Read the bad but honestly I had a great experience worth writing on
I had read all the bad, the good and the mixed info on this company and ultimately decided to give them a go. Got an order confirmation instantly and plenty of other marketing emails that were informative on the company and promotions offered. An email or two too many possibly, but I like staying up to speed through the entire process. It did take 3days to get a tracking #, but my order arrived on the 4th day so I was very pleased. Now this is where the integrity comes into play and why Elite earned a long term customer. My package showed that it was delivered by fedex which I hate. Sadly it was not at my house and none of my neighbors had it either. After dealing with fedex for over an hr which was zero help I called Elite. I got AJ 2nd ring and between him and Jaisen I was able to get a new item shipped within 24hrs, and it was on my door step the next day. Fedex gets a ZERO and Elite and their amazing staff get a 5+ Star from me!
Ripped off anzo tail lights
I got the tail lights took pictures of the box and the taillights both damaged bad nothing holding the taillights in at all just loose in the box I returned them the day I got them in 2021 still no refund said I damaged them by putting them on the truck they never went on my truck at all even filed a complaint with bbb $267 they advertise veteran owned the ironic thing is I'm a disabled veteran still no money and not taillights

Being a veteran myself, I try to support vet owned companies but hard to support this company after this.
I place an order, it says free shipping, far exceeded their threshold for free shipping. Day later I get an invoice for almost 25% of the total order price just for shipping, this is absolutely ridiculous for shipping anything. I ask to cancel, they then say they will charge 10% of the order price if you proceed with cancellation. Either you need to ship the items for what you agreed to, FREE at time of order, or contact the customer and say "hey this is going to cost us more than we thought, what would you like to do?" Not come back later and try to charge them $175 for shipping AND if they don't want to proceed, well still charge you 10%. This is just scummy, especially when shipping to a Military address which they should know about being veteran owned.
Will be looking else where for my 260RS rebuild and will be telling others to avoid

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Five weeks after I placed an order and was notified that their inventory levels were wrong and they did not have the part, I have yet to receive a refund. Five requests for a refund. Fifteen phone calls. 15 voicemails. Only talked to an individual with very broken English twice. Veteran owned? More like scammer owned. If this is in fact owned by anyone with any level of integrity, they should immediately redevelop their business structure. Or close shop. Insane.

Poor Company to do business with i order a part and was told part was in stock, i did receive a confirmation about shipping label created and that's were the problem began, i never received the part, 15 emails to Elite Race fab yielded very little, AJ responded and said he was assign to the case, many phone calls into Elite Race with no return calls, emails went unresponded to for weeks at a time, I took out a loan with Affirm to purchased this part and after several months of calling and following up Affirm settled with the Mechant Elite Race Fab, i am still on the hook for a restocking fee that to me is completely wrong, how is it i get charge for a restocking fee when the merchant failed to ship the item and weeks gone by with no response from Elite Race Fab, They advertise Veteran Owned, well all the Veterans i know dont treat people like this. Stay Away from Elite Race Fab, they are Scam artist !

Stay away. They claimed they are Elite or Alpha but they are not. In fact, they are one of the worst businesses. They even said they are veteran business. Dont fall for their crabs. I wish I can give them 0 star. I received my cargo tray which was totally incompatible to my vehicle (Order#21514). According to your listing, the tray is for my car model which is a 2-row SUV. The listing picture also showed it was 2-row SUV tray. However, the one I received was much shorter and it was obviously for a 3-row SUV. The fault was either of Eliteracefab sent me a wrong item or your website was incorrect. I called the customer service many times to explain the problem of the order. They told me they would call back, but they never called. I even sent some pictures to the customer service to prove that it was incompatible. Interestingly, they told me to pay for the return label although they admitted it was their error. They even charged for restocking fee because of their fault.

On 11/29 I ordered 1 x Borla 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT 3.6L V6 AWD S-Type Dual Side Catback w/ Black Tips from elite race fab (order # ***). On December 10th I got an email that they shipped it two days ago. Everything arrived ok and everything installed and worked properly. After a couple weeks the exhaust tips started to chip off paint. It continues to get worse. In early January, I called their support line and spoke with Tristan who asked me to send a picture of the problem. I did this the same day and got an automated response that they were delayed a couple days in responding. So I waited patiently. A few weeks later I emailed them again. And have tried multiple times since with no response. I need help. Just want to get the problem resolved and not be ignored.

My mother ordered the wrong part from Elote Race fab as a Christmas gift for me and then sent it to me in Texas. I realized it was not the one I needed and reached out to the company via email on December 22nd, about a week or so after the purchase had been made. I also submitted a request for them ti contact me on their website multiple times, and never heard back until about February 25th or so. They have since then, been telling me that since my purchase is out of the 30 day window they Will not work with me for a refund or even an exchange. Not only has it been impossible to get in contact half the time but they also tell me they will call the next day or email the next day and then just leave me out to dry.

