Endurance Warranty Services Wants to waste your time mumbling on how great they are.

I'm sure most people are happy to get an intelligent person to give you quotes for car warranty/it's not that hard.
Do not waste your time with this place hate to have a claim!
I got 5 insurance car warranties info for my new car in 30 minutes.

This [censored] had no idea about cars even after he had the vin number. I have a brand new car under full warranty and he wants to know if any thing is wrong with the car or why i'm looking for extended warranty! He is not a salesman or comedian. Just ask common sense questions and give the customer what they ask for like premium package for 6 yrs — total windbag-waste of time - I cannot believe they hire a beligert idiot-

Endurance Warranty Services Lies.....

In Nov 2023 I took out a policy on my Ram 1500. I called in and cancelled it 6/2024 and they said no problem. 3/2025 I see I am still being charged monthly. Called in and they told me I never sent a cancellation letter. Now they want me to get a certified letter with mileage to cancel a policy I have never made a claim on? Lied when they sold it to me. Lied when I asked to cancel.

Recommendation: DO NOT BUY!

Endurance Warranty Services Lose one oil change receipt and they deny the claim

Had a lifter problem on my 2018 Tahoe, had it towed to the dealer and was told an inspector had to look at it. He agreed it needed the repair but Endurance needed the last 3 oil changes. We submitted them and from Walmart and after getting them we were told they wanted more proof of changes, we sent in more plus receipts of oil and filters I bought to do my own changes. Had to wait again for weeks on a decision only to be told it as denied because we didn't have EVERY receipt of scheduled changes. It went back and forth with the senior supervisor and still told they would not pay the $4,700 repair but out of the "kindness" of customer relations they offered us $100 and I said NO THANKS, a couple of days later (by now we are in January of 2025) they offered $250 but I had to sign a release of fault or claims and I was forced to not say anything bad about them on any forum or website. I WILL NOT ACCEPT A GAG ORDER AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ON EVERY WEBSITE HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER.

Endurance Warranty Services They are billing me I don’t even have a policy!

I have no idea how they got my account number! To me to is fraud! My partner had endurance and my car was added to his account. We cancelled the policy two months ago when they refused to pay for any of the repairs. They put the shop through hell, us through hell! Then I noticed a charge coming out of my account! The policy had been canceled! I called Mepco, they said call Empire. They said I didn’t cancel when I did. The 1st guy hung up on me, the 2nd guy just kept telling me I had a policy. I told both Mepco and Endurance they have no authorization to take any money out of my bank account. And whatever you say I have is canceled! To whoever is reading this.. If you want to throw away your money and get ripped off sign up for Endurance Auto Warranty!

Endurance Warranty Services If you have the opportunity to sign up for endurance warranty coverage, pass it up!!

Endurance appears to be a SCAM. They take your money without full-disclosure at time of sale, then deny any claim when the client "violates" some hidden and undisclosed rule that should have been made known at time of sale.

I drive Rideshare and was not informed that there was an "UPCHARGE" as driving Rideshare constitutes "Commercial" Coverage. I made it known to the Sales Rep Joshua Norwood how I use my car. He accepted my downpayment, and the Company accepted additional payments for an additional two months, taking my total expense to three months.

In that three month period, I drove more than the 1,000 miles required (10,000 miles actually!), so on Monday, when I submitted a claim for transmission repair/replacement (my car had 168, 677 miles approximately at time of sale), the adjuster wasted three days (Thursday) before looking at my car, then after clearing up any mileage questions had, he submitted my claim. Friday afternoon, he said my claim was submitted to a higher executive level for review.

Exactly one week from the date the claim was submitted (Monday), I received notification that the claim was denied because I didn't pay for or check Commercial use on the Contract - a job that was the Sales Reps to do.

After nearly 30 minutes on the phone (and multiple phone calls to get to her!), Roxanne, the Account Manager informed me that even if Endurance was in the wrong due to the fault of Mr. Norwood (or Company Sales policy...), I would be required to either ask for a refund, or rewrite the contract as a Commercial Contract, pay the fee and move on from there; and that my current claim would not be covered as it would then be denied as a "preexisting condition." either way, I lose - Endurance wins!

When she insisted that it was my word against theirI reminded her that there is likely to be a recording of the sales discussion between Mr. Norwood and me. She finally offered to "find" and review the recording if she can find it, as it's more than three months old. That was four days ago.

