On 3-11-07, aprox. 7pm, I had a friend over at my new house ordering pizza from the above store . We had been painting all day and were in no joking mood. We placed an order, the only thing my friend got confused with was whether or not the street was ave. ct. etc. They actually called us back and said that we were calling in a prank, when after I verified that the street was Ave. I felt outraged, as they also said my friend sounded like a little girl trying to call in, she is 20yo, lives on her own as well. I feel we have been discriminated against. If need be I can provide that I made over 70000 last year and did not expect to be treated that way by Dominos. Has always been my favorite pizza joint, but until last night, not anymore. So, after that, we called another location for pick-up, only to place an order and actually went to pick it up, and they had no record of our order. Now i am not sure what happened there, but we did in fact have in our minds that we wanted pizza, and if we could not get it delivered, we would pick it up. So it delayed us that much more to have to input our order once again. All in we attempted to order the first time around 7pm, we were not able to eat until 930, as we had to drive to another store to pick it up, when in fact the other store could have delivered it. Do I need to show them my lease, my tax records, to in fact prove that I am an adult? I felt very offended by this, and am really quite ready to NEVER call Dominos again unless the poor service is made up somehow. I have also called the complaint office. THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST ANY PIZZA FOOD JOINT HAS EVER MADE ME FEEL! How can Dominos tell if in fact that someone is of age over the phone? Do they hire psychics now? And the fact that they insisted on arguing about the matter, instead of talk to even me to settle it down, they still insisted on saying we were pranks. First off we were extremely hungry and having pizza delivered to my house was the most convenient solution. After taking over 2 hrs to order one large pizza and a crazy bread, I don't care how busy, I understand there is a waiting line, but this is just plain ridiculous. I do wonder if they were too lazy to have it delivered, maybe they were getting ready to close? Who knows but they still answered Dominos how can we help you, so therefore they SHOULD have had delivery service. I am so offended that a free pizza will not cut it. I WILL NEVER ORDER DOMINOS AGAIN IN MY LIFE, EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY STORE LEFT OPEN! Thats how outraged at this I am, I have never been this outraged at such poor service, no one has ever discriminated against me as much as this one store has. IT COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT, I say THANKS DOMINOS FOR THAT! I will also have no problem writing a paper of this incident and see what newspaper companies around the country might like to hear about it. I am very articulate with a degree in Writing, so Dominos might look very good after I write and send my letter to as many newspapers as I can, also the BBB and many other resources to complain about POOR SERVICE.

Ordered Dominos. After an hour, I call to ask whats happening - 3 crazy hungry kids at home... then he tells me that the pizza wont come coz they are BUSY!

My dominos store at 372 south broadway in forest city nc has told me that i can no longer order online or over the phone, but i now have to go to the dominos store just to order! I think dominos is full of [censor]! I have filled a complaint but you know as well as I do that nothing will ever be done about any of the prob we are experiencing

I hate how companies run over there customers. I order 2 box of hot wings from this dominos and got terribley sick . I ate one box and didnt eat the other. I email the customer service department on there website and they responded the next day so i though hey they are being cooperate, so i thought! They said they would take care of the probelm and sent someone to come get the rest of the wings and have them tested in the lab. Ok i thought the results should take 6 weeks, never call me back with the results.I call them for months asking what going on with the case gave me the run around. I didnt recieve a refund or anything they basically call me a lye in the end . I will never eat here again i was i could sue this people! Mark marget the security for dominos is an [censored]!

I just went to Domino's for first time in a few years. The smell o garlic salt was heavy in the air, as if it were overused. The new Domino's Pizza I got was terrible. The crust was "spiced", and the sauce was way to sharp and salty.

the dough itself was not true pizza dough, and was COATED with corn meal. I tried to get a piece out of the box, and found myseldf covered in corn meal dust, and my hands were coated with this stuff as well. The corn meal dusting gives the impression that every bite is "crunchy" but it is a bit of an illusion. The fact is some bites had so much of this loose sandy dust that it made me feel like I had eaten a sandwich with beach sand in it!

