I pre-ordered a pizza online to be at my apartment at 9:30pm, about the time I get home from work. At 10:00pm I called Dominos and asked about my pizza. They told me: "Oh yeah, I heard something about that." So then their manager comes on the phone. I ask him about my pizza. He stated: "My driver is really upset about that. He went all the way out there and...

Domino's Pizza online order

On Wednesday, December 30, 2009, I place an order online around 10pm. The reason why I place the order online was because that was the only way I was able to redeem my coupon. Upon placing the order, I was informed that it would be ready in twenty minutes. According to the hours of operation posted online, this location was not scheduled to close until 11pm. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the open sign had been turned off and the door was locked. In my attempt to gain entrance the employee on duty said that she could not assist me. Returning to my car, I called the location to discuss my order made online. I was informed that they shut there computers down at 10pm. Thus, no order was received at that time. I inquired about why I was not informed that I would not be receiving the order place tonight. She told me that I would have to go online to find out why I made a blank trip to this location. This leaves me with travel expenses and no food to compensate my hunger.

If the location is supposed to be closed @ 11pm as it stated then they should still be opened. The area director is going to love you for sure.

I was let go from the company which I can't state but if you ordered online then it should have been made for sure. The stores that I worked at we would stay open till 11pm and sometimes later depending on how the shift went.

My advice would be to call Dominos or even email them telling them of the horrible excuse that they pulled and you will get free stuff.

Some franchisees will send you a certain amt of coupons for the cost of what it was.

I hope this helps.

This is the second time we are disappointed with Domino's Pizza. about a month ago we ordered online an extra large pizza but they delivered a large one which could not feed either us or the people we had over. We did call to find out what the reason was but we were told that they did not offer that style in extra large and it was a mistake in their online...

I recently had a bad experience with Dominos and will NEVER order from there again. I don't even know why I was a loyal customer for so long, their prices are RIDICULOUS! Around 7:00 pm one evening I ordered a pizza and after waiting an hour, I decided to call in and check the progress of my delivery (BTW, I'm not one of those customers that usually get...

Domino's Pizza Poor food quality

I decided to take a try at Dominos since the Pizza Hut I normally order from ETA for delivery was more than 75 minutes out! What a mistake! I should have waited and known better! I ordered the mac n cheese bread bowl and chesse sticks. Upon arrival, the delivery person was pleasant. Kudos. However, when I opened the box for the mac n cheese bread bowl, evidently, they either slopped the bowl together or it spilled in transit?! It was a mess! The bread bowl itself was under baked and doughy so eating the mac n cheese meant eating dough! Gross! It was also cold! Cold, messy, doughy mac n cheese on a chilly fall day in Oregon, whoo hoo! On the upside, at least the breadsticks where good!

P.S. As I was writing this, the manager called me about the experience, as I left a my feedback re: my order. They offered to remake my bread bowl and send another out my way?! NO THANKS! I used to work in the industry and only the man upstairs knows what they would do to my order this time :) At least they took they opportunity to address the issue and attempt to make it right?! A refund I would have gladly accepted but that wasnt even an option, appartenly?!

Her/his logic made no sense in my opinion. Why didn't I just make the steak, pizza, or seafood and bring it to "work"?! I was going to be snide but decided not too...

In the process of moving and prepping for a birthday for my soon to be 4 yr old?! Simply put, I did not feel like making mac n cheese?! Live and learn, you know. That still is no excuse for poor quality of food. It wasn't even edible for a dog, if I had one?!

