[protected] - refund (worst site ever)
I brought an item and it was damaged. I agreed with seller to return the item and a refund will be sent. i have sent the item 14 days ago and the seller doesn't reply to my email. he ignores me and hasn't returned my money. £40 for the item and £14 for the delivery cost. they owe me £54. i have sent all proofs in my account. i want my money back and the seller should be banned.
I have sent the item in November, today is December. 5 weeks have gone and I'm still waiting for my refund. I sent every proof of the item being sent and the seller is not sending one email to let me know what is going on. Worst website to order, don't think I will be seeing my £54. total loss, they just robbed me blind.

I ordered an maya down coat from the seller : gzproduct, I ordered on nov 16, 2019 it says my order is awaiting confirmation but the tracking number I have does not have any tracking information, when I wrote the seller today he says he will send my transfer number & has not done it, today is November 26 it has been 10 days since I ordered from this seller & my estimated delivery time is tomorrow, my order number is [protected] you can't text me on what's app [protected], or email me at [protected]@icloud.com

refund for a cancelled order
I placed an order in March with Dhgate. I transferred US 341. I then found out that I will not received my order in time for the job that I was doing so, I cancelled the order straight away. The money however was already sent to DHgate. I have been waiting and dealing with Dhgate to get my refund back but to no avail. They're not helpful in any way. They will not help me get my money back. Finally they sent out a refund which bounced back because the way the information is set up on Dhpay account is not the way that the Australian Bank will accept. Therefore I have sent them a number of emails to try and fix this, to work with them. They sent me 2 automated emails that proved that no one cared and no one was listening. Finally someone from the VIP management team sent me an email regarding DHpay account. Which is what stopped the refund from getting to me in the first place. I sent an email back mentioning other ways of sending the refund for ex: PayPal, Add the money to my credit card, fill out my bank's form (all they needed was the company's address and the bank name that DHgate deals with). NOTHING, no email back and no answers on how we can move forward. I'm exhausted. This has gone on since March. Something needs to me done.

Hi there, i send a message in about 1 week or 2 about my order that i still didnt get the refund.. i talk with the seller vanilla10 to told him to put money in his account to give me the refund and now he doesnt reply to me anymore.. i try to contact your manager email manager@dhgate.com and i receive an email that my email is not a good one for customer service ? .. so now i dont know what to do.. can you help me please .. my order number is [protected]

scammed by seller
Avoid seller super_store2019 ordered 3 pairs of trainers (only pair turned up)... And that itself wasnt the correct pair... I ordered 2 x size eu 45 and 1 x size eu 42... What I got was one pair od eu 39... Worse the crafty seller had marked quantity 3 on the parcel slip... For one tiny packet...
To say I am disaapointed is an under statement.

Seller published 37days guaranteed delivery and DHGate site publishes a resolution process that makes you feel they cover you.
The reality is that the seller can change the ship date and DHGate shield themselves behind this new date. In addition the seller removed his add after I questioned it.
DHGate claims that I don't have proof and they can't escalate the issue. Good luck with them, I'll never buy with them and I'll make sure nobody within my reach does as well.

Order NO:[protected]- ORDER 8/29/19- I have not received this product, the tracking states the package was left in my mail box. I received a small white envelope with the address label on it, but I was empty inside. (a pair of shoe will not fit in my mail box) I did not release payment to the seller, someone from your company did it. I chatted with them about not receiving the order, when I try to do a dispute the web site would not work and I tried it on two differ computer. all I want is the shoe I purchased in good faith. I feel it is the seller (topseller012019) fault, I don't think they shipped the shoe in the package that came to my house.

Hello I placed an order with you on august 31sr for this product and my payment has been processed since the beginning of september i did the transaction as a guest and screenshoot the tracking number but all my photos were destroyed in my phone however i still have a screen shot of the money that was took out of my account from my order with you and i just want to know where my package is i've spoke to many representatives and all they can give me is other information on other orders and also hi wing wrong information i feel scammed and this is not the first time from this company and i'm still unable to revive a refund i just gave free money i feel like i gotta take it to the law

An order that was supposed to arrive on aug 21st wasn't delivered on time. I opened a dispute since I travelled and didn't receive the order. A few days later I was informed that it was delivered. Yet, I warned that I wouldn't be at home to check if the order was delivered or if it was what I ordered or if the quality was good. Despite all this, DHGate confirmed the delivery. When I finally got home the package wasn't here and the reception desk didn't receive such package. When I informed DHGate of this I was told to contact the seller. Since I never confirmed the delivery and it was DHGate that confirmed against all the information I sent, even though I had had problems with other orders previously, I sent another message requesting an answer since DHGate was/is responsible for releasing the payment of an order that was not delivered to me. Since I never got any reply, I requested my account to be deleted. Customer service told me to send an email to manager@dhgate.com but I keep waiting for my account to be deleted. I want nothing else to do with DHGAte and I want to cancel any connection to DHGate.

