order not delivered from last 2 months
Ordered a mobile worth around 930US$ on 24th june 2017 but still haven't received it after 2 months even though i have ordered through expedited delivery by paying extra amount of money.
Everytime when i complaint to their customer center they only ask to just wait for few more days from last two months.
Their staff member are not cooperative at all and not helping me in any way.
Now i am struck as i have already paid to them.
Really having a very bad experience shopping with dx.com.

nothing changed this status untill today. But they suggest me just wait two weeks, then again suggest me two more weeks, Later they promised me the solution I wont received the package untill 10 August. But they suggest me wait again one week at 10 August. and now they suggest me wait untill 24 august. And also they blocked to send ticket. I just want to full refund withouth returning shipping cost.
scam company - did not receive my order
I made the unbelievable mistake of ordering my camera at DealExtreme instead of using any other trusted website.
Reason: It said it would deliver within seven working days.
It has been 2 months. I get little to no reply from the customer service, after I opened several unanswered complain ticket. When they reply, their answer is: "please wait for two more weeks"
I had to call my post only to find out that the product is stuck and cannot pass through because they were missing a document.- DX should have known about this. When I told them (by sending several messages and finally calling them), they sent me yet another automatic reply by saying that I should wait, for another two more weeks.
I wish I read the customer reviews before making this order. Now I am afraid that if I ever receive my product - which I don't want to anymore - it will probably be broken and/or the wrong one.
If you purchased through Paypal, I recommend you open a ticket through them. I read some people never received their orders and waited for over six months. They are not to be trusted and we should spread the word.
I did not receive my order
I made a purchase on the dealextreme of 4 items, totaling 41.83 $. The items never arrived (6 months of waiting). I opened a ticket and the dx suggested that I contact the postal service, however I do not have to demand from the postal company because who hired the service was the dealextreme itself, they have the right to a refund, not me. The ticket is open and I have no answer, I think I lost my money.

Do not take the risk and don't buy from DealeXtreme, it is not safe to buy from them!
I have purchased USB charging cable from them in early March and haven't received anything yet. DealeXtreme support claimed that my order was shipped and promised to give me a tracking number, which was never given to me.
I even tried to cancel my order but they said as soon as product leaves their warehouse there is no way to cancel it.
I am very disappointed and nervous. Better buy from another store.

I have ordered some parts from DealeXtreme and received the wrong order. They offered me a replacement but first I had to send everything back at my own expense. Absolutely ridiculous than I had to pay for their mistake! It cost me over $80 to send everything back. Just received the correct parts, but I'm still very disappointed. Do not order anything from DealeXtreme!

Do not order anything fromwww.dx.com, avoid it at all costs! I have placed an order over three months ago and received nothing yet. I already contacted Paypal and opened dispute. When I finally reached someone from DX they said that I have to pay for the return shipping in order to get a refund. What? What am I supposed to ship? Thin air?
These people do not care about their customers and they need only your money!

I have ordered several things from DealeXtreme in the past and usually had proper service. I had some problems with my last order when some of the items arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and tried to get a refund, but it seems like these people decided to keep my money. They said there will be no refunds and no exchanges. This company is horrible; their customer service is totally unprofessional. I’ll never order anything again.

I purchased some things from DealeXtreme and paid 30 euros in total. Several weeks later I received a message from them stating that my order was delivered. Since I received nothing I contacted customer service and was told that my order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. How they managed to do that is still a mystery because my address in their system was accurate. I decided to track the package myself. I also contacted our national postal service and was told that the package was sent back since it was undeliverable. DX customer service is absolutely useless ad unprofessional, they said that I had given them the wrong address. I'll never order anything else from DealeXtreme. They cannot even copy an address without any mistakes! And they are completely useless when it comes to help the customer.

This company has nothing but horrible service. I made an order and purchased 8 things from DX. It was back in November! Well, it is January now and I received only 3 items. Only later I discovered that DX sent me invalid tracking numbers for the rest 5 items. I contacted their customer service and asked about where the rest part of my order was. But the only thing they can do good is making up all sorts of excuses. They did not send me anything and refused giving back my money. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I got my money back. DX is a very dishonest company.

An order (order number [protected]) for U$ 52 was submitted and paid for on 5 Nov 2015, and by 5 Jan 2016 nothing had arrived yet. Contacting customer support for a refund resulted in being given the runaround and stall tactics. What I want is plain and simple: a full refund. I will not accept the goods at this point (even if they were to arrive).

My friend used Deal Extreme for several year and had no problems with it. But I wasn't so lucky and had only trouble with them. I made three orders there. I was checking the status of my order every day and then a new message was added to one of my orders - "temporary out of stock". It took 5 months for all my orders to arrive. At the begging I tried many times to cancel the orders, but it didn't work. Once I tried to confirm my suggestion the web page collapsed. Two orders were damaged and the third one was stuck at customs, because they forgot to put a declaration form. I tried to contact their support and wrote a complaint and they told that I need to send back all damaged products. They also told that they will compensate only 50% of the fee. I also had to pay the shipping to China. I guess my friend was very lucky. They also have that „live chat” option but it totally useless. They don't respond and even if they do that does not make any sense. The only thing they do really good is ignoring any issues. If you care about your money just stay away from this company.