I bought from Endurance because they were recommended by the dealership that handles my vehicle maintenance and repair. Being a person with physical disabilities, I rely on them to keep my car maintained & serviced regularly and they have made my safety their priority. That is why, having worked with Endurance they were certain I and my car would be well cared for. We are all disappointed.

In Short:

1.) They sold me a Policy without full disclosure; Sales was informed that I drove Rideshare. I was told that Sales (or the Adjuster) may not know all the rules as well as the Account Manager;

2.) They continued to accept payments;

3.) The Adjuster (who claimed he was overwhelmed with work) was concerned about the amount of miles driven in three months, and when the question was cleared up (he was informed by the dealership - he never spoke to me directly!), he never mention any Commercial limitations or restriction, but submitted the claim. After five days, it was pushed to a higher lever for review, then denied On Monday seven days following the original submission date.

I don't expect Endurance to do the right thing, as Customer safety and care is not so much a priority as is profit. As to legal action, I'm informed that any appeal would be limited to binding arbitration in IL, not in the state where I (the claimant) live; leading me to wonder about any possibility of an objective decision, also making me wonder whether binding arbitration in IL was to (hopefully) insure that the expense would discourage me (the claimant) from pursuing action. Perhaps they're hoping I would not think it was worth pushing... And I have not made a final decision about that. I am seeking wise counsel as to the next steps.

Recommendation: Going forward I recommend doing further research and carefully scrutinizing any Warranty Company you may be considering...I know I will be.

Endurance Warranty Services Ethics

The hammer called me and offered a 30 day trial; before the period was up, I called to cancel and they said we’ll extend it, I confirmed that I could cancel it within 30 days and get all my money back. After a couple months, I realize this was going to repeat itself, so I canceled it for one car. Do I keep it for the other because it is fantastic even better than the other car. They said they refunded my money, but I confirmed with my credit card multiple times that they never refunded the money. Later when I called to cancel it for the last car, they tried to charge me money because I missed a 30 day period. Even though it was supposed to be prorated and they said there’s nothing I could do and they said they don’t have a trial. Period when I said listen to your recordings, they said it’s for their own quality improvement purposes they would not let me listen to them. They said there was nothing I could do. When I filed a complaint with the agency, they called me to offer a refund for every penny I had paid including the amount. They said they had refunded only if I signed an NDA.

Endurance Warranty Services Transmission failure

So back in January 2024 I decided to buy this Endurance extended warranty because my 2016 Silverado had 80,000 miles on it and its not paid for yet. Set it all up over the phone, vin # and description. Its a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado K2. Yes a K2, look it up. Factory 6 inch lift Factory 20 inch tires. All factory and done right. All you Chevy fanatics reading this know the 2014-19 Silverado transmissions are junk and notorious for going out. Lift kit or not. Original size tires or not. They are junk. Anyways, been paying Endurance $127 a month for the past 7 months. Transmission was acting up so I took it in for a new transmission. Waited and waited. Called the shop once a week for 3 weeks. Finally I just drove to the shop an hour away and they said the "inspector" came yesterday and they were waiting to hear back from them. I was excited. Couple days later I got a called and said my claim was denied from the lift kit. I bought the "wrong" coverage plan. Ugh no, maybe they sold me the wrong plan, or maybe who sold it doesnt know squat about vehicles. Anyone can type K2 after Silverado and see what it consists of. The vin should of told them that! So 7 months of my money for nothing covered and they knew it! Maybe their "inspector" should come out and inspect before the sale you bs coverage! Luckily I have friends in low places because I didnt have $4,300 for a transmission. Anyone that buys Endurance warranty, Good luck to you! They are scammers and what's worse is they know it! If I had money, I'd own them because I'd file a lawsuit. Do not buy from them.

