Emirates Driving Institute [EDI] review: My bus rides to pick me up from my preferred location

Dear [EDI],

I trust this letter finds you well. My name is [Your Name], and I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the bus rides provided as part of the driving instruction services.

I am currently enrolled as a student at your driving institute under [Mobile Number :- [protected] , Name :- Abbas Un Nabi ]. I appreciate the comprehensive program you offer, including the transportation services to and from the training sessions. However, I have encountered some issues with the bus rides that I believe require your attention.

When i was doing a registration at your International city Branch , the guy had told me that my location has bus services , and there will be no issue in pick and drop so i pay all the fee and create a file there , i even showed him my house on live maps location and he confirms my location has bus routes

But When i was having a first test of eye in Al quasis branch , they told me you should go by your self and i went , then when it was my first theory test i went there by taxi and pay my own bills , Now i am during a training sessions from 4 classes and i am paying everything by my self . i am also doing job and my daily earnings are 100 AED daily and i am living in Wadi Al amardi , Infront of Dubai safari park , D-54 highway . during all these classes it takes me 50 AED to go to the institute and then at the time of return it takes around 65 AED to reach my destination by careem , so i am even loosing amount which is extra , Then i have checked your bus routes , it has been clearly written that Wadi Al amardi , And Al amardi road has routes with Bus no.5 , Then i call that bus driver his number [protected] ) . He talked very rudely to me and said i don't know your location please don't call here again ask someone else and when i m talking to my agent he is also not replying and nor picking my calls , i mdoing a 12 hour shift daily with no holidays so i cannot go to his office , i have lost around 400 + AED by giving taxi fares and i think i will loose more amount of money if you didn't help me . Then 2 days earlier i was having a class there and i went to the Bus drivers supervisor , he talked very rudely to me and tell me there is no one to listen your complains , so it's better you came by taxi or go with the buses and then pay a little amount of taxi fare . i was very disapointed at that time that there is no one to help me . My final words are please enlighten this issue and please try toresolve my issue ASAP , I am also not that rich and i am here to supoprt my family i am from pakistan and my age is 24 , i leave my country at early age just to earn some extra money for me to support my parents there . SO if it's keep on going like this i think i will loose more than 1500 AED in less than 2 months . Please it's an humble request to solve my issue and proivde me a buss route which i deserve . i will share the bus route screenshot here to confirm that my location is under BUS number 5
