On 3-11-07, aprox. 7pm, I had a friend over at my new house ordering pizza from the above store . We had been painting all day and were in no joking mood. We placed an order, the only thing my friend got confused with was whether or not the street was ave. ct. etc. They actually called us back and said that we were calling in a prank, when after I verified that the street was Ave. I felt outraged, as they also said my friend sounded like a little girl trying to call in, she is 20yo, lives on her own as well. I feel we have been discriminated against. If need be I can provide that I made over 70000 last year and did not expect to be treated that way by Dominos. Has always been my favorite pizza joint, but until last night, not anymore. So, after that, we called another location for pick-up, only to place an order and actually went to pick it up, and they had no record of our order. Now i am not sure what happened there, but we did in fact have in our minds that we wanted pizza, and if we could not get it delivered, we would pick it up. So it delayed us that much more to have to input our order once again. All in we attempted to order the first time around 7pm, we were not able to eat until 930, as we had to drive to another store to pick it up, when in fact the other store could have delivered it. Do I need to show them my lease, my tax records, to in fact prove that I am an adult? I felt very offended by this, and am really quite ready to NEVER call Dominos again unless the poor service is made up somehow. I have also called the complaint office. THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST ANY PIZZA FOOD JOINT HAS EVER MADE ME FEEL! How can Dominos tell if in fact that someone is of age over the phone? Do they hire psychics now? And the fact that they insisted on arguing about the matter, instead of talk to even me to settle it down, they still insisted on saying we were pranks. First off we were extremely hungry and having pizza delivered to my house was the most convenient solution. After taking over 2 hrs to order one large pizza and a crazy bread, I don't care how busy, I understand there is a waiting line, but this is just plain ridiculous. I do wonder if they were too lazy to have it delivered, maybe they were getting ready to close? Who knows but they still answered Dominos how can we help you, so therefore they SHOULD have had delivery service. I am so offended that a free pizza will not cut it. I WILL NEVER ORDER DOMINOS AGAIN IN MY LIFE, EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY STORE LEFT OPEN! Thats how outraged at this I am, I have never been this outraged at such poor service, no one has ever discriminated against me as much as this one store has. IT COMPLETELY RUINED MY NIGHT, I say THANKS DOMINOS FOR THAT! I will also have no problem writing a paper of this incident and see what newspaper companies around the country might like to hear about it. I am very articulate with a degree in Writing, so Dominos might look very good after I write and send my letter to as many newspapers as I can, also the BBB and many other resources to complain about POOR SERVICE.

me and my friend odered for a pizza from dominos and we rang bishopthorpe road dominos pizza and they said to ring the one in cliffton so we did and the one in cliffton told us to ring the one on bishopthorpe road so we rang bishopthorpe road again and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and it was using my credit up and i told them what had gone on and they rang cliffon dominos pizza and they said they will throw in a free garlic bread but i dont see how a free garlic bread will do me any good for all the credit i used up from them telling me to ring back and forth its just done my head in and im not happy!

This is amit i ordred pizza from Dominas Bareilly U.p, I ordered my double bust Pizza & pasta at 8:30 pmcst pizza arrived 11:00 pm COLD the distance between my house restaurent not more than 5min i complaint manager but he told me he took my order in DINE IN (your language) i dont know what is DINE IN or DINE OUT this is your manager fault but his behavior is so rude . The taste is very bad taste no cheese in pizza & cold, i am old customer to u, always I prefer to have u r restaurent only. i got bad experience with ur Bareilly Dominos center.

I was a 15 plus year employee with Domino s in Farmington, MN. I just got tired of all the unprofessional work there. Work schedules up 1 day beforre they are to start, poor gas allowance, running out of product. I wrote both cororate and the franchise owner. For a few weeks I guess ( I quit - uncomfortable being the whistle blower ) things returned as they were. Now Dominos - the corporate - is doing carry out specials to further cut into driver income, making the driver a glorified phone person. It s like outsourcing the job! What a crap company it has become.
My name is Umar.I had a very good experiance with the dominos pizza but yesterday when i called at dominos at 10:45 pm at bhatar road dominos pizza.The person name chetan told me that they can not take my order because its 11:00 when i told him its 10.45 only and you had deliver me before also.but the person was very rude to me, when i asked can i talk to your senior than he given the phone to name called joy.And joy told me we will not deliver do whatever you can.When i told that i want to talk to the store manager, he reply that there is no one. I am the only person whom you can talk.Language which they are talking was not to the dominos standard, they both were rude and mannersless.It was a pathatic experiance to me in dominos pizzza and i have to think twice before going to dominos pizz.