It was replaced and the new one arrived dead. I have asked for a refund. Since then it has been a nightmare. The customer service are inventing all kind of lies telling me that PayPal refuses the refund, that I need to confirm my PayPal account a thousand times, that I need to wait 15-20 working days for another refund attempt and so on. This is really horrible. I will take legal steps but I just wanted to warn other customers (and I will do the same all over internet). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES! Hi, I gave an order to this company on 23rd of September, amounting 97.10$, where 30.30$ of this amount was for expedited shipment. At the very beginning the order no was as indicated above, with a tracking no: EA115692739CN. I have been informed that my parcel shipped on the 30th of September. I could not trace my shipment, then they said "sorry your order is not well processed by the shipper", and they gave me a new order no as [protected] and new tracking no that is EE689852082CN . I have been tracking this number since 27th of October but still this shipment is UNTRACEABLE! The products I ordered were some urgent materials for one of our projects and we have really in trouble with our customers. "One year ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy III on DX.com. We got one after nearly two months (!) and half a year later It blew up at night, when charging. Well, bugs happen and It's not DX problem, originally. We asked to solve our problem and were proposed to (1) fix It in our country and get accounted for (not money back, of course - just into our account in DX) either (2) send It back and get accounted for either (3) send It back and get a new one. In each case 20 USD had to be removed as a payment for their delivery of an original phone - and in cases (2) and (3) additional 20 bucks had to be paid for the second delivery (which normally cost, may be, 3 or 4 dollars). Well, It's already look much worse, but we accepted to send our phone back and to add $40 to get a new one. Finally, It came. BUT! *** The second part of the story starts. The refurbished phone, we've got, did not connect to any network. I mean, It connected for half a minute (or for 2-3 minutes) and disconnected. He was useless. For one week already we try to get a new one - but the only option, proposed to us is (a citation) "How about you return the item and I keep the money as store credit for you ?" *** The result: It blew up August, 31. i ordered an xbox 360 charger and battery packs from them on feb. 20th. i was told i would receive it on march 21. i never did so i contacted then via live chat. i cant call them being in hong kong. they said it was in amsterdam. they said wait 2 weeks. well i did, then i contacted them again april 9th and was told that it was lost for 2 weeks in amsterdam and i needed to wait 2 more weeks. i asked for a manager and recieved an email for one. it was [protected]@gmail.com. i have sent multiple email to her regarding reimbursement oir refund and i never get a reply. i contacted them again and told them i needed another manager and i am told that she is the only one. then i am told that its 2 am there and i need to contact them later. when i do then its still 2 am. its a scam i believe. i still never received my items so on april 27th i contacted them again and was told that it was in the UK and i need to wait 2 more weeks. im tired of all this. i checked other websites and there are 1000's of complaints from this company. i just want my money back immediately. i dont trust them with my card info.

I ordered a dvd drive for an xbox 360 it was 8 day late and it was used did not work. I open tit up and it was full of dust and cob webs and had been well used.
DX is ok untill you get an item that doesn't work. I was offered 1/3 of the price as a compensation. It seems as they doesn't care if they lose a customer. I have bought items for almost 1900$
long delay for refund
I purchased a D800 battery drive in October 2014. It was not delivered until early December, the company citing it had been returned due to a 'technical' customs problem, most likely just their BAD shipping. I sent the unopened package back on 5 Dec, 2014, and posted a photo and postal tracking number as requested. After posting the image again, a further SIX TIMES, I'm still being asked for a postal receipt. I assume DealExtreme have NO IDEa of how to track returns, given that the original shipping number would have to be verified. They won't even do the proper checks to verify the item was returned. DON'T under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, purchase anything from DealeExtreme ! They are completely untrustworthy, and have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of customer service !
product hasn't arrived
I've been waiting for my product to arrive for over 2 months; they keep telling me it's on its way and now it's in China apparently. I don't even live in China, how did it end up there after 2 months?! Are DX so sloppy that they messed up the country I live in? This appears to be the case. Live chatting customer service was little help as the guy didn't even work for DX and was unable to do basic things, like emailing or faxing info. This coupled with his very poor grammar, led me to believe he was borderline ###ed.
Their customer service is laughable and they do not ship items properly. I still want my item so I will continue to interact with "customer service".
scam & fraud
Dealextreme is a Scam
(1) Shipping details advertised is False
(2) Tracking Numbers Don't work
(3) No Customer service at all
(4) Dealextream REVIEWS are a Fraud.. They control it & NO Bad Reviews are posted.
(5) Dealextream forum... Same Don't bother
But Most IMPORTAINTLY... if you complain too much... They will Hack your Phone & send you NASTY text Messages. They sent 300+ text messages every day.
This is a very Dangerous site.. When you join you have to provide details to them... So they know where you live as well. Don't use passwords on that site that you use with other things.
My Advice... Stay Well Clear of Dealextream
