The head on my vacuum will not go down to vacuum the carpet. Company sent me a handle.. that isn't the problem. After many weeks with the live chat I get an email stating this::

Wait for collection
Wait for UPS to collect your machine.
UPS shows up today without the new machine but had a tag for the broken one. I call customer service and they tell me "We don't care what the email says, it's wrong and ur not getting a machine until u send the other one back to the warehouse."
That isn't what the email states! I get the new machine as I hand over the broken one. That is what it says!
So, conclusion is... DYSON goes back on their word and they lie to their customers. They have their customer service lie as well. They even refuse to send a box to put the machine in! She told me... policies change and we aren't sending u a box. But, I filed a complaint with the BBB too.
Next vacuum will be a SHARK!
Desired outcome: Send my vacuum as promised in the email sent to me.
