Emirates Driving Institute [EDI] review: Scam by driving school

I'm deeply unsatisfied with Emirates driving school! Too much mental torcher for me! I keep on begging them just for 1 class or 1 test booked! They keep me waiting for months and weeks everytime and then I have to review my learning permit every 3 months which passes in this waiting period only even though I enrolled for unlimited package! On 27 Aug I give request for RTA parking test, I was told that if there is any slots available you will get a msg from RTA, weeks passed I didnt get any msg, I called many times in between and I was told rudely that there are no slots available and I have to keep on waiting, then after 10 days I just got a msg that my learning permit is expiring on 14th September, as im a student it's not easy for me to pay same day, so I called on 18 Sep, after 4 days only and I was told that your file is cancelled and you have to pay 460 because it's been more than 6 months since u give RTA theory test, but they were the only one who were delaying my classes that's why it's been more than 6 months and I wasn't even informed anything by RTA or the school that I have to pay same day otherwise my file would be expired! I'm extremely shocked by this behaviour
