I have accidentally order the same dress twice I only need one dress I got one that I ordered and you guys have over drawn my bank account and I put money back in to the negative balance and made it postive and I only release one payment not two payments and I have asked for a refund from the second order that I mistakenly made and I can't wear two dresses

I bought a dyson blow dryer and my order was shipped to New Jersey, I live in TX! I had proof of delivery with some guys signature and the seller wouldn't respond. DH Gate would not refund my order until 6 days, then they processed it saying me and the seller reached an agreement? No we didn't, I was scammed and I think DH Gate is the fake account holder. Now I have to wait 15-30 days before my money is refunded. So all together they are holding my money for over a month when they know that I was scammed? DH Gate is a scam and they won't even let me leave a review for this seller?

Thieves! There was no doubt what I ordered, it was printed in huge text on the enclosed order slip. I got something entirely different, thief seller claimed i'd approved it. Dhgate's customer service agreed with their thief. What I got was fourth-rate junk, I sent pictures confirming that. Dhgate agreed with their thief. If you want to order from them, throw your money in the garbage can instead. That way you'll avoid the 45 day delay in getting nothing you can use.
I foolishly wasted 20 minutes of my life thinking there was any chance DHgate would suddenly become honest.

Again, throw your money in the toilet and flush it, don't send it to DHgate and their fellow thieves. You'll get the same results, and you won't have to wait a month to learn you've been lied to and stolen from.
This is the standard response the Thieves always post ... it looks good for the public, but they in the end they always side with their fellow-thief.
You should assume any positive reviews are from fellow-Thieves, trying to disguise their business philosophy.
Nobody who has dealt with them would ever give them 5-stars (or 4, or 3, or 2, or 1 if there was anything lower)

I purchased a black pair of yeezys 350 BOOST. I received them on March 29, 2019 and instantly sent an email to the seller which is luishen01 reference a defect in one of the shoes. I placed several orders last week with DH Gate. The security division needed my credit card information to process my orders. The very next day I'm getting phone calls non stop from Chinese people over sea's.I have no idea what to do about this? They are the only company out of United States that I've done business with. Can anyone advise me on how to contact someone in the Company'? I want these calls to stop. They obviously gave my phone number out to (God knows who) I'm very worried that they are scammers.

I bought an item from DHgate (PO#[protected]), had problems, opened a after-sale dispute and agreed in the solution, but, nothing happens. The seller talked to me until I close the dispute and now I don't have the item, my money, the returns costs and on top of all, I've already sent several messages to DHgate trogout the site and not even 1 answer from support, sales... no one.

Hi I ordered 3 different lots of smart watches of 3 different sellers. None of the pedometers work on any of the different types of watches and I have tried a couple that don't work at all. I have contacted the sellers 1 is not responding and the another is telling me it will take 2 months for a refund which I'm not happy about. Another is telling me to send them to USA . I placed order on 12/17/18 for Apple Watch123 wristband from seller cgb201711. I contacted seller on 1/09/19 because order hadn't left Customs. Seller responded that he will go to Post Office to check order. After the 3rd day, I still hadnt received a response from seller, so I emailed seller again, this time no response. I contacted customer service to file a dispute because items hadnt arrived by the delivery date. I also emailed seller to advise I will be requesting refund. While the dispute was open, I finally received items 2/6/19. A month past the expected due date. After 1 day of use of the Apple watch123 wristband, the colors began to fade. I contacted customer service 2/10/19 to advise I received items, and was not satisfied with the product and request to return items for a full refund. I was asked to provide proof of evidence in which I uploaded pictures of the item that faded, which was "poor quality" to Claire. I was assured by Claire, that she would forward proof of evidence to the correct team, and in 2 business days, I should receive an email with return address information. On 2/14 I receive an email saying that my dispute was closed because evidence wasnt received, and I would have to go through seller. As of today 2/27/19, Im still getting the run around, seller still hasnt contacted me back. I want a refund.
