I had Driggs Title Agency handle my new build escrow
I had Driggs Title Agency handle my new build escrow. I was adamant about not having the Builder's title company handle my escrow. Driggs Title Agency kept me posted throughout the whole transaction. When we approached closing, the Builder's title company reached out to me not knowing they were not doing the escrow. That showed me how clueless they were. I am very happy I fought for Driggs Title Agency to handle my financial future.

Working with Driggs Title Agency in [location] was awesome
Working with Driggs Title Agency in [location] was awesome. Knowledgeable, responsive and above all thorough. They were always there when we needed them with answering questions and their expertise in a tricky situation. I truly believe we would not have gotten this home without them and their knowledge on how to solve problems and work with a difficult realtor in a professional manner. If we ever have the chance we will definitely work with Driggs Title Agency again.
I have been using Driggs Title Agency for many years
I have been using Driggs Title Agency for many years. I have followed her to every title company she works for. I would highly recommend Driggs Title Agency for title services. They go above and beyond for their clients and mine. I can't even count the number of times Driggs Title Agency has personally driven to sign buyers late at night to ensure they close on time the next day. I always check up with my signings and every client always says what a pleasant experience it was to work with Driggs Title Agency. Give them a try... You won't be disappointed.

Driggs Title Agency and its team members, including their escrow officers, are some of the most proficient professionals I have worked with in the industry, and I have been doing loans for over 20 years. As a mortgage processor, I know first hand how hard Driggs Title Agency works to get our transactions to closing, with minimal hassle. They bend over backwards to accommodate every weird situation we come across, and we have saved many loans due to their willingness to help us with title requirements. I can't recommend Driggs Title Agency enough! They are the best!

I used Driggs Title based on my realtor recommendation, after we closed my CPA had caught that Driggs Title paid my property taxes for all of 2021 - funny thing I had paid the first half myself. When I contacted the manager she told me they didnt pay the taxes even though the closing statement said they did. I sent her a email outlining the whole ordeal and she still denied it so I contacted the appropriate authorities and sure enough they paid the entire year. I didnt mind them paying the second half which was prorated but when I showed her their own statement she still denied it, then to add insult to the injury she sent my realtor a new closing statement showing different figures, now if that doesnt go to show intent to commit fraud then nothing does. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY LIED STEAL AND CHEAT and I have the evidence for it to back my words. I am sure there are others out there who havent caught this on their closing statements, she should be locked up for sending a new closing statement to cover her tracks !

I was so disappointed with #teamWatson, Henderson NV. Crystal missed deadlines and obvious issues that delayed escrow closing. Not recommened!

They will not and have not given me my Earnest money from a buyer who backed out of the deal on closing day Feb 26, 2021. Very lazy about getting any documents delivered, non-responsive when asking for status, and lackadaisical about planning. It's now March 16, and still no word about the Earnest money. Wow, banking license required. I will be contacting the Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions.

Do not use this company for escrow - you may not receive your money in a timely fashion. I closed on my home 6 days ago. They wired the funds to the wrong account and I still have not received my funds. Now I may have to go through the legal process to get my equity.
The following sums up our experience
The following sums up our experience. My entire opinion is a couple of pages long. 1) Moving and not telling us a week before our appointment 2) No one introducing themselves 3) Having an inexperienced person handling our case (with no oversight) and not doing it correctly 4) Letting us leave before verifying documents were completed correctly and making us come back. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this title company to anyone. [Censored] [Censored]
If I could completely give them zero stars I would without hesitation
If I could completely give them zero stars I would without hesitation. The Henderson, NV office has to be the most incompetent and unprofessional staff I have ever come across in truly any business setting. Not only did they send my closing packet to the entirely wrong individual breaching data and overall personal trust, they couldn't be bothered to provide updates on retrieving that package. Worst of all, this person likely now has all of my personal information and they refuse to properly address and rectify the situation. It has taken six weeks of calling and emailing their office, of non-stop effort on my part to find out what is happening with my package and my information, not to mention a refund check that is looking more and more like I'll never see. As a first time home buyer I have been infuriatingly disappointed. If you have the opportunity to never use this office and let others know to be wary of conducting business with them, I would in a heartbeat.

Mari at Driggs title in Tempe Arizona is one of the worst professionals I have ever dealt with. She was highly disorganized, often called us by the wrong names, brought out the wrong paperwork to sign the day of closing. Most of that would be forgivable but since the beginning of putting an offer on our home, we told both our loan officer and the title company that we needed to add me to the title even though I was not going on the mortgage itself. They reassured us multiple times that it was very easy to do and would not be an issue. The day after closing we went back into Driggs title and completed all of the paperwork to add me to the title. That was on February 5th1. Last week of April we still hadn't received any conformation from the Maricopa county recorders office that I was added to the title. We called the county recorder and they said they never received any paperwork at all to add me to the title. When we called Mari and Driggs title in Tempe she blamed it on the county recorder and said that we would have to do the paperwork again. Turns out she never sent in the paperwork and then lost it. On the phone she said that they normally don't perform that service anyway and she was just doing it as a courtesy and she was extremely rude with me. I guess now that they got our money she could care less about what she promised to do.

I closed on my house at 11:16am they told me funds would be there any day if we closed by 2. I just called Driggs Title Agency who told me she was too busy to get to them all and the notary should have informed me it would be Friday. The notary doesn't say or explain anything. She told me if I didn't like it I could come pick up a check. Um I'm 90 minutes away. This place is ridiculous.
