An old house, so our old tub area presented some challenges. *** the installer met every challenge and we now have a beautiful tub and shower.

Had EZ. Bath replace a shower. The work was excellent and the crew was very friendly and professional. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again.

From start to finish, Easy Bath was the best company we have ever worked with for any home improvement. The owners are especially focused with both customer satisfaction as well as quality of work. The installer was very polite and cordial. Easy Bath is professional, considerate, and highly ethical in so many ways. I cannot elaborate enough as to how pleased we were with all facets of the process.

Got a quote for bathtub to walk-in shower, Mike said he will call and confirm on 1/22 and have someone over by 1/25, I never got a call with confirmation of the appointment so I called them to confirm, they said they were sending someone on 1/25, initially we were told we can use the bathroom 1/25 before 9am, the work will take 1/25 and 1/26 and we can use walk-in on 1/27, well they needed an extra day to do the work, and had to come in again 1/27 and told us we could not use the bathroom until 1/28. We only have 1 full bathroom and are in the middle of Covid so it was a pain to not be able to use the bathroom. 1/28 I called Mike and told him the water pressure is way off and much lesser than what we had before the walk-in was installed, he said he will call me by 1/29 and have someone come look at it, never did, again I called him to see what is going on, he said he will have a person come in on 2/3 but call me and confirm on 2/2, well it is 2/3 and no one has followed up with me. Oh they did call 1/27 to collect the full payment, but must say they don't seem to care/prioritize follow-up appointments, I would not recommend this place going forward, it is rather disappointing that they can't keep up with follow-up issues... They also seem to say that the walk-in shower includes lifetime warranty, which makes no sense if they can't even call my back the next week after their newly installed bathroom. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY REGAED FOR THE CUSTOMER, THEIR TIMEFRAMES, AND THEY DO NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES. THEY ALSO BELIVE THAT WOMEN ARE STUPID AND WILL BELIEVE ANYTHING. I WAS TOLD MY *** (A BRAND NEW SHOWER) WOULD BE COMPLETED ON A MON*** AND TUES***. THEY SHOWED UP MON***, WORKED A COUPLE HOURS, THEN LEFT. DID NOT SHOW UP TUES*** AFTER CALLING SAYING THEY HAD TO REPAIR AN OLD ***. THEY SHOWED UP WEDNES***, LEFT FOR A 1.5 HOUR LUNCH, THEN FOUND OUT THE WRONG PIECE WAS LOADED ONTO THE *** SO HAQ TO DRIVE ABOUT 45 MINS EACH WAY TO GET THE NEW ONE. I WAS EXPECTING OUT OF *** THAT EVENING AT 6 P.M. WHO WERE GOING TO USE THE BATHROOM AND BEDROOM ATTACHED, NOW COVERED IN DUST AND DIRT. REMEMBER, THE *** WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DONE THE *** BEFORE, SO I WAS NOT CUTTING IT CLOSE. HERE'S THE REAL PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY: ONE OF THEIR BIG SELLING POINTS WAS THAT THEY TAKE IT DOWN TO THE *** THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL REMOVE ALL DRYWALL AND REPLACE IT WITH MOISTURE-RESISTANT DRYWALL. THAT IS THEIR BIG SELLING POINT AND I WAS TOLD THIS THREE TIMES - ONCE BY THE *** AND TWICE BY THEY SON WHO DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY INCONVENIENCE AT ALL. I DID NOT SEE ANY DRYWALL REMOVED THE FIRST ***, SO CALLED THEM TO ASK WHY. THEY SAID ON THE *** THAT YES, THEY DO, IT WILL BE DONE. WHEN IT DIDN'T HAPPEN THE SECOND ***, THEY TOLD ME I MISUNDERSTOOD. THEY DON'T ALWAYS TAKE IT DOWN TO THE *** AND REPLACE DRYWALL. THEY SAID I MISUNDERSTOOD - YOU KNOW, BEING A STUPID WOMAN AND ALL. INSTEAD, THEY USED A CHEAP PLYWOOD OVER THE OLD TILE. YET, THEY HAD THE *** TO TELL ME I MISUNDERSTOOD. I HAVE IT ON GOOD AUTHORITY THAT THEY KNOW THEY ARE LYING BUT USE THIS AS A SELLING POINT, OPING PEOPLE DO NOT QUESTION IT.. I QUESTIONED IT. THESE PEOPLE TRY TO ACT LIKE NICE GUYS THAT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY WILL PUT ON AN ACT WORTHY OF AN ACADEMY AWARD. THE REAL TRUTH IS THAT THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN YOUR AVERAGE GRIFTER AND I WILL JUST SEE HOW LONG THIS SHOWER LASTS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR *** QUOTES OR THEIR LOWER PRICES. YOU WILL BE MISLED AND IT'S THE CUSTOMER WHO WILL ALWAYS SUFFER. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

We had EasyBath replace a basement bathroom shower for us. The presentation was nice, price fair. Plan was first day rip out old shower, day 2, install new shower. Probably not need a third day, but if so, just minimum finishing. Day one came and old shower removed and team gone in ~1.5 hrs. Day 2, crew showed up ~11:30, installer with car problems. Needed to move drain, completed some cutting, be back Saturday...next day. Saturday team arrived again ~10:30-11. Put in case and secured to walls. Gone by 2:30. To return Monday. Monday no team, receive a text from installer, he is hospitalized. Will let me know when he can complete job. Contacted owner to see if other employees coming to do job, stated that my previous team would be back out, was going to call employee now in hospital and see what was going on. No call back until late that evening. My installer was hospitalized for hypertension and medication regulation, but no other team available to finish his job. Wednesday call states installer discharged and be there Thursday. Thursday (now 8 days in), installer arrives and puts up 2 walls, makes error cutting 3rd wall and offers credit to leave mistake and just call around with patch. Declined that option. Would return when new product ordered in and available. New product arrived in about a week. We are now 15 days in, thank god we had another shower. New walls put up and need to return tomorrow to put up shower doors. Made a cut error again and patched at top of shower caddy...at this point I just said to finish. Returned the next day to put up new doors. 17days for this job, time that could have been more productive not used. To top it off, wall holding plumbing leaked. I shut off water, team came out to assess 3 days later, turned off water and no leak identified, so left and told to call back if it occurs, 3 days later, entire basement floor wet with standing water. This time I disassembled faucet and found leak. Shut off water and sent video to Mike. He did not call me, so I called him. Agreed he seen the leak and wanted to send someone out on the only day I could not take off. Upon attempting to recontact, no call back. I cut the wall open myself, I disassembled the leaking pipe connectors and replaced with copper. I drywall patched the hole. Really disappointed in this business, started good, but would not do business here again, and will discourage other.