Domino's Pizza Getting hired

I went to domino's to try to acquire a job. The manager gave me and interview and she said that she would love to have me work for her. so she told me that i had to go to orientation on a certain day. So the day came that i went to orientation so i could have the cap and shirt and get briefed on stuff. The C.E.O who was briefing us on it was a complete fake she acted nice but was really rude. Mind you I understand a lot of places don't hire people that have piercings or tattoos i understand that. I have my tongue pierced and my top of my ear that's It. The C.E.O was talking to everyone who was there for orientation. There was one guy who had tattoos on his wrists. THere was a girl that had a cartilage piercing same what i had. the C.E.O said that piercings were not allowed so i said to her ok i will have a clear one for my tongue and i will take out the cartilage. She said that was fine. after everything was done we all left and i went to the mall bought a 60 dollar pair of dickies for this job and a 12 dollar clear ring for my tongue. Low and behold i get a surprising phone call from the Manager who hired me in the first place. She told me word for word "
Im sorry but the C.E.O said that you can not work for us.. I asked why and her answer made me blow a fuse. She told me that The C.E.O told her that she was not allowed to hire people with piercings or tattoos. But yet the other two people who were there had tattoos and piercings... the manager was really respectful toward me cause she didnt have any reason to not hire me. I honestly think that this whole situation was all discrimination. ESPECIALLY when the manager told me there were lots of people who work for dominos for her as we speak that have piercings and tattoos and sleeve tattoos up and down there arms. this was totally unfair its not easy to get jobs around here unless u want mcdonalds but please comment on this and tell me your opinion i think that its discriminating tward me. I used to work ad Papa johns and i never had a problem with the piercings

Domino's Pizza Pizza coupons

I had one of those coupons that was sent to my front door and coupon which is on a piece of paper says 1 large 2 topping pizza for $5.99 and $2.00 for delivery charge which I understood that but when the operator said that it had to be a $10.00 order or it couldn't be delivered and here on the coupon one day special which was Sept 21, through Sept 27, 2009 said no limit on order. I think it is wrong to put an coupon to someone and say only $5.99 and then actually be more to me that is false advistment. And on top of that complaint the operator whom answered the phone was rude and hung up on me and the customer service outline wasn't helpful either. I can fax you the coupon that was sent me if you call me and give me your fax number.

Domino's Pizza Mgr physically hitting employee

How can Domino's Pizza tolerate one of their managers physically striking an employee inside the Domino's place of business and when the employee was struck their glasses were knocked off and when said employee bent to pick up their glasses the manager grabbed them by the "HAIR" and started yanking their hair. Why would a reputable company not see this as totally unexceptable behavior on the part of one of their mangers/employees?
I would also like to know why there are not random drug tests at the Domino's to possibly seek out emplyee's with drug problems?

We (All 4 in the family) fell terribly sick after eating pizzas from the Dominos on 646 Frontenace in Naperville, IL. Need to have someone from Illinois dept. of public health check out this location. Avoid ordering from this location.

Domino's Pizza Rude employees and misleading the customers

I am a regular customer at Domino's Pizza (serving outlet - Baner Road outlet, Pune).
I ordered (a male representative took the order) for a pizza from Domino's Baner Road outlet, Pune. While taking the order i was assured that if the delivery is not made in time, there would not be any charges for the pizza (as per their 30 minutes time guarantee scheme), the pizza reached after 50 minutes and the delivery boy (Mahesh) demanded for the bill to be paid. When I told him that I was assured over the phone that the time guarantee will apply for this order, I should not be charged, he simply denied "rudely" with aggresive body language and asked me to call the Manager of the outlet. He asked me to make a call on a mobile number and made me speak to a person, who introduced himself to be the manager, this person told me due to Ganesh festival the guaranty will not apply. I asked for an explanation for giving me wrong commitment while placing the order, he simply avoided talking about it and asked me to pay to the delivery boy. When I said I will make a complaint to the company regarding them misleading the customers, his words were "Do it, it doesn't matter to us, do anything". I told him I will not accept the pizza as the information provided when ordering was misleading and I would not pay for a 'cold' pizza, he quickly reacted saying "No problem". I returned the pizza to the delivery boy who was equally rude to talk to.
I have had tremendous troubles convincing them on the 'time guarantee' scheme whenever they have deliver the pizza late. If you commit it, follow it.
I would like to see if Domino's Pizza, being such a reputed name, will take some action against such outlet/employees.

