USDirect Express access to call center/access to app/access to funds
Miserable! Please contact me: [protected]@gmail.com so that together, all of us can file a federal lawsuit in order to garner our funds!
Phone: usdirect express does not answer their telephone calls. I have called the number, which I have now memorized after in excess of 80 telephone calls as of today, april 08, 2022. They have not answered with anything other than a voice mail message and then a hang-up.
App: the app does not work, most times I cannot garner access at all. When I attempt my id, my password, any and all information is constantly denied access to my account and my funds which I need for food, medicine and to pay rent. All denied as I can not get *my money*.
Atm: all requests to withdraw any funds are denied! Video recording states, "your financial institution is denying your request, please contact your financial institution" but... They do not answer the phone, their web access does not work and their app is non-operational!
We must all work together and sue these [censored] to get our money! I am being kicked out of my apartment because us direct express will not give me my money. I can not buy food, medicine or, pay my rent!

Direct express
I'm fed up with this. They have failed to release funds and you CAN NEVER GET CUSTOMER SUPPORT! A Wal-Mart charge in the amount of 222.00 was placed.on hold on April 1. It was released on April 3. Direct Express has failed to release the hold. I have tried many many times Dailey until 2 and 3 a.m. and can't reach anybody but a recording. I have had this problem repeatedly! I'm fed up. I cant.pay my other bills.as a.result!
Desired outcome: MONEY PLACED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND HIRE A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My money to be returned
On 4/1/22, I noticed my money was drained from my account from somewhere in illinois. When trying to call direct express, my card and ssn is no longer valid. My card is no longer valid. My login is no longer valid. Someone hacked my account, changed my info and took all my money. Since direct express issued a new card to whoever did this, I can’t even call or put my social security number in. They say no information available. Almost as if my info or account completely disappeared I need help now.

What is wrong with these fools? The offshore people are rude and they hang up. After 7+ hours of being on the phone...mostly on hold, I still cannot access my card Three "white list" waits and STILL cannot use card. You can bet I am changing debit cards. This is just wrong on so many levels.

I ENROLLED WITH DIRECT EXPRESS ON 2/10/2022 ITS 3/13/2022 AND STILL NO CARD
I enrolled with Direct Express on 2/10/2022 I've been waiting for 5 weeks to receive my direct express card and today is 3/13/2022 and I still have not received my card.
I have 2 social security payments on the card and I can't pay my bills if I don't have my newly enrolled card .my electricity is shut off and my landlord has given me a eviction notice.
This is UNEXCEPTABLE I have contacted secretary at u.s congressmans office amongst other agency's to help me since there is no live person you can talk to at direct express and social security has put me through the ringer with multiple lies just to get me off the phone
I am a 23 year taxpayer and this is what I get

My name is Agnes I.Colon-Santiago I have been calling Both Direct Express and The Social Security Office as well as the Treasury dept since March 2,2022. I have not received a card from direct express and according to Treasury and Social Security I am listed as representative payee for my grandson.when I get placed on the automated service that asks for the card number I dont have then try with both his and my social security card on his it says no account associated and with mine it asks for a pin,so obviously someone made an account with my social security number but when I called the other direct espress number it says i am not the payee and that they cant give information, I try the [protected] and I cant get to a person i can speak with and the automated system hangs up because i cant give them a card number or pin. At this point my other option is to file a fraud complaint with the treasury dept since the March funds is in limbo.Social security rep said the funds were deposited to a direct express card on March 1 2022. my phone number is [protected]

