I have been ordering pizza to my address for 20 years! and yet today (8/4/2018) I was informed that as of today I will have to drive down the road just to get my pizza if I want it to be delivered. Like seriously it's like less then a quarter of a mile you would be driving. I should not have to leave my house and drive down the road to get my "delivery". why would I pay somebody a delivery fee if they are only doing half of their job. I don't pay fedex to deliver a package to a house down the road so why should I do the same for dominos. The worst part is that it has never been an issue up until today and I would love to know what changed all of a sudden to exclude my house.
Also the man who informed me "Andrew" straight up said he doubted what I said was true. which is blatantly disrespectful of the customer as he was essentially calling me a liar after I said I have had pizzas delivered all these years with no issues.
The dominos I order from is located in mill hall, PA just off the highway.

Samantha Morgan is my gm. She works for the store in sumner, wa. I am continually yelled at in front of customers, as well as my coworkers. Today, she came out of the bathroom yelling (in front of two customers) "who the [censored] cleaned this bathroom!" You need to clean it again, and don't sign off on it unless is done properly!"
While I understand her frustration, she is always yelling and cussing at us in front of customers. I think she needs to take a class in etiquette. Please take the time to investigate, because this is the lesser of my complaints. The others are just rumors of her using drugs in the walk-in and sleeping with her boss. She has fired at least 6 people because she doesn't like them, and I've only been here for a month.
waiting for an hour and getting the wrong pizza
I ordered my pizza inside the store was waiting patiently and saw on the screen my pizza was ready, only one employee out of all the ones they probably have was doing all the orders. I asked about my pizza because 30 minutes have passed and no pizza. They said "I accidentally skipped over it, I'm sorry I'll do it right now". I said alright. Another 20 minutes passed and no pizza, I looked upset and the employee said oh here's your pizza, they made the pizza with different toppings that I had asked for. She said she would make another one, so I would've had to wait another 20 minutes. I said no! I took the pizza they had made with wrong toppings, it was also someone's else's order.

The issue that I have experienced was: About 2 hours after we had our pizza delivered my daughter had found what looked like parmesan on a slice that she ate. When she went to heat up another piece she noticed there were several of these cheese like pockets. So she came to my husband and I and asked us to look. It was late so with a flashlight we looked and what we saw looked like larva. I didn't want to jump to conclusions so I suggested us to wrap it up and look in the morning. To our surprise, there were maggots moving in the pizza. I called the store and told the manager Nicole and she asked to bring it in. After taking a video of the pizza I did just that. I came with my two daughters with a wrapped up pizza and asked her, "Where would you like to do this?" She said, "Right here!" And pointed to the front counter. In my amazement that she knew I had live larva she was willing to contaminate the front counter where customers put their order in, I opened the box. I pointed out that what we thought was cheese was pockets of larva and some were alive and moving. I asked her..."Do you to see that? They are moving.." She replied, "Yes! We keep everything clean and I'll need to send a slice for analysis. I told her my daughter ate 2 slices before noticing she was eating larva and I and my husband did also. She did not apologize, she did not offer anything, she did not even take my name and number. After staring at her and understanding that she was not going to do anything. I asked her..."Are you going to take my name? Are you going to compensate me for us eating larva on our pizza?" Mind you we ordered there the night before and we saw the same stuff on the sausage but we didn't think nothing of it. So here we are 2 days of ingesting larva. She says, "Oh!" She got a piece of paper out and wrote my number down and wrote, 1med 2 topping pizza w/ 2 marinara cups at any store. Never once did she take my information for follow up, never once she even apologized. She gave me a piece of scratch paper and told me to take to any store for a free pizza. My 14 yr old ate a pizza with larva on it as did me and my husband. As you can imagine my disgust and absolute disappointment in a multi billion dollar chains manager would negate the seriousness of a customer eating larva and when bringing it in you have me show you on the very counter you take orders on. I am so furious at the mere fact she treated me like I was nothing and the concerns of my families health, the communities health even mattered. I have contacted a lawyer, BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, all of my local news stations, King 5 -Ask Jessie, how dare Nicole offer me a 1 Med Pizza for my family ingesting larva. We will be making appointment Monday for health checks to make sure we don't have any parasites. Shame on your company. I ask you this? What are you going to do with this?" After I had a representative call and ask her for her owners name, Nicole then called me within 20 minutes asking me come in and sign a form. I want to know what I'm signing before I do that. It is was so important to Nicole why didn't she have me sign it when I went in with a box of live larva?