I ordered a pizza at about 6:00 on the 22/08/10, when it turned up the driver sat outside and hung on the horn and when I commented on her action she said that it was company policy . My complaint is not with the driver, its with Domino's .
I live in a complex with 10 units and everyone else heard him/her but me, I think in that situation him/her should make a bit more of an enought . they were given all my delivery details so no excuse . Its not the first time I've ordered a pizza from domino's at this address and this has never happened before .
I will not use them again, its a sunday night and people don't need to be disturbed . I work with cliants all the time and I have never sat outside and tooted before, its rude .

I tried to order my pizza from the below center. The lady named Sue (who call her general manager) is the most rude lady I ever met . She hung the phone on me because I asked her to settle the credit fom last bill.

Dominos has alot of nerve when I spent $26.14 than when you try to file a complaint they want to charge $7.95 to file the claim. The people were so rude at Dominos in Westwego, LA I will never go there again!

I tried to order a PIZZA online from their own website.. I have been registered with them for quite a while, but the order site kept asking me to login and register. This happened about 4 times before I finally got to order the pizza. I ordered them at 5:30 PM to be delivered. At 6:30 I called them to see where the order was. The gal who answered said it should be delivered any minute. At 7:00 PM I called again. The gal who answered was very rude, told me that our order was for pickup, and was still sitting there. Since I had used my credit card to order on line, They charged me $14.56 and will not issue a refund. I filed a complaint with there Customer Service (WHAT AN OXYMORON) site. The sent me an email saying that the Manager of the Las Vegas Desert Inn Rd store would get ahold of me. GUESS WHAT ? Never a call as of 9/9/2010.

I am currently declaring war on dominos and will get some kind of apology for horrendous service. All I wanted was for my order to be correct. I can overlook the delivery drivers getting lost or missing teeth, but I can't stand for the order to be absolutely wrong. Then after the third time the manager is rude and dismissive to me. I have been campaining with people I know to never eat there again and have been successful. Until I get a apology from a human voice I am on a mission to get at least my local branch closed.

A Truely unforgettable experience unfortunately. Called to order pizzas for childs party was put on hold for the entire 10 mile drive down to parlor. Walked in and was laughed at for still being on hold. 30 minutes later was given three pizzas that were left in oven til uneatable. fed the 4 years old grill cheese sandwiches because crust was so burnt they couldn't chew it. At least they enjoyed the sandwiches, $20 bucks and 20 mile drive there and back lost. Boy are their new comercials BULLCR*P! Never again, Faith Lost! As a formal employee and driver i have complaints, when dominos charges 1.95 for delivery why the drivers only 80 cents per delivery, isn't the driver supposed to be reembersed for the wear and tear on the vehicles . other pizza companys that charge a delivery fee. and have their own vehicles, the whole fee goes towards the business vehicle, it's like i paid dominos to work for them the past 7 1/2 years THAT *** some may say thats a scam what do you think. No one has ever honestly explained that one to me . so how could explain it to customers.

Order food any neaver got it. This dominos is always late. This is at the dominos in Dallas Ga. in New Hope
One time we ordered from them and it was 2 hours late, no call to let us know anything and when you call the ack like they don't know what you are talking about.

i brought three pizzas one night and two of them pizzas were un eatable one was that soggie that u couldnt pick it up and the onther was u might as well say a tomato sauce pizza. NO topping..
i made a complaint online to the company and have not yet no reply!
a week or so later i orded another three pizzas online. when it come to paying for the order they charged the 30.95 to my account twice. n said there was nothing they can do for a few days... this is not good enough for me and i dont know what i am to do about it.
it says on there box to see 100% moey back garentee...

please help me

I am nearly 50 years old and I have never made an offical complaint ever until now. I work for a dist center. working the night shift 12 hours. when it come to eatting our lunch meal it is to late to go any where except for two resturants. so every other week we will go pick up some pizza's early usally at Little Ceasers, but because we have heard the commercial that Domino's has improved its pizza we decided to try Domino's..we placed the order for two large pizza's and I picked them up 20 minutes later when I got them back to our office we all grabbed a piece we first noticed the the pizza's seemed to be void of complete cheese topping, could see major aeas not covered looking down at bare areas then when we started eating there was little to no tomato paste and the pizza was just warm, when it only took me two minutes to bring the pizzas for the pizza store to our office, guess we will just go back to little Ceasers to bad use to love Domino, s when I was in college 30 years ago what has happened to them

