VERY BAD SERVICE
I ordered a wig it came then a week later the same wig came again and u did not order it. And i was charged for the second one. They told me to send it back I cut the card board around the wig so it would fit in package. They then said they would not except the wig or refund my money. And said I had to pay them to send it back... I have one and did not want another one. Called to get this straight lady yelled and was very rude as they all have been frm the time I called to try to figure out why they send me 2 wigs. They are nice as long as you are ordering let them make a mistake them not you all HELL will break out. Very good wigs but they do not put the customer first trust me let something go wrong... I'm done found a better site with kind operators who put the customer first. And they have all the same wigs and ponytails great quality also and cheaper. EBONYLINE CAN KICK ROCKS. I absolutely love ebonyline.com and as an avid lace front wig wearer, I must say that I am quite impressed with the quality wigs I have purchased from this website for fantastic prices. I have ordered some beautiful pieces from them, and to my amazement the prices I've paid are a lot less than on Amazon, where I first started purchasing wigs. The quality has been fantastic, prices even more amazing, and to top it all off, the customer service representatives are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever dealt with. Daejonna D. Along with a few other representatives have been extremely helpful to me, going out of their way to answer questions I've had about a particular piece, and they have been exceptional at making sure that I receive my wigs in a reasonable amount of time, actually most of the time they have made sure that I received the things that I have ordered well before the date I needed them, and for that I am grateful. Sadly, I read several reviews where customers are upset because they failed to receive email(s), concerning changes made to there orders... I too thought, after a few days, that i had not received a notification about my order, until Something told me to check my spam. From my experience, Ebonyline websit is clear about delays that can occur... my story: after checking my spam, ebonyline sent me an email, informing me that part of my order was backorderd so they gave a choice to change the color of my unit. I kindly asked them to just issue a refund for the unit and to please mail the other unit ASAP - for needed it in a few day. Ms. Desiree, from ebonyline, withing min sent me an email to inform me that my refund would be issued and that should would send my tracking number to the warehouse to mail other Unit. I checked my account and truly the issue was made within minutes and I received my tracking number. My unit was recieved in time before I travel... I have ordered from them 2 times now and and will continue to because of this one good apple, Ms. Desiree- who overall represents speaks well of the company she works for
Outstanding customer service, assistance above the call of duty
I was working with the young lady named Desiree who I had answered when I called ebonyline in regards to a standard order, which usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. The days had lapsed so I called customer service AGAIN, Desiree assisted me Again and indicated the product I was purchasing was not in stock I had a timeline, an engagement to participate in my daughters wedding. She (Desiree) heard me freaking out, time was not on my side. I had been searching for weeks for the perfect hair. She helped me to find something very close to what I was looking for which looked even better! :) we talked for 2 days and was able to fix my order and get it sent out in time for my daughters wedding! Desiree is not only personable but very professional she's the type of person that you want to be able to consult with when you're placing an order or have a conflict with an order she knows how to resolve issues when people are in a panic. Took a chance to order with this business twice during Nov 2022. The total of both orders amounted to about $265 or a little more. Pros include attractive item prices, free shipping for orders over $70, and an informative website. Items arrived boxed. The downside is the lengthy wait from receiving tracking information to actually getting the order. Moreover, the seller doesn't inspect every item shipped, leading to discrepancies. There was an item (wig) that was poorly crafted in one of the orders, and it seemed as though the packer, noting the number of items in the order, tried to include a defective one. The issue was brought to customer service shortly after receiving. The company authorized a return with the condition that the customer covers return shipping fees and accepts a 20% restocking fee. This seems opportunistic to me. A defective item or one not as described should be the seller's responsibility, including providing a return shipping label. The quality of the received item differs from the product listing photos and the video. Overall, the quality of the wigs received is good, but the customer service interaction and care result in a barely satisfactory rating of 3 from this experience. If you decide to order from this company, keep a detailed record of your order, don't expect your item to ship within 1-2 weeks, and if there's an issue, don't wait for the seller to resolve it—instead, contact your payment provider or bank. A representative for the business has been handling the two orders placed, and it appears this representative also needs to improve their customer care. Today is Christmas Day, and I'm still waiting for the refund through my payment method provider, while the company has had the returned item for a significant amount of time.

