Payment verification failed / never received refund
I order two items and it was waiting payment verification and after a day it says payment verification failed and they will issue a refund, and it was pending on my bank account for two days and after the two days the money disappeared from pending to 0 dollars...

I made 2 orders 2 days ago. The first one went through and is awaiting shipment the other says pending payment verification I was trying to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me and I ask my seller will my money be back on my card he said he don't know, I tried emailing DHgate with my order number but no response I just want my money back from the second order any help?
Unable to get refund
Ordered two items and paid for them using PayPal. I was told one item is out of stock a week after paying. Contacted seller to day I didn't want one without the other. Told to cancel the order. Opened dispute to cancel order to get a refund as requested. Refund needs to be agreed and is still pending. Seller confirmed they will refund but im still waiting for it to be confirmed and refunded overb3 weeks later. No item and no refund.

The issues with dhgate are broad & deep….. Too many to list! The real issue is not so much the dhgate site as it is the chinese culture. The chinese culture is based on dishonesty. The people of china are not honest, have no integrity, are not responsive to communications (email & messages) and they are not customer focused n the slightest bit. I have tried to purchase several items from dhgate and I have not received the products I ordered and the sellers kept my money!
Do not buy anything from dhgate ever. They are thieves!
Unethical behavior
I placed an order for a bomber jacket thru dhgate.com on 01/02/20 for the total amount of $ 46.71. On 01/08/20 I was checking the shipment status of my order and saw a message associated with my order that says "sold out" (see attachment 1 entitled order detail with comments) which clearly shows the item is in stock in china and available. You can still place an order for it however if it is not in stock I don't understand why they would still be taking orders and money for it.
I then messaged the seller and they informed me that I should file for a refund which I did. (see attachments entitled message history re bomber jacket).
I then requested a different jacket even though I haven't been issued a refund by the seller. They said they would send it in place of the original jacket that I truly wanted.
Now I am being asked to submit yet another order for the replacement jacket and they will then send the replacement jacket which I will not do because I was never refunded for the original jacket which, according to the seller is not in stock.
At this point I am about to give up on all of this and resign myself to the fact that I have been "taken" for the $ 47.00 however I want others to know they had better be prepared to be ripped off by the people hiding behind the merchandise that they report to have for sale and truly don't have it for sale.
Shoe order
I placed an order for a pair of yeezy shoes... They took out $46.86 from my bank account. I cannot find the order anywhere on dhgate.. My bank account had a phone number from indiana. The person answered the phone and said they do not know anything about an order. This was their personal cell phone number. I need to know where my order is.. The transaction id# is [protected]

Phone gate. Sellers on dhgate
I purchased 3 phones for $406. The seller sent me a tracking number and shipped product. I found out there days after tracking number was false. Their own website claims that invalid tracking number is immediate refund. Instead, 3 days s after shipping I was given a different tracking number. A honest customer service person admit to me it was a company breach, offered a refund but the next day it was stopped, and since then every worker I spoke to treated me like a criminal. Item hasn't come. My claim was denied. I'm speechless

Dispute/mediation time frame
I placed 4 orders on 11/21/2019. The order consisted of 2 pairs of shoes, a hoodie, tshirt and 2 cell phone cases. First off it took over 3 weeks on 2 of the orders to FINALLY depart China. I received the 1st order and the cases were all scuffed up, different color wrist straps, 2nd order: the item was 2 sizes too small &looked like a THICK vinyl iron on design was placed on it. 3rd order: received 22 days after purchase date. They were to be 2 pairs of shoes, I only received 1 pair. They had black smudge on them, where the top was to be leather, it was foam. Point of this is HORRIBLE product quality. (4th order:still in China. Today is 12/26/2019) I have messaged sellers, no responses, I have used the dhgate dispute option. First off after all the time that has passed on waiting on the items to ship, you have to wait 10 BUSINESS days for the mediation resolution. The deadline was 12/17/2019 for their resolution. As of today, once again 12/26, no resolution after their deadline and no response from messages sent. I paid over $300 for all orders(which were all going to be Christmas gifts) So at this point I am out $300, cannot get refunds or messages back from their resolution department.