my new card was sent out on 2/14/22 was supposed to get it by the 24th. it is now 3/1. i have called almost 30 times and nothing i just get hung up on. i tried the website as well and it isnt working for me either. I ordered a new card January 9 did not receive so I had to call an order fast express card that cost me $14 finally got here a couple days ago. Updated all my accounts with my new info. I have several auto pays on my cash app that I usually get money from my Direct Express Card for. Direct Express will not let my transfers go thru, yet I’m still charged fees for service that I never received. I had to barrow a phone to (service canceled due to non payment) Call Direct Express two days ago they said I’m whitelisted (they could not tell me why) promised they will remove the block after I was transferred several times (took 3hrs to finally connect and able to speak to live agent) I had to talk to three people at customer service they said in 2 to 3 hours my card would be unblocked and I could use as normal this is not true I cannot get funds from my Direct Express card, any transactions I try get denied, I cannot pay my bills or get money and I am further in debt now and do not know what to do I don’t even have a phone to contact them because my service was canceled due to nonpayment
Desired outcome: I would like my funds to be released my bills paid and all my fees taken care of by Direct Express. I will be canceling my direct express card and putting my SSI payments on another card thank you for your time

My brother ordered a Direct Express they said it was delivered on January 28th 2022. I have a UPS tracking number they said it was delivered he doesn' have the card

I have an old card it expired by called for a replacement card they sent it UPS lost it then I had to call to get another one and got charged $13.50 again plus $4 that's $31 in total.
I shouldn't have been charged a second time when I'm not the one that lost the card UPS did you go through ups and they lose the cards my package was put on somebody else's porch and nobody is doing anything and your customer service number is a piece of crap!
UPS won't give me a refund I want a refund at least of the $18 that I should not have been charged for the third card being sent because UPS don't know how to do their job.

On 02/02/22 I called for replacement card they deactivated my card and sent a replacement for 2-day shipping. It was supposed to arrive on 02/04/22 either someone took it, or it never arrived. On the 4th I tryed to call the number on the back a lot of times just to get a recording saying they have a high volume of call to try again latter and they hang up. I have been calling for 2 day and get the same thing it says if I want to report my card lost or stolen to press a number and then it say the same thing and hangs up. So someone could have taken the card and there is no way to reach them

Deceased son receiving direct deposit benefit to Direct Express debit card, spent the month of February 2022 contacting auto pay online vendors to cancel auto pays and refund money since death. This process was very successful until just after the last refund when a French baliff hit his card for a total of $824.85 in two transactions, the first for $153.48 (a test$), then a second for $637.45, plus two foreign transaction fees.
The second "charge" was still PENDING when we contacted Direct Express, we received a dispute number, and requested at least to have the pending transaction declined, but several days later the transaction appeared as accepted, thanks a lot Direct Express.
This card company, supported in some way by the federal government, SUCKS!

I had ordered a replacement card 24 days ago, I have not received my card, nor can I access my acct..Iam disabled and the only means 9f money I have access to..I live in CT. It's 5 degrees outside, I have no heat and my pipes froze so I have no water now..I have tried for 10 days to call customer service they hang up on me say call back at a later time..Then I find out customer service closed on feb3, 2022..Please help I do not know what to do!

I have been calling since 28 January 2021 I give my information and my wait time is anywhere from three minutes to 77 minutes and longer with no one picking up! Due to my old card being jeopardized. On 18 January 2021 when I contacted US Direct Express and actually spoke with someone they said my new card would be here to me in 7 to 10 working days. This is January 5 I still have not received my new card. And from what I understand now even if I did receive it I wouldn’t be able to use the card for the necessities I need. The last call I made was at 3:30 this morning hoping I could speak with someone to confirm whether they sent it out or not? I tried the mobile app and it is not working. I have a text showing my deposit but that doesn’t do me any good. I am so frustrated and very unhappy with US Direct express.

After E-Mailing Them My Credentials, And Other Criteria. Being Told I Was Clear, And That I Can Use It Again Within 2 Hours. 2 Hours Hits...DECLINED. Call Them Back Again To Resolve The Problem. Give Them My Information Again. They Tell Me I Can Use It Within 2 Hours. 2 Hours Hits. DECLINED.
Never Mind When Asking What Happened In The Process...You Get 4 Different Answers From 4 Different People.
Even If They Do Accept Your Request, And Whitelist The Card...When You Make Online Transactions, Even With The CORRECT Information...It Wont Be Before Long They Find Some Excuse To Flag It Again.