The website states shipping times are 3 to 7 business days, and we were fine with that. On March 14, I called the company. I spoke to someone who told me it was being shipped that day, and I should be getting an email with tracking information.
Fast forward to March 22. Still no tracking information, so I called again at 11:40 am and at 5:36 pm, at which time I left a detailed voicemail telling them to not ship my order. I wanted them to cancel it because we had waited for so long. On March 23, I sent them an email at 6:30 am again requesting cancellation of the order. That afternoon, I received a shipping notification email! Tracking showed it was shipped on the 22nd AFTER I called to cancel. I was livid.
On March 28, we received the exhaust. My husband opened the box and after checking, he said the item will not fit his car unless he purchases more parts and welds underneath. I immediately reached out to Elite to return the exhaust. I explained that it did not fit and asked for an RMA number and a prepaid label to send it back. I got a response from someone named AJ telling me I would have to pay a restocking fee, but he would get the request started for the RMA. I responded and explained that even though the part doesn't fit, I requested cancellation prior to the item shipping so we shouldn't have received it to begin with, and once again asked for a label to send it back. This went on for days, and all I got was excuses from this company, including from the supposed President JR W. They won't take responsibility for their mistake, never gave me an RMA or a label.
I opened a dispute with my bank and shipped it back yesterday via a courier service, at OUR cost of $100. I emailed them again and told them this, but have not had a reply from them since March 31. On Saturday, Jan 8, 2022 I ordered two CTEK MUS 4.3 Polar - 12V Battery Chargers from eliteracefab.com and they only shipped one. I contacted them by email to request information on when the second charger would ship and never received any reply other than their automated email response stating that they were busy but would be responding as soon as possible it has now been more than three months so I would like a refund for the charger that I did not receive.

I purchased an exhaust for my 2018 Infiniti Q50 on July 31st. First of all, the part did not fit. I got in touch with the company in order to return it, and they were not helpful with that. I ended up having to pay over $150 dollars to get it back to them. I emailed and called them multiple times afterwards, attempting to gain more information as where we were in the return process (if they received the part, when the money was being returned, etc.). They gave me the run around for months until they stopped replying to me. I have emailed them multiple times in the past two months with no response. The order number is 11667. The part was around $1200, on top of the shipping charges that I had to pay. All in all, this is the absolute worst transaction I have ever had. I want my money back and to never have to interact with this unprofessional company ever again.

I order a part from the website Upon check out the order summary showed a completely different part than what the checkout showed. I immediately emailed and expressed my concern about the issues and asked for confirmation that the correct part and been ordered. Three days later I received a response stating I had order the incorrect part. I asked for information on how to return the part and three weeks later have not received any rma number ect. I ordered Audi Q5 cargo mat from Elite Race Fab on Feb 06. The advertised item was described as made from rubber. Upon receiving an item I quickly realized it was not the case, as the cargo mat is made from synthetic composite. So naturally, I started looking into return option. Turns out Elite Race Fab wants you to email them, so I did on Feb 22. I got an autoreply that they are "super busy" and someone will get back to me in 4-6 hours. No response the next day and then the next after. I email them again, and get the same canned response. So I try calling, no one answers, call goes to voice mail. Nobody returns voice mail. I call again, cannot reach live person, call goes almost immediately to voice mail. It sounds like this company is a scam, without anyone doing customer service. I am looking for someone from Elite Race Fab to reply to me at *** or call me back at *** to start my refund.

I contacted eliteracefab.com that day via their website and via email. I also contacted them on Monday 1/17/2022 via phone (left a voice message due to no person answering). The only response I received back from them to date (1/30/2022) was via email on 1/17/2022 stating they basically are understaffed (see attachment), plus I did see their website displaying a banner referring to a weather related outage. After no further response or resolution, on 1/19/2022 I opened a dispute with my Credit Card company for 75% of the charge amount (due to only receiving 1 of 4 gallons, which is 25% of the order). I find it concerning that a company would make this type of mistake on an order and then not respond to the customer and/or resolve the issue within 0-48 hours of contact during a business week. I understand staffing shortages, weather conditions, emergencies, etc. can occur, but I still find the lack of response concerning when a customer pays for an item(s) they do not receive. I originally wanted the remaining 3 gallons of product shipped to me, but after this extended experience, I just want a refund for the 75% of the order I did not receive (I had to order the remaining product elsewere).

On April 5th i placed an order with Elite Race Fab. The product was suppose to be in stock. When they went to pull the cams to fill my order they realizedthey did not have any as the inventory list showed. They did an inventory check and realized that somehow a set of cams had been listed in inventory as what I wanted but was actually a different cam. They said they would contact Skunk2 to order cams I needed and told me they should receivethem on April 11th. I have not received any update or my product as of today. They did take my money out of my checking account to cover the cost of the cams. I have tried calling Elite Race Fab everyday since the 11th multiple times and sent messages and I can not get a response. I'm trying to contact them to have them cancel the order and refund my money. Their lack of following up with a customer knowing that this problem is a direct response to their problem with counting their inventory. I am very dissatisfied with every aspect of this transaction. This erroron their part needs to be corrected ASAP.

