My child went for his third driving test today and failed based on mistakes he knew he didn't make, for example being told that he parked outside the lines, but the instructor agreeing that he was in fact in the lines when my son pointed it out. These kinds of mistakes by instructors make me doubt every fault they find, and the legitimacy of failing him.
When my son tried to speak to the RTA Supervisor at EDI, he was treated with a rude, dismissive attitude, and completely disrespected.
The racial bias is also very evident in the operations of EDI with Philippino customers being treated like lesser citizens and failed for no reason.
If it was a free service, do what you want, but customers pay a lot to get their license at EDI. I'm a paying customer, not an animal.
I would not recommend EDI to anyone unless you are OK with you, or your family members being treated like worthless rags.
If the staff are not happy working there, don't take it out on your customers who are just trying their best.
Claimed loss: None
