I am really sorry to say but EDI is a company which tries to take as much money as possible from their students.. its really sad to say that I called the call centre and asked for a specific teacher for my training after I failed my initial assessment test. And I received a call from my course co-ordinator Miss Mariyam who said the mentioned instructor is available at 12 :00 for which I refused to that and mentioned to change the time to 3 30 as I am a working woman and its not possible to come at 12.. she agreed to change the time with any of the available instructors… but unfortunately that lady didnt do her job well and the class was booked at 12 for other instructor.. as I didnt show up at 12, they marked me absent and now they are asking me to pay the amount of 260.
I raised this complain to the Supervisors Mr. Ansari and Mr. Walter, who were not ready to accept that their staff did anything wrong and he was constantly saying no mistake from our side as system shows everything is correct., Ms Mariyam was standing there without even saying anything in her favor as she knew that these ppl will never question her for this…
The very horrible thing which I found out that day is that EDI doesnt have any recording of their calls so they will defend their staff and they will end up calling you a liar and will steal money from you..
