I failed my initial driving assessment twice for now for a ridiculous reasons. On my first try, the instructor asked me to change lane and I did it by following the speed limit, but in the lane I was changing to was a car which was going way faster than it was allowed and he pressed the brake very late, almost creating a collision. The instructor told me that I failed by not moving fast enough to prevent such a situation. But if I did it, I was exceeding a speed limit which is not allowed. So he failed me because of that which is ridiculous the way it is. The second time even more weird situation accrued. The new instructor failed me for 2 reasons. First one was that I didn’t give way to a bus. However it wasn’t moving because of traffic in front of it and was 30 meters away from me. The instructor described it as “Jumping into the road”. Anyone can prove I was right if they watch the recording of my exam. The second failure was that I used the lane that “students are not allowed to use”. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. During all my training and lectures no one ever told me that there is such a thing. The instructor told me to turn left on the traffic light, there were 3 lanes in total, the most left one as we know is for Uturn only, middle and right one was for left turn according to road markings, so I used the middle one. It turned out that students are allowed to use only right and left lane in that case. I’ll repeat: this rule wasn’t showed anywhere, in the lectures there’s no information about it, as well as during training other instructors allowed me to use it, exactly on that spot. I very disappointed that instructors provide wrong information during the trainings and such important things are not covered anywhere. I disagree with my results
Desired outcome: I’d like school to reconsider their decision about my failures and make me pass the initial driving assessment
