The seller gave me the wrong tracking number. The guitar was delivered to and received in Conroe, TX. It's been a month since I ordered it. I tried to open a dispute but was told that the guitar would be delivered. No tracking information given.
I tried the seller, but store no longer exists.
Could not open a dispute. The USPS concluded the tracking numbers got mixed up, but that's all they could say. I want the guitar I ordered and paid for. I am attaching photo information. Please help me with this matter.

I requested for a refund which was declined by the seller despite the fact that my order still hasn't been processed as shown from our chat which can be seen by the image attached below.
I no longer wish to buy from this seller as I find everything unprofessional and very dodgy.
I would request for DH gate to intervene and deal with this but this was not done.

This is an order I did not make. I did not pay for it with my bank card and the name of the person they address emails sent to me is not me.
There is no evidence of this purchase in my purchase history and the bank card and name used is not mine.
Despite sending evidence of this to ccmanagement and safteytcentre all I get are generic emails that do not deal with this issue.
Surely this is an informational error that if they looked into would be easily solved.

Faulty light fitting

I purchased a pendant light from DHGate on 11.09.2018 for US $255.25. The item we have received was damaged and not as described. We opened a dispute with DHGate. DHGate ruled that we will get a full refund of the purchase price if we return the item to the seller. They also ruled that we will be reimbursed for the return postage.
We have received the refund for the purchase price, but not for the return postage and handling & VAT charges which we had to pay to release the item form customs.
I paid £141.71 return postage and £40.53 (VAT and handling charges incurred to release the item originally). This is a total of £182.24.

I ordered this watch and when it arrived it did not work. The seller agreed to the refund and gave me the address to return it to. I returned the item but the seller never received it. It finally got returned to me 3 months later. I then reached out to customer service to contact the seller so I could a valid address to send it to so I could get my refund and I still have not gotten a response. This has been a NIGHTMARE situation because no one is providing a solution for me!
That is ridiculous! I’ve been telling customer service that the seller has not responded to me for months now. They said that they would reach out to seller and I’ve heard nothing at all. The seller WILL NOT respond to me and you’re not doing anything about it! I WANT MY REFUND ! I’m not going to stop until I get it. When I get the information for the owner of DHgate I’m showing all of the correspondence that I have from the first message and I hope everyone involved loses their job because this the worst situation ever!

In May I ordered a nail kit. The seller failed to send it but still messaged me trying to say it was delivered when obviously wasn't. Then he was making up a bunch of stuff not making since so I started to message dhgate July 1st when they said I got my refund and I DID NOT. Since July 1st I have talked to at least 7 different dhgate online people and they have all told me to keep waiting and that it's getting taken care it and to the board and whatever else which it obviously hasn't because it's august 13th and I still have not gotten a single thing back from dhgate. I'm very disappointed as I've never had any problems with the app until now.

CS said they'd try to contact the seller for me, but that this was all they could do. Buyer protection is non-existent. Where buyer protection fails, scammers gain. Scammers can ply their craft with complete impunity. I guess I'm in the wrong business. If I sign up to be a seller on this website, I can do nothing and get paid for it.

I have not received payment confirmation for my order 3136550064 till now.Usually, I receive same within 5-10min after my transaction but today it's been more than 7hours.Also, please note that funds has already been deducted from my account.
Some minutes before doing the transaction 3136550064, I did another transaction, 3136547237 which was approved instantly.

dyson hair dryer supersonic or wave all fake and sellers giving fake tracking or shipping token item
Scam sellers named AvonAvon, dnydysonfryer, and wangjuan013. Please everyone beware of buying anything on dhgate. I have attempted now 8 orders at trying to buy a dyson supersonic and dyson wave styler. Several sellers gave fake tracking numbers, with someone else's name and address other side of country, the other sent rock and I signed for box, so dhgate would not return my 350.00. Then I find later getting to know app the site does not allow buyers to leave feedback if you request refund or if order cancelled. So I cannot warn others!, now talk about a SCAM! This is DHGate allowing this! I sent customer service, their chat, and even tried Facebook to send names of each seller who scammed to make sure the company removes them...BUT THEY DId not remove...they allow sellers to keep scamming people! Even another person somehow left feedback and said same thing seller sent to wrong place, even somehow shipped it out 2 days before they actually paid! So obviously the seller is making up tracking. Are they still on DHGate? YES, dhgate allows sellers even if they defrauded people! Beware to all! It's a scam, and they just don't care! From user leadershipneeded@gmail.com. Dhgate will also put fake good reviews to balance out! You can tell the ones they will do advertisement in review, give pictures, etc.

I was ensured that a dress that I ordered would me here by July 4th BEFORE I ordered my dress! Promotionspace (a DHGATE seller who has a 6th year Recommended Supplier with 6453 Transactions and 99% Positive Feedback posted on the DHGATE website...HOW THEY EARNED A SCORE OF 99% IS BEYOND ME AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) ensured me that I would receive my dress on or before the July 4th. It is presently July 13th and I still haven't received my dress!
After placing my order, I continued to message them asking for updates. Most of my messages were ignored. The few messages that they finally did respond to, they still continued to give false promises that my dress would arrive on or before the date that I provided them PRIOR to my order.
I'm now convinced, IF I ever do receive the dress that I ordered, it probably won't even look anything like the picture online either!
Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate honorable company... even if you have to pay more money... it'll be worth it! Because ordering from DHGATE will be the worst mistake you can make if you're shopping for a special dress for your wedding, prom, homecoming or any other special event that you need a dress for!

I bought a machine for DHgate company Ausdruck Store https://www.dhgate.com/store/prosalonmachine#listing_store-6 and after 2 weeks a tecnhical problem has been arrised. They immediatelly send me a new handle part which I waited for a month and it was broken. The seller agreed to send the machine back to them in order to get a refund. I paid shipping cost 90 euro and he claimes that I did something (without giving details of information) wrong and that the parcel is stuck on clearance office in Shanghai. The DHgate team informed that he probably has been requested to pay clearance fees. He has stopped the communication and not repsonding to my messages nor to DHgate team. Beware it's a scam