They are the worst! They will have your package sitting there for weeks. No customer service number to call. I shouldnt have to email them to figure out where my package is. 3 weeks after I order, the status still says processing absolutely ridiculous. I emailed them and they send out these generic response. No real live person behind it. I have disputed the charge with my bank and hope to get my money back.
Had some shady experiences... Last time I used this business they did not have my item. So they just never sent it. Then randomly they emailed saying I could cancel it within 3 days to get a refund I told the woman that I wanted a refund of my whole order because I only bought the other items to use the shipping code. They only refunded one item after she assured me it was going to be refunded. THEN, i wrote a letter again, these witches had the nerve to immediately send the other items. So they are greedy af. I followed up with Desiree for an update on the shipping status of my order and receive a “prompt reply” that the order had just shipped and she provided me with the tracking info. I received it within a couple of days. Was happy with the shopping experience and customer service, will surely use them again and would recommend them.

But the Customer Service Department contacted me to let me know this and did not charge me for this order. I will be placing another order with them today. I had been searching for a particular wig when I stumbled upon EbonyOnline's website. I had heard of them before and was intrigued by their prices, which I found to be reasonable and not too good to be true. However, during my first attempt to place an order, I ended up canceling due to being overcharged for shipping. I also encountered some issues when trying to modify my address, telephone number, or credit card information on the site. It seemed that the page would sometimes revert back to a setting for a higher shipping cost without my noticing it before clicking the confirm button. Additionally, the coupons listed on their site were not working.
Despite these hiccups, I decided to give EbonyOnline another chance and ordered three items for my second attempt. I was excited to receive them, but after six days, I received an email stating that one of the items was unavailable, even though it had been listed as in stock on the site. This was disappointing, but I decided to wait for my other items to arrive. However, after a day or so, I realized that I still hadn't received a tracking number. I reached out to customer service and was informed that they had not shipped anything because they were waiting on me. I was confused since the email had not included any instructions or requests from me. As I tried to communicate with the customer service representative via live chat, I found it frustrating to deal with someone who lacked basic communication and logic skills.

Mixed Experience with EbonyOnline Customer Service & Shipping Delays for Crochet Hair
I recently purchased 6 packs of Outre Bahamas curl 14" crochet braiding hair from EbonyOnline on June 23rd. There was a message on their website informing me that the company would experience delays in shipping due to the movement of stock. Being the understanding person that I am, I knew I might have to wait a little longer than anticipated for my purchase to arrive. However, it was quite a wait to get my hands on the desired package. I was told that my purchase would ship out on various days, but it took about 3 whole weeks to finally receive it. To make matters worse, July 4th was approaching, which meant the shipment date was further delayed.
Although I enjoy shopping online, I am someone who likes to stay informed about the purchases I make. So, it was quite disheartening to call the customer service line on July 10th only to find out that two different representatives had no idea how many packages of the hair were in stock. One told me that 9 packs were available, out of which 7 were already reserved. It made me wonder how hair could be reserved when I had already paid to order my desired packs. This was quite frustrating because I had waited for three long weeks for only two more packages of the hair to complete my order. I just did not understand how a company could be unaware that their stock was running low and not take any actions to inform customers of the potential backorders.
Despite the frustration, I finally got some good news from the company when I was informed that my 6 packs of hair would be shipped out on July 10th itself. As promised, I received it on July 13th within 2-3 days. While I am happy that I finally got the desired package, I don’t think I would want to purchase from this company again as I was not too happy with the customer service. The representatives had no idea whether or not my purchase was in stock even after weeks of placing the order. It’s quite unfortunate because EbonyOnline is the only website that has the lowest prices on the crochet hair I am interested in.
All in all, the customer service team that I spoke to was pleasant, but they were not very informative. This is my second time purchasing hair from EbonyOnline, and I have heard about the negative reviews regarding their customer service. The first time I had ordered, I did not have any issues with them. However, this time around, I had a hard time staying patient with them. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I have to say that it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

However, I never received any emails from them, and there was no mention on their website about larger orders requiring additional verification. Besides, they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused, even though I spent a considerable amount of money with them.
More recently, I had another shipping issue when I ordered a few wigs and paid extra for priority mail shipping. Three days passed, and there was no update or shipping information on my order, although I did receive an order confirmation. When I called customer service, they informed me that one of the wigs I had ordered had to be ordered from the manufacturer, which would cause a delay of seven business days. Unfortunately, they also told me that they do not ship partial orders, so I would have to wait for all the wigs to come in before they could ship my order. No one offered to refund the extra $13 that I paid for priority mail shipping due to their lack of communication and the delay.
