I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I have received from your driving institute regarding my driving classes. I enrolled in your institute with the expectation of receiving quality instruction and a smooth learning experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Here are the key issues I have encountered:

*Irregular Scheduling: The scheduling of my driving lessons has been highly irregular. There have been multiple instances where my scheduled lessons were rescheduled at the last minute, causing inconvenience and disruption to my plans. And its take almost one month to get my classes from booking.

* And i didn't get an extra class if i am ready to pay the extra fees.

* Its almost 2 years i joined for the driving classes, i didn't even get a proper instructor. Every time they will change my instructor.

I have invested time and money in this endeavor with the expectation of becoming a safe and competent driver. However, my experience with your institute has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of your services. I believe that it is essential for your institute to maintain high standards of professionalism and provide a conducive learning environment for your students.

If these issues are not resolved promptly, I may have no choice but to seek a refund of the fees I have paid and consider other alternatives for my driving education.

I hope to see a positive change in the way your institute operates and treats its students. I look forward to a swift resolution to these problems.