On March 2, 2011 I placed an order with Domino's Pizza on Main Street in Hackensack, NJ. This is not the first time I have ordered from this location however, this will be the last. I placed my order at 10:00pm, around 10:33pm, my order had yet to arrive however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, knowing they are open late, I figured they may have had a lot of deliveres. But I digress, around 10:46pm I gave a call to the store to see if my delivery was on the way and I was informed that the driver was on his way. Around 11:00pm, I get a call from the delievery driver stating that he could not find my residence and ask me to explain how to get there, which I did. He asked me to open the door, which I did, and he was not there. I call the delievery driver back giving him directions once more and he still could not get it. I get a call from someone at the store and gave him the information on how to get to my apartment. He said he was going to call the driver back and inform him. 11:30pm comes and still no pizza. ( Mind you, I paid online, with a credit card, so I really wanted to get my food.), I am livid at this point therefore I call the store back and stated that I no longer wanted the pizza and asked if my money could be refunded to my card. I was rudely told "ok" and was hung up on. No apology or anything even close.

This is the worst customer service experience I have had and I will NEVER order from this establishment again.

Today 14 March 2011, time 18:20 PM, the dominos in question located at 820 Chapman St, greensboro NC. I was sitting with my kids in that establishment when one your employee entered from the street, using a racial remark, that some one of his friend is hook up with nasty [censor] mexican, I teach my children that racism is only for the stupid, and not to hate because of color or culture, but they did not need to listen to the words come out the individual mouth, i will not go to another domino again

Below is the letter I sent to the Domino's complaint email prior to calling & confirming that my complaint was received. Now after speaking to a rep in the claims department, I was informed that my complaint would be forwarded to corporate executives as well as the person who oversees managerial operations. In addition, I would be reimbursed the full amount charged to my account for the inconvenience... well, that was over 1 week ago, & still nothing. So now, I am going to file a 2nd complaint to Domino's Corporate Offie, including my case reference # from the initial complaint, & forward the entire case to NYC's 311 hotline & the Better Business Bureau. Quality starts w/ good customer service & building rapport, especially when mistakes are made; I could care less about the product if I'm being cheated & mistreated.

I spoke with the store manager, Corina, regarding an overcharge made to my debit card after placing an order online. In initial order, I applied 2 coupons to my order, and the online server confirmed my total at roughly $26; however, my receipt showed $48.83, & my bank account reflected a charge at $53.83. So not only did the store overcharge me, but the driver gave himself a $5 tip against my will. I called again on 3/9/11 to discuss the matter w/ management, where I was put on hold several times in 10+ minute increments, & then hung up on. I am very frustrated, & plan on seeking legal action if this matter is NOT resolved. Experiencing this type of service makes me NOT even want to ever purchase food from Domino's again, and I WILL publicize my complaint to NYC's 311 hotline. The attitude of the manager was awful, and though she sent a driver to deliver again at no charge, it didn't matter because I was never reimbursed to begin with. How does that work?

when the pizza come it was 4 slices for 6.45

Make sure your doorbell works. If the driver actually took the time to deliver it to your home and no one answered the door, he probably thought it was a scam order and left to deliver the other pizza in his car.