Endurance Warranty Services Endurance

These people are frauds and scammers, and that is putting it politely. Last July, my wife and I bought a new car with an extended warranty, paid in full, through the dealership. In November we received a letter from Endurance stating that they could not hold to the original cost and that there had been an increase of over $100. They gave a date specific window in which to contact them. or our coverage would np longer be in force. When I called, I was skeptical, but as I later discovered, they talk better than you listen. The woman told me that the increase was a one time only payment. I was skeptical but gave her my c/c number, because I had called her and it wasn't a cold call. I also repeated several times that I was confused because the auto dealer didn't mention anything about future payments. I specifically stated to her that I knew the conversation was being recorded, I repeated that at least 3 times, and got her to acknowledge that she knew I was aware it was being recorded. Thinking that was the end, my next c/c statement had another charge for $139.00. I tried calling them but no one would address the issue, so I called our c/c company and disputed the charges and blocked all future charges. When I finally managed to contact someone at Endurance/Mepco, I explained to him what had transpired and that I wanted to cancel the policy. He was speechless when I told him I had already purchased one through the dealer and got him to admit that I didn't need two extended warranty policies. He reluctantly sent an email with a cancellation form, which according to instructions, was notarized and then returned per the email address stated on the cancellation form. Since the first of the year, although no money has been charged against our c/c, every two weeks, we get a letter form the "Office of Existing Policy Management," stating that this letter was "OFFICIAL NOTICE OUT OF COVERAGE," and in a threatening tone, said we would be responsible for all repairs on our vehicle if we did not contact them. What a Joke. The car isn't even into completing it first year of basic car warranty, never mind, the extended one. These people are scammers. Just read all the other reviews.!

Endurance Warranty Services Tow services and repair payment

On March 4th my truck cut off in the middle lane of a five-lane road. I called the number in the app for a tow truck. After giving the rep all relevant information, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes during rush hour. The rep then proceeded to tell me "I could not pull up your account so I cannot help you.

A police office parked behind me to assist by calling a tow truck. I paid the tow driver $185.00 and submitted the receipt to Endurance for reimbursement. I have not been reimbursed to date.

The issue with the vehicle is the fuel system which has multiple parts responsible for getting fuel to the engine. The shop technician completed a diagnostic which indicated the high-pressure fuel pump was bad. It was replaced and the vehicle ran for 30 minutes before shutting off again. He contacted Endurance after performing another diagnostic which showed another component of the fuel system failed also.

The adjuster was very rude and refused to pay for anything because according to him the vehicles issue was misdiagnosed. I contacted the vehicles manufacturer and was told it is possible to have more a single failure when you have a high-pressure pump, low pressure pump and a fuel module. His reply to the repair shop manager was "I ran a shop for years and I know what I am talking about.

I am a business owner, I could not and would not use this business model on client who entrusted me with their funds and safety.

I am still without my vehicle and paying for rental.

Endurance Warranty Services Return of money after service

I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they “Didn’t get them email” but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check. Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told they check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did “Not Make the Batch” to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it “didnt make the batch”. She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest.

Endurance Warranty Services Endurance / auto assure extended vehicle service plans claim # cl11338728

Greetings to you.

My name is Ray Claybrooks Sr.

I have been a customer of Endurance since 5/12/21.

I recently had to use my warranty with Endurance Auto Assure on February 7th and felt confident that it would cover my first and only claim submitted, as I take meticulous care of my vehicle and have had all regularly scheduled maintenance services completed, all recommended services completed, including scheduled oil changes, coolant flushes, engine life extending additives added as well... so needless to say I was shocked when told that a recent water pump failure led to the necessity of a new engine replacement. To add insult to injury... I was then told that the extended warranty co., that I selected and trusted, would not authorize the replacement due to an Exclusion "E" for contaminated or mixed fluids found. So, I'm left with a failed vehicle, out of $4,500 the cost on my warranty package and the loss of use on my vehicle?

As a trusted customer, I am Appealing your decision to not cover my vehicle repair. It seems almost textbook that my water pump failed on 2/5/24. It was parked immediately, not driven again until the Dealer (Suntrup Ford in Westport) received it on 2/7/24 (as soon as I could get an appointment for svc.) My vehicle was never driven Hot, based on no indications of such from the Lights and gages and that after dealer diagnostic, no over-heating codes were found also. How were the fluids mixed and contaminated? I don't know nor can anyone prove that it was driven hot w/out an engine tear-down.

Please take into consideration the consistent preventive maintenance records, how well the vehicle was maintained for a 2013 Explorer and reverse the decision to not replace the engine.