When I searched for EbonyOnline reviews, I came across similar complaints from other customers about the company's poor customer service and communication regarding shipping delays. Unimpressed with Ebonyline/Shophairwigs- dishonest customer service, missing items, and poor communication. Don't waste your money
Ebonyline and Shophairwigs are the names of two different websites, but they are both run by the same company, and unfortunately, they both offer terrible customer service. I have had the displeasure of making numerous purchases from these sites, spending thousands of dollars over the course of about a year, and in that time, I have realized that the company is simply dishonest and incompetent when it comes to dealing with its customers.
For example, let's say you buy seven items from them. They calculate the shipping based on seven items, which can end up being a lot of money depending on where you are shipping to. However, when you receive your package, there are only six items in it. When you try to contact them to rectify the situation, they deny that there was ever a mistake, and even if they do agree to refund you for the missing item, they will not refund you for the shipping costs. This means that they end up cheating you out of $10 or more. And if you complain too much, they will simply ban you from their websites.
Unfortunately, missing items and errors were a common occurrence in the orders I received from Ebonyline/Shophairwigs. In fact, about 40% of the orders I received had some kind of mistake in them. And even when I tried to get a refund for a missing item, they often refused to comply. In the end, I had to resort to filing disputes with PayPal in order to get my money back. And of course, Ebonyline/Shophairwigs responded to this by banning me from their sites.
There were plenty of other issues I had with Ebonyline/Shophairwigs as well. I paid extra for priority shipping, but they sent my items via standard shipping instead and didn't refund me the difference. I tried to complain, but as usual, they simply banned me from their sites. They also advertised same-day shipping for a while, but when I ordered, it took them five days just to dispatch my items. And of course, when I tried to contact them about it, they just fobbed me off.
Overall, I found the communication from Ebonyline/Shophairwigs to be very poor. Even when I did manage to get in touch with them, they often didn't have the information I needed, or they simply tried to brush me off. And when they did respond to my complaints, they were never willing to admit that they had made a mistake or offer any kind of compensation.
In the end, I was banned from Ebonyline/Shophairwigs simply because I tried to get my money back for their mistakes. They didn't care that they had cheated me out of money or that they had failed to provide the service I paid for. They simply don't believe that their customers have the right to complain or demand their money back.
I would strongly advise against using Ebonyline/Shophairwigs for your hair product needs. While some YouTubers may recommend them, they are likely sponsored by the company and don't disclose this fact. There are many other websites that offer much better service and won't cheat you out of your hard-earned money.

Ebonyline is definitely not a company that I would recommend. Let me tell you about my terrible experience with this company. I was so excited when I first saw their website and decided to purchase a few wigs. But let me tell you, that excitement quickly turned into frustration and disappointment.
When I received my first order, I noticed right away that one of the wigs had mold in between the strands of the hairs. It was absolutely disgusting and the smell was unbearable. I immediately contacted their customer service and sent them pictures of the wig. But all they did was blame me for ruining it. They told me that they never sell wigs with mold and that it was my fault for not taking proper care of it.
I was shocked that they would say such a thing, especially after seeing the pictures I sent. But the worst part was the way they treated me. Their customer service was beyond unprofessional, rude, and nasty. They literally did not care about me as a paying customer. They only gave me a partial refund after weeks of emailing and calling them, and even then, they didn't keep their word about waiving the restocking fee.
I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a company before. It's clear that Ebonyline does not care about their customers or their satisfaction. They sell imitation wigs that are very cheaply made and claim that they are the real deal. But they're not. And when you confront them about it, they lie through their teeth.
I'll never forget how horrible my experience was with Ebonyline. It's truly the lowest of the low. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They don't honor their own refund policy, they have no moral integrity, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's really not worth the frustration and disappointment. Unprofessional and Disorganized: My Terrible Experience with EbonyOnline
EbonyOnline (ebonyline.com) is a company that I can't recommend to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered four packs of hair from them but they said that one of the packs was out of stock. I asked for a refund for the one item that was not in stock. They said that they would give me a refund but when I followed up with them, they didn't respond. I had to reach out to them multiple times just to get an update on my order. They didn't follow through with what they said they would do.