I have all screenshots and correspondence. Refused to cancel my order for days, charged me for a shipping method they did not provide, ignored my messages, and will not let me speak to a manager. Requested to have my order canceled after mistakenly ordering the wrong model number. Contacted ERF through 3 different mediums less than 1 hour after ordering and was ignored and left on read through the messenger. I can only imagine the emails received the same fate. I was eventually (a day or two later) told the item was out of stock and asked again if I wanted to cancel. I said yes, and was told it would be canceled. The item was not canceled and I was again asked if I wanted to cancel, I repeated that I did. I was asked a third time if I was sure I wanted to cancel but by this time the item had shipped. I payed extra for UPS ground but did not receive it. Now in order to return it after all this I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee on a 30$ part. No thanks, this company has an F with the Complaintsboard.com, pretty easy to see why. I'm not finished with this situation.

Elite race fab, has your logo on thier website and claims to be Complaintsboard.com accredited seller. They are NOT. I purchased a Cold air intake for my 2010 Dodge Challenger through thier website. They claim to have a 90 day return policy. The CAI was shipped quickly as it came in the original manufacturer box, Injen. However, it was not the product that I had expected to purchase. The pictures were misrepresented on thier website. I have attempted to contact them now for over 5 weeks to return. There has been multiple emails through thier website, and multiple conversation inquiries through facebook messenger (thier preferred method) I also have talked to them on the phone. With NO RESOLUTION. I would like to return, as it was a product that was misrepresented in the photos. The original claim was said for me to pay shipping to return and I could possibly incur a 25% restocking fee! I felt that I should not be responsible for that fee, or the shipping as it was a representation mistake. And not because I didn't like the product, or bought the wrong one. There has been nothing but excuses and now silence when I try to contact them. They claim to be a small Veteran owned company, and thier interactions have been less then honorable in my opinion. They should NOT BE IN BUSINESS. they can't handle thier customer base.

After installing them the right turn signal started to hyperflash, this caused a code in my BCM. After purchasing a code reader it said bad ground right headlight, when I reinstalled my factory light problem would go away. Elite race fab put me in touch with *** who gave me instructions including using dielectric grease. After several tries *** offered to send me a new harness witch never came.This took a lot of time because neither company was overly responsive. After all of this, and several months, elite race fab sent me a shipping label to return them to the manufacturer. I put the lights in the original packaging, and promptly took them to fedex. They were sent on 7/14 Fedex tracking #***. After several weeks of not getting answers, elite race started blaming ***, the manufacture. They used excuses that the lights worked when hooked to power, but not run through the trucks computer, where I had the issues. To damaged in shipping, I brought up that I used the original package and they supplied the shipping label which should be insured. They also brought up the problem could be the grease that they told me to use. Finally Alpa told me that they settled with the distributor, team14 so they are done with this. Team 14 told me that they settled with *** and elite race. So at this point elite had been reimbursed for the lights and *** has the defective lights. Elite racefab.com shows they have a 90 day no question return policy. This easily started in that time frame. They have never offered any settlement except to pass blame. Elite race has my money, my lights are at ***, but they say elite was reimbursed for them, so they have been paid twice and I have nothing.

So I figured might as well order them they have some decent reviews but not very many reviews. so I ordered them just to be told the next day that their inventory was off which is no big deal ( just refund my money or honor the price when they were back in stock would be the appropriate answer). So what they did they emailed me and called me and told me that they would honor the price and that they will be back in stock in early December well I gave it to the end of December and still haven't heard anything so I gave them a call and they said they would be back in stock and shipping for the honored price in a week. So I gave it another week didn't hear anything and I talked to AJ every time AJ then told me when I called for the third time that they could no longer honor that price and that he would call me back after talking to the shipping Department to see if they could honor that price. I never received a refund or call after a week so I called again this time AJ (who is not good with dealing with customers, seems like an India call center employee) told me they CANT honor the price still and that they needed $80 more to ship them. Once he realized I wasn't going to pay that $80 he then told me I could talk to the owner Chris. So I waited on hold for 10 minutes just to be told that Chris was busy and that I WOULD get a call back( just like the last two times they were never going to call back) so I told him I'd prefer to wait on hold if that was possible so he put me on hold I waited 40 minutes just for somebody to pick the phone up and put it right back down and hang up on me. So finally after five phone calls and three emails AND 2 Facebook messages they are finally supposed to be refunding my money they will be reported to the Complaintsboard.com they are complete and total

I spent a few days reading reveiws about elite and I wasn’t sure what to do. I am glad I gave them 24hrs as they fixed my issue, got my parts to my shop and I am as good as new. When I need some redline in the future I will put them at the top of my list to purchase from!
Met at hyperfest race event. Needed to get some help on an engine failure. John and JR came over and helped me at the track and didn’t charge me a dime. I have bought several times since and figured I should stand on the top of the mtn and scream their name as they helped me finish my race weekend.