As an Endurance customer, there was nothing else I could have done to prevent or minimize this failure. It was a part failure (water pump) that led to or caused the engine failure. This is / was my main source of transportation, which now puts a strain on my mobility (not to mention that coverage allowance for a rental was denied also)

As a loyal and trusting customer of Endurance I had confidence that this would be covered. Word of mouth and the social media go a long way in business referrals and recommendations, and I would love to promote how well Endurance stands behind its customers in a time of need.

I simply ask that you cover the cost involved in making this right!

Endurance Warranty Services Denied claim

I took my cat in for repairs. 1st Endurance ask for invoice for shop I had unrelated work done too. I got that invoice they reviewed it and said everything was good. 2nd two days later Endurance asked for another invoice. Got that one and was again told everything was good. 3rd I called endurance 3 days later for up date and was told an auditor was going to repair shop that see what was needed and to get oil sample. At this point even the repair shop owner said they are trying everything they can do not to pay. Day after auditor visited the repair shop I called Endurance and was told everything was good and to have repair shop call endurance so the could get a plan together. 5 hours later the repair shop calls and said they denied your claim. I called endurance and was told claim was denied because my tires are to big. They are .7 of an inch bigger. And it was engine work need that had zero to do with tires. I told the rep I did everything asked of me. The guy that qualified me when I signed up asked a series of questions to get me qualified for Endurance service but he didn’t say a thing about tires. She said he should have asked but it didn’t matter. I told them when I signed up that I bought the car used tires were on there they are dodge factory wheels. I ask could I speak to someone about an appeal and was told no. I asked for a copied of auditors report that states why my claim was denied and was told no. They took my money every month. When according to them I never qualified to there services in first place. Now I have a car at a shop I can afford to fix or even pay to go get because charges to diagnose I can pay for. ENDURANCE WARRANTY IS A SCAM!

Desired outcome: I would like them to do the rt thing and pay for repairs. I did everything I was ask to do.

Endurance Warranty Services Warranty coverage

bought the warranty on my 164k milage suv when selling me the policy the agent said since it has over 164k my car will be needing repairs and it is good idea to buy warranty, and convinced me to buy their warranty, I bought almost $8k warranty. needed a repair after almost 2000 miles . endurance said there was a milage discrepancy. Come to find out there was an error in the milage reported by a shop during intake by their receptionist . over 10 hrs and over 7 days endurance had me get documents and service records from my dealership and another mechanic shop that showed the mistake, they also told me to get documentation from the shop that made the milage mistake showing that they there was no work done and did not charge for service, i did that, they told me that the milage discrepancy has been resolved cos i provided documents so it was resolved now but that they would not cover repair. Seems like they wanted an excuse not to cover the repair of my covered car , will not use them again. They need to pay for the repair that is correctly covered . I have recorded conversations with endurance and it’s agents , that shows clearly that endurance does not want to pay for a covered service with the excuse that there was a mile discrepancy which is baloney cos all the agents and the facts show there was no discrepancy. then i asked for my full refund since they would not honor the coverage i bought . the agen Aleem said i would get it and he would escalate the refund . more than a week later no refund and no coverage . i filed a bbb complaint and an agent called me to basically tell me that i will only get the full refund Akeem

had promised me only if i sign a release . I said i want my full redund that Akeem had promised me and i should not be extorted into signing a release to get my full refund that was already promised me. This company has very very shady practices , they seem happy to take my money but are reluctant to provide services still waiting on my full refund for my purchase of warranty that was not covered when i needed it

Desired outcome: full refund of my payment for warranty that was not honored and help in covering the repair they denied . I have recordings of my conversations with endurance agents

Endurance Warranty Services scam letters that I continue to get even though I have not done business with this company

In the past year, I have received three scam letters from Rebecca Patterson from Endurance regarding a "Price increase to their extended vehicle services plans. Then, they go on that they will not be able to honor the service contract...I have absolutely no clue who this business is. I have NEVER done business with them, yet I keep receiving extremely annoying letters from them. I would like to file a police report on this scam but I know the police have better things to do. I would very much like to get this scammer arrested though. The customer code on the first letter is E2285747848, and the contact # is [protected]. The customer code on the second letter is E2378777774, and the contact # is [protected]. The customer code on the third letter is E2425127233, and the contact number is [protected]. I have attached copies of these scam letters. Is there anything else I can do to end this scammers game?