I brought an item and it was damaged. I agreed with seller to return the item and a refund will be sent. i have sent the item 14 days ago and the seller doesn't reply to my email. he ignores me and hasn't returned my money. £40 for the item and £14 for the delivery cost. they owe me £54. i have sent all proofs in my account. i want my money back and the seller should be banned.
I have sent the item in November, today is December. 5 weeks have gone and I'm still waiting for my refund. I sent every proof of the item being sent and the seller is not sending one email to let me know what is going on. Worst website to order, don't think I will be seeing my £54. total loss, they just robbed me blind.

refund for a cancelled order
I placed an order in March with Dhgate. I transferred US 341. I then found out that I will not received my order in time for the job that I was doing so, I cancelled the order straight away. The money however was already sent to DHgate. I have been waiting and dealing with Dhgate to get my refund back but to no avail. They're not helpful in any way. They will not help me get my money back. Finally they sent out a refund which bounced back because the way the information is set up on Dhpay account is not the way that the Australian Bank will accept. Therefore I have sent them a number of emails to try and fix this, to work with them. They sent me 2 automated emails that proved that no one cared and no one was listening. Finally someone from the VIP management team sent me an email regarding DHpay account. Which is what stopped the refund from getting to me in the first place. I sent an email back mentioning other ways of sending the refund for ex: PayPal, Add the money to my credit card, fill out my bank's form (all they needed was the company's address and the bank name that DHgate deals with). NOTHING, no email back and no answers on how we can move forward. I'm exhausted. This has gone on since March. Something needs to me done.

Avoid seller super_store2019 ordered 3 pairs of trainers (only pair turned up)... And that itself wasnt the correct pair... I ordered 2 x size eu 45 and 1 x size eu 42... What I got was one pair od eu 39... Worse the crafty seller had marked quantity 3 on the parcel slip... For one tiny packet...
To say I am disaapointed is an under statement.

Seller published 37days guaranteed delivery and DHGate site publishes a resolution process that makes you feel they cover you.
The reality is that the seller can change the ship date and DHGate shield themselves behind this new date. In addition the seller removed his add after I questioned it.
DHGate claims that I don't have proof and they can't escalate the issue. Good luck with them, I'll never buy with them and I'll make sure nobody within my reach does as well.

Order NO:[protected]- ORDER 8/29/19- I have not received this product, the tracking states the package was left in my mail box. I received a small white envelope with the address label on it, but I was empty inside. (a pair of shoe will not fit in my mail box) I did not release payment to the seller, someone from your company did it. I chatted with them about not receiving the order, when I try to do a dispute the web site would not work and I tried it on two differ computer. all I want is the shoe I purchased in good faith. I feel it is the seller (topseller012019) fault, I don't think they shipped the shoe in the package that came to my house.

An order that was supposed to arrive on aug 21st wasn't delivered on time. I opened a dispute since I travelled and didn't receive the order. A few days later I was informed that it was delivered. Yet, I warned that I wouldn't be at home to check if the order was delivered or if it was what I ordered or if the quality was good. Despite all this, DHGate confirmed the delivery. When I finally got home the package wasn't here and the reception desk didn't receive such package. When I informed DHGate of this I was told to contact the seller. Since I never confirmed the delivery and it was DHGate that confirmed against all the information I sent, even though I had had problems with other orders previously, I sent another message requesting an answer since DHGate was/is responsible for releasing the payment of an order that was not delivered to me. Since I never got any reply, I requested my account to be deleted. Customer service told me to send an email to manager@dhgate.com but I keep waiting for my account to be deleted. I want nothing else to do with DHGAte and I want to cancel any connection to DHGate.