Domino's Pizza Illegal activities

I used to work at this location a little while back. The poor customer service and illegal activities caused me to finally walk out on them. The previous manager, Shane Burke of Lakeside, cA 92040, (which sells and smokes marijuana in the store with minors present) transfered to another location and had is current girlfriend, Stephanie Sumner of Lakeside, CA 92040, hired at the location I was working at. She had no experience so I asked Shane how she became manager so easily and his reply was, "Because she is going to pay half my rent". So after several weeks of working with her and having her talk down to me and other employees while she sells drugs for her boyfriend and smokes the same drugs under the oven hood in the store and gets away with it, I just had to quit there. I really liked my job there until it became a front to hire friends and relatives that wont question you while you sell drugs to make a profit while your making the store itself lose it's profit. I brought it to the attention of the franchise owner several times with no action taken. Maybe the right person will read this and be able take appropriate action. Until then Stephanie Sumner will get away with dealing in Dominos.

it sucks that people try to ruin other peoples lives because their pissed off. i bet it was a shocker for someone that thought they were irreplaceable to be fired. and then go and put slander on the net because he got a rude awakening! he got just what he deserved by getting fired. i run a business and if one of my employees did that with my schedule they would be fired for insubordination. and to make up such bizzare accusations the employee should face charges for slander!

All of this disharmony is very upsetting. I just wish everyone could "get along"
I can't imagine employee insubordination at Dominoes. What has happened to the American Work Ethic? Imagine if this "said " employee was a Foreign National from Iran who just enlisted in the US Army
and became disgruntled with one of his superiors because he didn't like his hours or assignments.
Where would his allegiance be? God help us all!

this is a complet fabrication by a pissed off former employee that was terminated for insubordination. He thought that he was more important than everyone else that worked there and that he should be able to take anyone elses hours. He changed his whole schedule and refused to work his shifts and still complained about hours. He would cross off more qualified employees off the schedule and write him in their place. As a result he was terminated and is trying to get his boss in trouble. Since complaining and investigations proved all of the following to be true nothing further was or should be done. The cancer is gone and went with the usless employee making these false accusations. I just think it sucks that people with no brain can write whatever they want on line and try to affect the normal brained part of the world. Just remember people can write anything but only the truth is right. I wish there were harsher penalties against cowards like this

Domino's Pizza Took me out of job 'cause they find out I am pregnant

Hello there,
My name is Milissa Noble Dean. I have been working for Domino's Pizza for nearly three years now. Working in Leighton Buzzard branch since from October 2006 till October 2008 then moved to Coventry and joined back Dominos here in Jubilee crescent branch. What happened is there is an Assistant manager named Matt who is now store manager sent me P46 as if i have resigned or something which i didn't he didn't have spoke to me at all, in fact when i tried to call him he didn't respond at all. i remember the last time I worked there he treated me as if i am his slave or anything when i asked him that i am having back ache can i rest for 5 minutes because i am pregnant he didn't allow me. I kept on working and then next week after i received P46. I have a very hardworking reputation in Domino's and was quite happy working for them. For further enquiry about my past work for Domino's please contact Leighton Buzzard branch store manager Damian Corrigan or even the Area manager Robin knows how my work is. This is such an inappropriate act what Matt done to me, or is this that I am pregnant. He can’t just sack anyone like this.
Please take some action against this issue.
Hope to hear from you soon
Many Thanks

Sounds like you have a law suite if you can prove it was because you were pregnant that he let you go, or better yet prove there is no other possible reason he let you go. That is discrimination and it is illegal I would conact an attorney. Worse case sinario you can get unemployment and have an income until you get your self back on your feet.
Good luck!

Domino's Pizza Poor quality pizza supply

i am a regular customer of dominoz pizza for last 4 years. usually i order twice a week. earlier the quality was good, but now these people supply a very quality pizza to the customers. side burnt black, hardly any cheese, lots of mayonnaise and lots of tomato ketchup, half cooked onions. it has happened not once but many times to me. i am not a tourist, i reside in goa. a proper citizen. even the advertisement that the company shows on television, they show veg pizza mania ad which includes 4 vej pizza's price 35/- per pizza. the pizza's what they show on television is double topping. and if you go to ask them the same pizza's what the company shows on television - the price differs and it is more. why the company deceives its customers? to earn a little bit of more money from us?
the pizza what they supply are in bad condition? the parcel box in tampered. the pizza's are burnt black in color. the pizza base is kept unbaked. why all these misuses, only to earn little more. the managers of these companies are careless, they dont keep a proper follow-up to these outlets and the young boys who are working here are taking advantage of that.
i want this note to be read by the dominoz pizza company officials and personally come down to calangute - goa - india, for the details why this misuse is taking place?
my name is chetan.
please feel free to communicate with me.
