Hi I made a purchase. I bought three items totaling $176.93. But I'm checking my bank statement and was charged 3 times by DHgate. So not sure what I should do. I contacted the seller and haven't received anything back from them.
Desired outcome: Receive a refund for the 2 out of three charges made to my card
Payment verification failed
Hello. I have tried to order something using a visa debit card, but it is always payment verification failed. I already sent my card info to safety center@dhgate.com, but they are not replying. How can I order again, without having a problem of my verification being failed again? I tried several times to order with my card, but dhgate keeps on rejecting my payment.
Misleading payment process
I was unable to pay for my order after trying two different cards from two different banks. I have made numerous attempts to pay for my order with no success.
The transactions were continuously declined even though I had sufficient funds in BOTH of my bank accounts.
I contacted my bank and was informed that there was no problem at all as I was able to conduct transactions from other online retailers.
It was discovered that the problem was with DH Gate and not my banking institutions.

I am also tired of hearing to contact the seller how they closed the store as soon as I receive my tracking number...In my eyes your platform your responsibility to protect your customers... I bought 2 products with two different cards and both of them got deleted for no reason and I didn’t get a refund
So yesterday I bought 2 products with 2 different visa cards, both of them got deleted in the morning for no reason non of the owners of the products responded yet. I don't want a refund i'd prefer to get the products that I bought shipped to me.

CS agent and safety team Service
Hi, I have contacted CS agent many times they are useless and don't know what they are doing same with the safety team, my account is under restriction I am unable to receive any messages in my inbox on my DHgate account all stopped since 25th September. I have spent many hours with CS agent trying to find out what's the issue. then I was told to contact safety them to remove restriction on my account because all messages are hidden on my account but CS agent can see the messages on his side but its not showing on my side. I have emailed many times to Safety team but they keep asking what's my order number when I have told them I the restriction removed from my account but they say no restriction on my account.
I have attached screenshot of the email from CS saying my account is under restrictions and just contact safety team to remove it. I have sent this screenshot to safety team as well just what the reply was ? YES they asking me what's my order number AGAIN. They don't read the email just keep asking the same question.
I am tired contacting CS agent explaining the issue when I have asked them for report number a few times already but they don't see the issue just keeps talking about my order so wasting my time explaining again.
Then telling me I just have to wait ... I have waited 2 weeks still no fix you take my money so quick but when it comes to my account issue you don't bother trying to fix and leave it with such power customer service no wonder so much bad reviews about DHgate.

I purchased a Halo knife on DHgate and the seller sent me a message saying they were out! So he wanted to send me a cheap looking knife instead! I told him no, and he agreed to give me a refund which never came! I contacted the seller and told him I didnt get my refund and he tells me case closed! Then I tried to post a complaint to customer service and they got it set up where you cant make a complaint! I even tried to close my account with them and there is no option to do that! I have inquired several times to customer service as well as the 24hr chat that I was having oroblems logging into my account. I was told on 7/24/2020 that someone was going to look into this as I have order that I would like to check the status. I was then told that I had made my orders under a guest account and that all I needed was to give them my email address I would like to use and I would be able to login in. fast forward it is now 7/27/2020 and I still cannot log into my account. I have a seller that has past time for delivering, I cannot file disputes at the time or even cancel any orders. At this point all they keep telling me is wait 48-72hr for the 3rd time.
