At 240 I started placing my order when I had chosen everything we wanted here at the nursing home on 50 n Pennsylvania Ave. When I hit pay at the store, the computer had a glitch and went to another screen. I called 5708292900 and a female answered I explained to her what had happen and I just wanted to make sure our wings would be well done in the order at this time its now 250 am. The female looked for the order and said it wasn't there and told me the reason for the glitch is because they're not making food anymore. I said to the female we started the order 20 min ago and there was a glitch and I asked if she could please place the order there because we are really hungry the female began being very rude and hung the phone up on me. Where I work we are only 1 min from the store so I drove to the store and wanted to speak to the manager. This same female and only female that was working In the store at this time, stated she was the shift manager and ask me what happened I asked her if she was the woman that just hung the phone up on me in mid conversation while speaking about my order and she denied it saying she didn't know what I was talking about. Then slammed the drive thru window in my face. Then a guy comes to the window and ask me how he could help I asked for the manager again he said he was the manager. I told him what had happened and he went to look the order up and told me the glitch that I experienced must have knocked out the order. He asked if he could ring up whatever it was and still give me the food we had ordered I said yes. I asked for the females name because I was reporting her and her ignorant attitude and behavior to corporate. He told me he could not give out personal information. My co-workers and I order from the store a lot and we spend a lot of money eating Dominos on a weekly basis so to be treated like that is really unfair and defiantly unprofessional and she should be dealt with accordingly. That is no way to treat a paying customer.