Today, i.e 10th july, 2011, I ordered pizza from Dominos exactly at 3.26 pm But i recieved the order 4.20pm. And before that i had called Dominos 3 times asking for the order. As the order was late the Dominos guy told me to ask for discount of Rs 300 from the delivery boy. But after few minutes of the delivery of the food i recived a call from Dominos And a word with VIKRAM, he was very rude and told me the i was suppose to wait for the delivery boy outside on the road. He did not listen a bit and with a Bad behaviour told me that he will make sure the food will never be delivered at my premises.
THIS IS SUCH AN UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Also i think Dominos is more comcerned about making money than customer satifaction.

It all actually sounds like a typical red neck reaction to an imaginary slight! since you guys changed the rescipie for the pizza's they have become gross and my family wont even touch them. you guys thought you were making them better but you made them worse. they were great before. maybe you should have the option of having a pizza the way it use to be instead of having all the crap on the crust and such and you might get back more customers. and before someone says i havent tried them i have i threw out the darn thing and went to little ceasers which is sad. your prices were good but its not worth the money on crappy food.

I have ordered Dominos pizza many times but recently moved and the new restaurant makes poor pizza and has bad customer service (I live in Tulsa, OK). I ordered a couple of pizzas and one of my pizzas was a thin crust with spinach, mushrooms, and onions. The pizza had barely any sauce and all the toppings were on top and not covered with cheese so the spinach dried and burned. When I called to speak with a manager about a replacement pizza and explained how I wanted the cheese on top so the spinach would not burn it became a problem. I was actually told Dominos has a policy to make pizzas a certain way (after on the phone for 15 minutes) and they could not make my pizza with the cheese on top of my spinach! I have never heard of a pizza restaurant or any other restaurant who does not make the pizza the way the customer wants.
Couldnt agree more Pizzalady! I have been to the same Dominoes ONCE before. NEVER AGAIN. This guy is such a loser who runs the place with his daddy. I bet he wakes up everyday wishing he had the balls to kill himself because he has no life! You know... if you are going to open up a business, make sure its a business you enjoy and can treat customers right! And you know what, there werent any menus that I saw and definitely no signage letting you know what deals are going on, so puhlease Becky, Chevy & Bigg. I always order pizza from dominos. But after my last experience, never again. It was my sons 2nd birthday and We ordered 2 large pizzas. For one they told us if would be half an hour wait and it turned out to be an hour. We called and all they could say was it was on the way. And when We did receive the pizza is was cold and was not cooked all the way. The middle of the pizza had spots with dough. Needless to say the pizza was thrown away. I called dominos and told them about my pizza and they said they would send me a coupon for 2 large pizzas and I would recieve it in 5 days, it took 9. And it was for 1 MEDIUM 2 topping pizza and a two piece lava cake! I never have ordered lava cake from them! I called immediately and they said its because my last order. Someone that was visiting me ordered pizza, on HER cellphone! But I couldn't get my coupons because of that. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and will never spend another dollar with them. My 2 year old son was upset that We had to leave his birthday party to go get a diginoro pizza. I will never recommend you guys to anyone, I will do anything to turn people away from you
on Friday 11th November 2011, i ordered domino's pizza for home delivery and also i have given correct address to domino's pizza, but the service man still not able to get that address, still he is asking the address on the phone, and he told to come and receive me on the way...if home delivery is their..then why should service man ask to come and collect on the road...this is not called home delivery...