Endurance Warranty Services Supreme coverage (was lied to about what was covered)

Reasons for the complaint:

1. A claim not being covered.

2. An employee who sold me the contract whom falsely claimed that getting the Supreme coverage would cover any and all seals and gaskets.

3. Repeatedly being told “well the person above me is going to say the same thing” when I asked to talk to their supervisor. (Very irritating to hear. )

4. Being told that we won’t cover your claim but we can finance it for you. A little presumptuous to say that I’ll need financing and that if I did I would finance through Endurance who won’t cover my claim when I feel it should 100% be covered.

6. In addition I asked for them to screen the phone conversation I had with the salesman prior to purchase to confirm that I was told “all seals and gaskets would be covered”. That idea wasn’t even entertained.

My Audi Dealership found the leak from my transmission when tracing down a small coolant leak. They said they needed to remove the transmission to find out where the leak was coming from. Once they did they found out that transmission fluid was leaking from the seal for the clutch cover that goes into the bell housing.(this car has an automatic transmission with dual clutches).

Now I knew from the start of my policy that dual clutches weren’t covered. But I was left assured by the salesman that although the clutches aren’t covered the seals on everything would be covered which made me feel good about purchasing the policy for $4,600.

To summarize:

I felt like I did my due diligence to make sure that I bought a well known and reputable warranty that would cover my needs. To reiterate the salesman that sold me the policy made me feel assured that this was a really good warranty that would cover everything down to the seals and gaskets which most companies don’t cover.

They lied to me and hoped I would never have a problem with the car to find out.

Desired outcome: Listen to the phone call with the salesman and hear that he told me it was covered, honor what he told me, and cover the claim.

Endurance Warranty Services Endurance extended coverage program

This company is a scam.

I bought an extended warranty policy on 9/19/23, since I recently paid for my suspension and brakes fixed in the same month my broker friend was surprised and due to the age of my 2015 BMW x5 and these recent fixes she recommended that I purchase an extended warranty plan since she had one herself for her BMW. I chose the superior plan since comparing all of the 4 plans it offered the most options, and I also checked with BMW to confirm that they accepted this plan. I started my plan and began to make payments, in the interim I bought brand new tires. As November approached, I began to have loss of power in my truck and shaking when I drove between 40/60mpg, also noticed that my rear window wiper was not working properly. I made an appointment with my local BMW service mechanic, who checked over my vehicle. The cost came to $11000; I informed them of the Endurance plan and when they reached out to them the claim was denied. I immediately called Endurance back and they stated it was not possible for this damage to occur within this timeline. I explained that I had other services done and none of the listed issues were not mentioned by the other mechanics, supporting the issues had recently occurred. 1) it wasn't covered in the plan due to some very precarious wording so that they can easily dispute the issue. 2) after going over the contract and showing that some items should be covered under the plan 3) they implied BMW must have done something to show all these leakages and breaks if it wasn't noticed by another mechanic After may calls, I see that this business is a scam that wants your money and will not pay off any claims. Going forward your agency should have a preinspection prior to policy commencement. But why should they since denial of your claims is more cost effective, and then give you a month free for your discontent.

Desired outcome: Pay the claim or a full refund, apologies to myself and BMW since I informed them of your harsh words against your company

Endurance Warranty Services Warranty coverage

Similar to the other stories I have read on this site, I also had the same experience of having a major car repair bill and Endurance not covering one single item of the repair. When I purchased this warranty, I was told that I would have bumper to bumper coverage with the exception of a very few items. Oddly enough, I have only one more payment to make to complete my Endurance contract. Anybody want to take bets on if future repairs will be covered? NOT! Endurance, YOU STINK, and I will take every opportunity to post negative things about your pathetic excuse for a company on social media!

Claimed loss: $712.92

Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the full amount of my repair.

On October 26th, 2023, I had the dealership submit a claim to Endurance for the covered items within my policy. They denied everything immediately stating that the items are not covered, that only specific mechanical components are covered. I had already worked with the service writer on the failures to submit the items that are covered. I carry the Superior w/Tech & Turbo coverage. The claim was on the camshaft, rear axle failure, rear brake caliper failure, and the headlight motor failure. The service writer provided a high-level overview of the problems and Endurance failed to fulfill their obligation. I have submitted paperwork to my attorney showing the investigation by the repair facility and tied the service writeup to those covered parts, I even appealed the initial denial and they tried to say the REASON for the failure was not covered...even though the reasons for failures were not provided to Endurance, i.e., a short in the headlight causing a light when the short is the motor is shorted causing the headlight electrical motor to fail.

