I financed my car in 03 and have put over 2,000 in my car since I drove off the lot. I had to replace the brakes and two old batteries, which cost me about 800.00. The tire for my 2015 Cla 250 cost 20,000. I made a down payment of 2,000 and now I pay 417.00 a month. I purchased the car in 03 and paid the down payment in cash.

My problem is this dealership thinks it's ok to sell lemons and push you off to warranty and take no type of responsibility for their lack of inspections! I've had to come out of pocket to have my car inspected due to the incompetence of this dealers staff. Someone also left a bolt or washer and it fell into the engine! The last people to inspect my vehicle was discovery auto! They have wiped their hands clean and have left this my issue! I've asked to exchange or have a refund and they simply do not help or have any real interest in doing what is correct!

Finally, I told the salesman, Eric, that I only wanted my credit ran once. There are now 5 hard inquiries on my credit report. I need this all addresd!

The warranty cost was added to the total loan cost. When I called the manager to talk about it, he tried to sell me another warranty that WOULD cover the things that weren't in the original. I had to call the warranty company to cancel it because the manager wouldn't do it for me.

I bought a used 2003 Mercedes Benz from them on June 10th. However, I had to wait until the following week for the check to clear before I could drive the car, which I finally did on June 14th. The total cost of the car was $16,864.43, and I also paid an additional $4,304.00 for an extended warranty that Barnaby, the financial representative from the dealer, convinced me was top of the line.

Everything seemed fine at first. On Sunday, June 17th (Father's Day), I even drove the car to Orlando without any issues. But the very next day, when I went to refuel the car at Costco gas station and started driving back home, I noticed that the car was veering radically to the right. It became clear that there was a major defect with the suspension and alignment of the car.

I immediately called Barnaby to inform him about this unsafe car, and he directed me to Brian, who was supposedly in charge of the extended warranty. I took the car to their recommended repair shop, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it because they didn't have the necessary software. I then had to drive the car to another referral, Gulf Coast certified Mercedes dealer *** Tobias, who estimated the damages to be around $8,000. However, when I tried to make a claim with the extended warranty, they denied it.

As a result, my car is still with Gulf Coast certified Mercedes dealer for repairs. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience and the lack of support from Discovery Auto Center, LLC. The car I purchased turned out to be defective, and the extended warranty that I paid for has been of no help. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering buying a car from this dealership.

I bought a pre-owned Civic Type R from this dealership on September 30th. They assured me the car was in perfect condition with no issues. I did my due diligence from a distance. I informed them of my schedule for car pickup, which was on October 14th. On the day of pickup, after finalizing the payment of about $43,000, they revealed an issue with the emission system and that warning lights were activated. It was too late to reverse the transaction by then, two weeks post-purchase. I expect them to rectify the problem at no cost at a local dealership. They claimed the car was problem-free, so it's only fair I'm not charged for the fix. This dealership's deceptive practices will persist if no action is taken. I've contested the charge with my credit card issuer, but I need support to prevent them from exploiting others.

Andres told me to take it to AutoZone, and they said it was a turbo issue. So I took it to Reeves Audi on N Florida Ave, where Paul C. told me that this turbo problem was actually recorded back in February , when the previous owner had the car at Audi. Basically, they knew about the issue before I bought it, but they didn't say anything. But since I already bought the car in March , I had to pay $500 out of my own pocket to get it fixed under the $3k extended warranty I got. I needed that car fixed ASAP because I had a new job and I couldn't be without a car with my condition. It took a few weeks of fighting with my bank, but they finally approved the claim and fixed the car. I tried to get in touch with Jonah from Discovery Auto, but we just played phone tag. I left a voicemail and sent them an email, but I couldn't get through to them. And guess what? Barely a month later, the TPMS and ABS sensors in the car started acting up. I took it back to Audi, and they said the rear speed sensor was messed up. They said it might be covered under my warranty, but I'm still trying to get it fixed. I'm between jobs right now, and the cost of fixing this car is just too much for me. I talked to three different tire and auto shops, and they all told me to complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com because they think I got a lemon of an Audi. I know most customers are happy with their cars from Discovery Auto, but sometimes things just don't go right, you know? I think it's not too late for them to make things right.