It was actually easier to count the words spelled correctly, than try to find all the words completely ###ized. It was like trying to find Waldo, Waldo being a correctly spelled word. Did your spell check divorce you, for not even making an effort?
As much as I love dominoes, I am getting appalled by the services on a regular basis. Around August last year, I was delivered a non vegetarian pizza even though i am a vegetarian. i had raised it to the customer service team on mail and spoke to various departmental heads, but all i was told is that you have been served a complimentary pizza!
following that i was denied any home delivery and the store manager AVINASH the Goregaon, Gokuldham outlet spoke to me as if i was an outlander ever since.
as if it was not enough, in a religious country like India, where vegetarianism is seriously followed, there was no gratitude given to the fact that i was served a non vegetarian pizza that too in the month of shraavan. now anytime that me or any of my relatives call dominoes, they call me back after 30 mins and tell that we cannot process your order.
Post this, i went to the dominoes outlet in Lokhandwala andheri and to the worst of my horrors, was served a chicken pizza instead of a veg gourmet pizza. The store manager Prach Gawade kept saying that i am sorry and you will get your pizza for free. which does not really solve the purpose. the vegetarians that we are, we were appalled by the derogating services. after a lot of pleading by them, when we gave them another chance, and she replaced the vegan gourmet pizza; we were astonished to found pieces of wood where there should have been olive toppings. when i showed the same to one of the staff, she said it was olive. one of my friends who accompanied me, had swallowed the same and was brutally sick that and Prachi and the assistant store manager still said its wood. it wasn’t until i challenged them to bite and digest it that she said it was wood!
I ask, is this how customers should be treated? in a brand name like dominos, can there be no trust?
moving on, when I contacted mr Chandrakant who is the district supervisor or something; he said ‘aapko free pizza mil gaya na.. aur kuch nahi milega.. aapko jo karna hai kar lo.’
i am in anguish and I feel betrayed and disappointed. can you please look into this for me. I wish to take this further.
i am a regular customer of dominos and my last 2 orders were not up to the mark, the quality was very bad.

The incident relates to a pizza order by me of a value of around Rs 200/- on 15/7/12 and the order number 322 and receiveing time 8:30 pm.
the pizza was supposed to be deliverd in 30 mins with a distance of hardly 1500 mtrs, but was not
i called up after 40 mins to get the information that my pizza is on the way...again at 45 mins ... final call at 9:26 and had atalk with the managed Mr.Binod who said the pizza delivery boy has not yet left...so i said u r late by 60 mins do i have to pay...no was the response...finally the pizza was delivered at 9:43 pm with the deliver boy name sohail with mobile number [protected]...who received the full payment from me inspite of delivering at a time gap of 75 mins.
this is a ridiculous service from dominos and i would like to know about the poor service and adquate compensation

Ordered pizza from Ranchi main road outlet (India) at 8.55 PM today and received delivery at 9.30. When question about the delay the answer was that the invoice time was 9.05 PM only. Why do you invoice 10 minutes after the order when you promise to deliver within 30 minutes.
Please stop your " free Pizza in case of delay" campaign immediately.

31st july 2012.. i placed an order to dominos pizza and they said you that you will get delivery within 40 min. But i didn't get my delivery ans any response when called back they picking my call and put that call on hold any when finally someone picked my call than making excuse that the boy who is took your get accident and we will send ur order second tym within 20 min. But i didn't get my order after that 20 min. Then i called back and said that i want to talk to your manager.. the employee said that our manager is busy in other work and he don't talk to u.. then finaly i got my order after 1hr and 30 min.
i called domino's last night because we are suppost to get a dicount well instead of wanting the business my drivers loses money making that run because of your dicount...they get a pay check plus we promote them at the hotel well i am talking to our manager i will stop supporting them and we will go with papa john's tips are given for great service? i never get great service sooo no more business for you you all suck! order date was 8-4-2012 macon ga chambers rd location at 11-30 pm

I ordered Pizza online in dominos website at 7:27 PM yesterday(10/03/2012) I received a call for confirming my address and order. They took each piece of information and confirmed the order. But the pizza was not delivered untill 9:30 PM IST, I have not received any calls or emails till that My order is cancelled. i had to call them back and enquire about my order after 2 hrs and the reply i got is my order is cancelled and the reason is they dont have delivery for my area. if this is the case wont they know that my area is not under delivery circle while confirming my address and order. Even though its cancelled is it not their responsibility to inform the customer about the status, they can call for confirming but not to intimate id its cancelled. This gave a high level of frustration in the family and we had to go in search of other option in the night for dinner. This is seriously irritating and need to be escalated.