Dominoes makes the worst pizza in the world. they pour about 10 oz. of salt on every pizza/ If they spent as much on a good recipe, that they spend telling us how much "better" they are now, maybe the pizza would be a little better. My local Grocery Store (HEB) has a store brand frozen pizza that is about 3 times better then Dominoes. You want good pizza don't go to dominoes, you want to be on high blood pressure medicine eat all the salt they pour on their products. When a company has to tell us and tell us and tell us via commercials that they are "improved" "much better then they used to be" then I don't believe them. If they made good products, then word of mouth would sell them. I have never met anyone who likes Dominoes, never. I knew a guy who worked for them delivering part time while a postal employee. He said it was the worst place to work he had ever seen. After one of the other delivery guys got shot over a 15$ pizza delivery, he quit. Do I think the original complaint on this site is right or wrong: I think both these guys were stupid to order from dominoes in the first place. Pizza Hut, Pizza Inn, Pappa Johns, frozen pizza from the store, local pizza joints in your town, ANYTHING but Dominoes. And now they are making pizza and they want our input? I would not eat or order from this place for anything, why would I try chicken from them? You think I am stupid or what?

I always order from this dominos and was completely disappointed with how i was treated with my last order saturday April 16, 2011. I called the store over 10 times waiting for a period of over 5 minutes almost every time, finally a women picked up I told her that I called many times and waited for a long time and no one bothered to answer. She answered me back with the biggest attitude saying that they were to busy to answer any phones so they turned them off and they do this when ever they are busy, she was very upset with me for asking why no one bothered to pick up, and took my order with an attitude. When the delivery man got to my house (he was very sweet) my order of boneless chicken wings had been forgotten, so I called it in and asked that they remove it or credit me. The gentlemen who answered did so. However when trying to eat the steak and cheese sandwich that I ordered, the bottom bun was completely soggy and stuck to the cardboard, didnt taste well at all.

i was driving back to my house in lafayette la. crossing across the evangeline thryway and theres a driver cutting across the thruway the wrong way almost hitting me and almost causing a major car wreck. he works at the gloria switch road in carencro la. i called the manaager told him and he said i'll talk to him and hung up on me... i'm very upset over this the driver should have gone the right way, and the manager should have done more then hanging up on me...

Saw the comercial about their new chicken wings and we thought we would give them a try, get home open the box and they are not chicken wings there friggen tiny nuggets. They suck big time and to top it off I they charged me 14.99 for a bunch of nuggets. If I wanted nuggets I would have gone to mc donalds. Do not waste your time or your pallet for good wings because you surley won't find them at dominoes. Go to pizza hut now they have good WINGS not nuggets. DOMINOES YOU SUCK IN EVERY WAY, SHAPE & FORM.

I went to the dominoes restraunt, vaishali nagar, jaipur, rajasthan.. And the enviroment inside was so horrible, the tables were uncleaned with the paper boxes still lying there, the food bits on them.. And this is not the story of single table but every table placed there.. Now when we told the staff to arrange for the cleanliness, instead of arranging for the cleaning person, he was showing a different attitude as if he is paying for the food, he said thank you for telling us for our fault, and after waiting for another 15 minutes we have to again ask him then he arranged for cleaning the table.. The floor was so dirty that you could see ants crawling there.. Better situation is with the roadside dhabas.. Better environment and hospitality...

I called to place an order the girl left me on hold for 8 minutes then hung up. Then i called again put me on hold once Again for another 5 minutes. I called again and she answered the phone and hung up. Then i called again she answered and i complained about the time she left me on hold i asked to speak with a manager and she hung up once again. I called again and a guy answered the phone claiming he was the driver and said that the girl was alone and that she was the manager. I have been a constant customer at the location of the dominoes on westfield avenue in elizabeth NJ for the past two years and i believe customers should be treated with much more respect the the one that was given to me today may 10 2011 during the evening hours. I have phone record to show the amount of time i was left on hold for each cAll and the number of calls i had to place to simply be left on hold, hung up on several times. So dissapointed with the customer service in elizabeth nj.

I ordered a pizza with a coupon through Group-on with Domino's Pizza. I could not get the coupon to work online so the Domino's said come in and they would take care of it. Turns out, I ordered from the wrong Domino's and ended up at the one I meant to go to. I explained the situation to them at this Domino's and they said I had to do this online. I tried to then do it online on my phone and again it would not work. The front desk worker asked him manager Krystal and she blatantly said absolutely not that she would not take care of this. I explained that the other store did but she still refused. At this point I decided not to deal with them and leave.
