Had a lifter problem on my 2018 Tahoe, had it towed to the dealer and was told an inspector had to look at it. He agreed it needed the repair but Endurance needed the last 3 oil changes. We submitted them and from Walmart and after getting them we were told they wanted more proof of changes, we sent in more plus receipts of oil and filters I bought to do my own changes. Had to wait again for weeks on a decision only to be told it as denied because we didn't have EVERY receipt of scheduled changes. It went back and forth with the senior supervisor and still told they would not pay the $4,700 repair but out of the "kindness" of customer relations they offered us $100 and I said NO THANKS, a couple of days later (by now we are in January of 2025) they offered $250 but I had to sign a release of fault or claims and I was forced to not say anything bad about them on any forum or website. I WILL NOT ACCEPT A GAG ORDER AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ON EVERY WEBSITE HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER.