On 30 july 2018 I placed an order for 4 pizzas, parmesan bites, cinnamon twists and a two litre sprite. I placed this order a little after noon and began following the progress on my app. The order left the store @1235, at 1320 the delivery had still not been made. I called the store to ask what the hold up was and the manager got on the phone, with a disrespectful attitude telling me that we would all like to have our delivery to be first but we all must take our turn. I explained to him that I had a house full of people and did not want to serve cold pizza, he said he would try to contact driver and call me back. 9 minutes later the driver arrived and I called the manager back and asked him what we were going to do about this issue. At this point he said nothing, he said the pizza made it there within an hour (which is untrue). The pizza was still warm, however the thin crust pizza had dried out and tasted awful, the cinnamon twists were hard and the hawaiian pizza was soggy. I order from dominos at a minimum twice a month but after being spoke to and treated as if me, my family and my order didn't matter I just may need to consider another option. I have never felt so disrespected by a person of authority ever.

We received our order to find a pizza with no sauce, no cheeses... I called back requesting another pizza, which took 2 hours to get delivered once it arrived the dough was stuck to the box because it was not the least bit baked!
I didn't have much money to spend but my kids talked me into spending it on a pizza for them, needless to say the whole family was disappointed.
ads not honored
I received ads for Domino's first anniversary in LaPorte. IN sometime before 7/28/18. The ads have no start date that I could find, they do have experation dates. On 7/28 shortly before 6:30PM local time I tried to place an order using the coupons and was told that they ewer not valid until 8/6. I would be happy with the store honoring the coupons as soon as they are received or having start dates on them. There is a number on the bottom of the ad card, thatis 217255. The coupon code is 3085. If the ad had been honored early the store would not have lost a sale and might have gained a steady customer as it is I will stick with Papa John's or Little Cezar's.

I had placed my order on Wednesday, July 25th for ten pizzas to be picked up by 2:00 p.m on Saturday July 28th. When we arrived at Domino's at 1:50, the pizzas were just being put into the oven. On Wednesday when I had originally talked to the employee at Domino's I had informed them that I needed the pizzas by 2:00 pm. I was having my son's birthday and my mother was helping by picking up the pizzas. She had to wait longer that expected.

I spent over $1, 000 a month at this dominos. I was a loyal customer. On july 24, 2018 I ordered food. The driver ended up bringing the wrong food, cursing infront of my and my friends. His name was samuel, extremely unprofessional. He called the manager and the manager said to keep the wrong food for free, and will replace the entire order. They come back over an hour later missing more food. They refused to refund me until i spent an hour on the phone and had to drive there. I wasted my gas, my time, had my tip robbed from me. I was discriminated by the manager giovanni who made fun of me for asking for a refund saying im a fat jew and obviously i have money and eat well and shouldnt have to request a refund.
Extremely unprofessional staff. On my way out he said my address, saying ill send people there. He also accused me of recording the conversation and kept talking over me. He was looking to provoke me and accuse me of lying every way possible.
I suggest everyone who was treated unprofessional to call dominos corporate office. Then contact the owner chris hanley. Contact the fda and suffolk county food admin. Report them to osha for their unsanitary and unsafe violations.

Called in a pizza tonight, they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. When we got there they said they took our order, but they never placed it. Wanted to know if we could wait another 45 minutes. Also, just about every time we call we are put on hold so long we end up going somewhere else. Thank you West Odessa for the awesome service from this location.

I ordered a pizza tonight from my local store on Rt 113 in Millsboro Delaware. I not happy. Barely any sauce on it. The special was a medium with 2 toppings. I ordered 4 toppings. One was extra cheese, barely normal amount. I ordered sausage, barely any. Pepperoni was ok as was the mushrooms. The crust was good but it was just bland. All the toppings stuck to the crust. Nowhere near enough sauce.