Desired outcome: $10,000 max payout plus attorney fees

Endurance Auto Warranty Company are frauds. They hide behind emails and they do not communicate well. I hold policy # (EVPU6280158) with Endurance. I wrote them to appeal a recent denial of my claim regarding my 2009 Outlander.

I was informed by then that my claim was denied due to the less likely probability of the issue not falling within the recommended threshold and being slightly outside the 145-mile waiting period (pre-existing condition). The denial was also based on the assertion that it was too soon for the issue not to be deemed a preexisting condition, particularly not of a catastrophic failure. When you call like an adult and attempt to communicate, they talk to you and never put anything in writing. They are extremely rude and there representatives lack integrity. Furthermore they know nothing about cars, but pretend like they do. They attempt to tell you about a catastrophic failure, however, they don't have a mechanics background.

I have been a satisfied owner of my vehicle, and encountering no problems since its purchase. As soon as I noticed an issue, I promptly took the vehicle to a reputable repair shop (Aamco), emphasizing my dedication to maintaining the car and addressing any concerns promptly. Soon as I did that Edurance shown me their true colors. They denied my calm and laugh in my face. Furthermore, they have a arbitration, reconciliation, or mediation agreement in your contract.

They tell you if you have a disagreement to file for that, however when you file they leave you on the shelf! They don't even talk to you. Please be careful before dealing with these people they are not honest people.

Endurance Warranty Services Endurance extended warranty services no reason to decline my claim.

I purchased the Endurance extended vehicle coverage program in March 2022. However, after about a year, I decided to cancel it due to a declined claim I had experienced. I had reported a water pump leak to Endurance and they requested a chance to repair or replace it before I proceeded with the cancellation. Additionally, they lowered my monthly payment to persuade me to keep the coverage.

After five months, following Endurance's recommendation, I took my car to the car shop they referred me to, expecting the repair to be approved. Unfortunately, despite the pressure test confirming the water pump failure, Endurance denied the claim. I spent the entire morning trying to reach someone who could assist me and make a decision, but it proved to be impossible. Every time I provided the requested information, they would come up with additional reasons not to cover the repair.

To make matters worse, they asked if I had a record of a 100,000-mile coolant refresh. While I do carry coolant in my car to maintain the fluid level, I do not have receipts for the coolant purchases. This requirement seems unreasonable and has added to the frustration.

It is frustrating to receive such terrible service, especially considering that I have always been current with my payments. Moreover, the cost of repairing the water pump is not significant compared to the hassle I have endured.

Desired outcome: I sincerely hope that addressing these concerns will result in a resolution that involves the approval of the claim to replace the water pump and leads to improved service in the future.

Endurance Warranty Services Extended warranty coverage

I purchased a used BMW and those are expensive to repair, so I figured I would see what Endurance had to offer after THEY CONTACTED ME from a google search. The sales rep told me that he also has a BMW and had to file a claim and they paid for everything, except the $500 deductible. He also informed me that it would cover everything except maintenance and was the absolute best plan, so I went with it paying just over $215/month. I noticed recently my rear air bags were leaking, so I took it to BMW since although they will cover a repair by any ASE certified mechanic, no one in the area will work on a BMW, so I pretty much have to go to the dealership. After they contacted Endurance to tell them my car needed rear airbags, they were told that Endurance will only cover aftermarket cheaper parts found elsewhere, which BMW will not install and will not warranty. So now I have no dealership to install the aftermarket parts that only Endurance will cover because they are cheaper. I called Endurance and spoke to a rep who told me that it is up to the Administrator's discretion to cover either manufacturer or factory parts, which is a very small part of my contract and was never actually disclosed to me. Although it is in my contract, when I was verbally sold this contract, NONE of this was said and I was actually told that this plan was great for my type of car and would cover everything on the car besides maintenance (tires, headlights,) The rep I spoke to on the phone regarding this issue specifically informed me that they contacted other parts stores which were cheaper and gave me the contact info for other auto repair shops to see if they will work on my car. This is ridiculous. When buying any luxury/high end car, not just any auto shop will or can work on the car. Now, they are only covering a measly $500 (or so) to my almost $2,000 bill. After review, there are many lawsuits open regarding this exact issue with this company, so I am now looking into this.