Their customer service is so bad that I had to email them to find out when my order would ship and when I would receive a refund. They answered but it didn't solve my problem. They are so disorganized and unprofessional. They didn't keep their word and didn't value my dollar at all. They told me that they didn't have the pack of hair that I wanted but it turned out that they did have it all along!
I ended up purchasing that pack of hair from another company. When I informed EbonyOnline of that, they emailed me back saying that they had all of the packs in stock and would be sending me all four packs. I said no, I no longer needed them to fulfil my order and requested a refund for the pack of hair that they previously said was out of stock. They sent a shipment order without my permission and lied about it. They did not create the shipment order until after I asked for a refund.
Their customer service is terrible, they don't follow through with what they say they will do, and they're not compassionate. The worst part is that they don't even have the skills to keep track of their inventory and they're not able to update their customers properly. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I am saddened as I like the website and have purchased a large quantity of goods from the store over the past few months. What should have been a simple correction turned out to be a no-go. Because of the error and the failure of Ebonyline to correct it and improve, I must file this complaint. I placed an order for 7 wigs on 12/25/2022 from the site. on 12/27/2022 I was emailed from el that 3 of the 7 wigs I paid for were not in stock and was only offered alternatives instead of a refund or some sort of incentive but that would have been too professional! Firstly, Ebonyline allowed me to make purchases of products falsely advertised on their website as being available that were indeed no longer available or in stock. My debit card was charged in the amount of $459.84 on March 13, 2021. I was contacted two days later and notified that those items were not available, although I was charged for them. I was given the option to choose two new products, since two of the three were not available at all. There were exchanges of eight e-mailed correspondences with an Ebonyline representative until I was able to choose 2 items that were actually available, even though the website falsely advertised all of the different selections as being available items. I thought I had finally found two items that were really in stock after the 8th correspondence. Nevertheless, one of the two items I selected was still not in stock and I had to wait until Ebonyline had restocked that particular item. In addition, I inquired if the in-stock items could be shipped to me immediately, while I patiently waited for the others. I received this message in response to my request, “We do not split shipments. Once the order is ready we ship all items together.” Sadly, the company states they represent, “building very reliable and satisfactory relationships with customers.” I was extremely disappointed by the service. Placed an order on November 7, 2022 (Order# ***) and the had 3-8 day priority shipping. However, it is now November 26, 2022 and there are 0 shipping updates on the order and I have no tracking info. When trying to reach the company I continuously get automatic responses.
Placed an order (order number omitted) on 11/29/22 for a total of $71.36. My order was shipped promptly via a courier service and marked as delivered on 12/2/22. I checked my apartment building and the attached delivery picture and found out the courier delivered to the incorrect address. I immediately contacted the courier service who told me they would initiate a tracing/investigation of my package once a missing package investigation was initiated by Ebonyline. The courier's customer service informed me that the courier would be the one to fully refund me if they were not able to recover my package, yet Ebonyline is completely unwilling to let them know that my package was misdelivered. Because of Ebonyline's unwillingness to initiate my package tracing, I am unable to receive my package OR get refunded by the courier service.
On 11/25/2022 I had ordered a wig from Ebonyline.com for $39.68. I just received the wig last week on Monday, 12/05/2022. I had put on for the 1st time ever yesterday on Monday, 12/12/2022. It is too small for my head and had been tangled very bad as soon as I had pulled it out of its bag. I had told Ebonyline.com that I want to send it back for a full refund of $39.68. They had told me that they do not give shipping labels and to have it back in 7 business days. They claim that it is in their policy. This company ain't no good, folks! Their service is a total rip off. So, I placed my order and waited a couple of days, but didn't receive any confirmation that it was processed. After emailing them a couple of times, I finally heard back from Sales, but they just told me that the order was already processed and ready to be shipped. I had to send multiple emails for confirmation on whether or not the new order was processed, but received no indication whatsoever. Eventually, I received an email from their processing department saying that the order was placed. You'd think this would be the end of it, right? Wrong!
I tried reaching out to get confirmation that my order was updated, but their representatives were no help at all. After an unnecessary long email exchange, their representative finally confirmed that the order was changed. I was excited to finally get my updated order, but you guessed it, folks - it was still wrong! I was so mad, I had to reach out to return the order. I paid $14.65 for the return, but they only refunded me a fraction of the amount I initially paid for the order. Can you believe that?
But wait, there's more! They charged me an additional $4.99 because I had to return the order, which was already shipped with a $4.99 fee.