My local Dominos has delivered many times in the past year since opening. I called tonight and was told they will no longer deliver due to me being just outside the delivery radius. I am 4 miles from the store! The manager hung up on me as I was not satisfied with his repeated answer of "in the past we manually entered your address and we will no longer do that" The store is being run by a poor manager with poor decision making skills. This is upstate NY with more than half the homes located in the "country" outside of a town limit (again 4.1 miles) In addition you have to drive past my house to deliver to the address closest to me the store will deliver to. To make customers happy you need to deliver as you have in the past. I know I am not the only one disappointed with the now service of this store.

No cheese! Ordered a pizza with Extra cheese This is truly a joke there is no cheese. The cheese bread is great but there is no cheese on the pizza. I paid $21.00 for this pizza and bread and I am about to add my own cheese to make it better. I think I paid enough to get cheese! Dominos, dont be so stingy with your cheese please! Took an hour and a half to arrive, saw the driver enter and leave my neighborhood, then come back 30 minutes later. Pizza arrived not only cold, but wrong. I ordered thin crust because regular crust is so dry it's inedible. Well guess what I got? Regular crust. 4 days after emailing a complaint, I get a call from a manager telling me he can give me a $25 voucher. Well today I tried to use this voucher and can't seem to redeem it because I've been on hold for the past 20 minutes. UPDATE: was taken off hold after half an hour and told that the voucher was not valid because the store doesn't deliver to my area. The voucher is only good for phone orders and I was essentially told I would either have to order carryout or buy my own pizza.

This is a complaint on Dominos at 1300 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10305.
This has been the second time that my order was not ready despite what they put on the online tracker. The workers treat you like your invisible. When I asked about my order to one employee, he told me that the other one will assist me. Nobody helps at that store. Service sucks bug time!

Dominos address is 592 Columbus ave .I am making a complaint at 12:05am I made a call to dominos I ordered two pies two pasta bowls and hot wings. For delivery We waited an hour and I have no food. I call back and the guy on the phone said the order was never put in cause he said when I hung up the phone he lost the order. I recieved the worst treatment from dominos! The employees need more training because they do not understand the term "The customer is always right". I made an order then I hung up and I'm less than 30 seconds I called back to edit my order and they said they couldn't do it because the pizza was in the oven already. So when I tried to cancel they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver to my address again. Then my daughter called to make an order for my sister who lives next door, and they told her that she couldn't because they said they could tell "it's the same voice and caller ID" when it wasn't. Then she hung up the phone. When we tried to call back they didn't pick up. So then she called again and she asked if she could speak to the manager and a young man said "I'm like the manger, how can I help you?" and we told him what our problem was and we still got the same nasty response in a different tone. We have four families that live in this building who never had a problem ordering from there, but now I will make sure to tell people to never order from the restaurant. Honestly, the service was horrible!

I ordered them at 9:10 and they sent me something at 9:23 p.m. saying they just came out the oven and I end up having to go pick them up from the store at 10:30 p.m. cause they still hadn't delivered them. When I get there the Dominoes on New Hope Rd in Lawrenceville the manager for the night Juan or however you spell his name was very very rude and the pizza doe was sitting out at the front to where u can see it and bugs and black stuff was on it the food wasn't covered at all just sitting out and then they mad at everybody coming in because their short on workers which is never the customers fault. I feel they need to shut that location down cause the customer service is horrible and I live only 5 minutes maybe away and they tell me that they said it was gonna be a 45 minute wait for some cinnamon twist and they didn't just tryna cover their own [censored]. But yes I vote shut it down cause this is not the first time they have got my order wrong and it's not so much as them getting it wrong it's the poor as customer service after they done [censored]ed up your order. We ask several times who the manager was then after asking several times the Juan man says he's the manager when clearly he should have answered the first time when he heard us. He definitely need to be fired cause he is not a people person I don't see how he made manager. Then the funny thing about is when we asked everybody looking at each other like they didn't know who the manager was. They don't have to worry about me ever again in life and I prefer Domino's than any other pizza but if I have to go to this one I rather just stop eating it all together cause I don't have time.
