While charging, the camera gets hot, not too bad though.
ACCESSORIES:
1. The lead supplied with the camera can be used to connect it to either a PC or a TV.
2. The mounting clip is unfit for purpose; this part seems to have been manufactured either for a different product or without much thought about design, as the camera comes off the clip very easily. One pothole in the road and the camera will fall off. Please see attached photo.
3. An English/Chinese manual is supplied with the camera. Sadly, I don't understand any form of Chinese, so I've had to try and rely on the English manual, which appears to have been translated by someone who has a vague awareness of the fact that the English language exists. Most of the instructions are unintelligible, making it very difficult to learn how to operate this product. Please see attached photo as an example.
OPERATION:
1. Upon testing the camera, I've found that the view angle is more like 90 degrees, not 140.
2. The camera records video in 5-minute sections. This isn’t too bad, but wasn’t mentioned on the web page, only in the manual (in poor English), so you don’t find this out until you’ve purchased the product.
3. The battery only lasts 35-40 minutes on continuous operation; not very useful on medium to long journeys.
4. Image quality is very poor. On 720p mode, it isn’t possible to read the number plate of a vehicle driving 2 car lengths ahead of you. On 1080p mode, you can just about read it, although you may have trouble with similarly-looking numbers/letters, such as 8-B or 6-G etc. On stills mode, the image is indeed 4032x3024, but quality is very poor.
SUMMARY:
I am very disappointed with the product, which is unfit for purpose and missold on the website. I feel as if I’ve been cheated, for the lack of a better word.
Avoid this product.