It shows a date that my merchandise was delivered on September 9th of 2019 and I haven't received nothing.
It also wants me to approve delivery. What delivery am I approving if I didn't received my merchandise yet? I didn't received my wig yet!.. where is my wig at?

The seller gave me the wrong tracking number. The guitar was delivered to and received in Conroe, TX. It's been a month since I ordered it. I tried to open a dispute but was told that the guitar would be delivered. No tracking information given.
I tried the seller, but store no longer exists.
Could not open a dispute. The USPS concluded the tracking numbers got mixed up, but that's all they could say. I want the guitar I ordered and paid for. I am attaching photo information. Please help me with this matter.

I requested for a refund which was declined by the seller despite the fact that my order still hasn't been processed as shown from our chat which can be seen by the image attached below.
I no longer wish to buy from this seller as I find everything unprofessional and very dodgy.
I would request for DH gate to intervene and deal with this but this was not done.

This is an order I did not make. I did not pay for it with my bank card and the name of the person they address emails sent to me is not me.
There is no evidence of this purchase in my purchase history and the bank card and name used is not mine.
Despite sending evidence of this to ccmanagement and safteytcentre all I get are generic emails that do not deal with this issue.
Surely this is an informational error that if they looked into would be easily solved.

I purchased a pendant light from DHGate on 11.09.2018 for US $255.25. The item we have received was damaged and not as described. We opened a dispute with DHGate. DHGate ruled that we will get a full refund of the purchase price if we return the item to the seller. They also ruled that we will be reimbursed for the return postage.
We have received the refund for the purchase price, but not for the return postage and handling & VAT charges which we had to pay to release the item form customs.
I paid £141.71 return postage and £40.53 (VAT and handling charges incurred to release the item originally). This is a total of £182.24.

I ordered this watch and when it arrived it did not work. The seller agreed to the refund and gave me the address to return it to. I returned the item but the seller never received it. It finally got returned to me 3 months later. I then reached out to customer service to contact the seller so I could a valid address to send it to so I could get my refund and I still have not gotten a response. This has been a NIGHTMARE situation because no one is providing a solution for me!
That is ridiculous! I’ve been telling customer service that the seller has not responded to me for months now. They said that they would reach out to seller and I’ve heard nothing at all. The seller WILL NOT respond to me and you’re not doing anything about it! I WANT MY REFUND ! I’m not going to stop until I get it. When I get the information for the owner of DHgate I’m showing all of the correspondence that I have from the first message and I hope everyone involved loses their job because this the worst situation ever!

In May I ordered a nail kit. The seller failed to send it but still messaged me trying to say it was delivered when obviously wasn't. Then he was making up a bunch of stuff not making since so I started to message dhgate July 1st when they said I got my refund and I DID NOT. Since July 1st I have talked to at least 7 different dhgate online people and they have all told me to keep waiting and that it's getting taken care it and to the board and whatever else which it obviously hasn't because it's august 13th and I still have not gotten a single thing back from dhgate. I'm very disappointed as I've never had any problems with the app until now.

CS said they'd try to contact the seller for me, but that this was all they could do. Buyer protection is non-existent. Where buyer protection fails, scammers gain. Scammers can ply their craft with complete impunity. I guess I'm in the wrong business. If I sign up to be a seller on this website, I can do nothing and get paid for it.

Dear Sir,
I have not received payment confirmation for my order 3136550064 till now.Usually, I receive same within 5-10min after my transaction but today it's been more than 7hours.Also, please note that funds has already been deducted from my account.
Some minutes before doing the transaction 3136550064, I did another transaction, 3136547237 which was approved instantly.
It's becoming very difficult for me to continue doing business with DHgate due to the lack of communication and transparency.
