I recently sent two pair of men's dress shoes that had very little use to Ecco for warranty due to disintegration of the soles. I was advised that they were reimbursing customers that had this type of issue even if the shoes were purchased more that a year ago. They were returned today, 4/3/2025.
They were not covered under their one-year limited warranty! There was a form letter enclosed with nine reasons for not covering their product. So much for a company standing behind their product.
Claimed loss: Cost of two pairs of men's dress shoes.
Desired outcome: I would like shoes replaced or a refund.