Desired outcome: I want them to cover the repair for the recommended dealer parts or refund my money paid over the past year and cancel my contract since I have never filed a claim.

Endurance Warranty Services Endurance vehicle warranty

In janurary I opened an extender warranty with endurance . Iv had it until until September and I tried using it. They denied it claiming it was a pre existing condition and my warranty was only just opened in August when it was opened in janurary and I still have the email to prove it. They are scamming people. I'm told if I canvel my warranty and get a refund it's pro rated. So I'd only get back roughly $200 out if all the money these criminals took.

I took my ford truck to the ford dealer because I had engine light on they sent papers to endurance for fuel line and something else then after putting them in the light was still on so they scanned it again it needed a wire harness so the dealer sent the part number in they said right away it was not covered witch I found out it is covered when I contacted them they said yes it would be covered but they worked on it before they were contacted witch is notg so they had the other parts in it thats why they had to scan it again it didnt tell them at the time it had a wire problem also at that time so why was this denied I want some answers that is not a bunch of crap just so they can rip me off. And thats all it is

I did not try and rip them off my policy is paid in full I know it cost me more to go with ford but this is wrong and im going to see if this letter does anything at all

If not im going to cancel both policyes and find a company that doesnt rip me off

Another thing when I bought the policy they didnt tell me I would pay more for parts if they found them cheaper my deductable qwas sopose to be 100.00its never been under 500.00 I did not complain to bad at that but now they say the did not order a harness witch they did your company just dont know how to read part numbers I guess im really disapointed with this

Endurance Warranty Services Refusal of claims after the waiting period

June 14, 2023, Contract purchased. July 30, 2023 I broke down 4 hrs from my home-husband was forced to do an emergency repair on a Sunday-called Endurance no answer/closed on Sunday. I tried to go online and file a claim but the system said I did not exist despite using my contract number. On Monday I called the number listed on the site for claims-asked what I needed to do and how. Told the CSR that answered that I needed to open a claim. I assumed that person was opening a claim-turns out that person didn't do anything and on 8/22/23 the claim was denied because it "wasn't filed in 5 days" and the "person I spoke with was not an adjuster" - I had no idea what the persons title was but I was calling on the 'claims number' from the website. On my way home after the emergency repairs, 8/1/2023 my transmission started grinding. I made it home, informed our mechanic, he had emergency eye surgery but we called and gave the information for a claim. We were told an inspector needed to come out and see the truck. We waited, nearly 2 weeks and the inspector showed, provided all receipts and all information. 8/22/23 Endurance denied the claim saying that the issue was preexisting and "I should have known", "I must have heard it for weeks before I was out of the waiting period", etc. etc. I was treated like I was lying and as if I had planned to break down. They had incorrect dates, incorrect information, and refused to hear my side. They assumed that the torque converter was damaged prior to the report of the claim - there isn't info about what is causing the failure. The main denial info is - 18 days past waiting period and 639 mi past waiting period hence none of these parts could possibly breakdown within the time frame! I am flabergasted at the treatment and the "assumptions" and the "guesses" and the lack of correct informaiton.

Desired outcome: Full refund of contract payment purchase - I paid in full. $4007.+.

There was a delay in resolving this issue because I was tied up with medical appointments out of state. A diligent and considerate representative of Endurance listened to my complaints and agreed to a full refund as per my request. I have agreed to resolve this complaint as per the contract for a full refund. I stated in my complaint that a full refund would resolve my issues; Endurance has agreed to refund my purchase price - Our business interactions have been concluded.

I think of all the bad reviews, most people are right, there crooks, there banned in several states, they dont pay there bills, do not honor there warrantees, a lot of auto repair co wont use them, so when I couldn't get my truck repaired I canceled my second policy, 3 months ago, were on ss they promised to refund my money $ 1900 of $ 3000 then the pig said it was now $900 was going to send it out the 7 th of aug still nothing I think the fed ins commission, and feds should look into them for fraud and fed bank fraud do not buy a ins policy from them you will be sorry mike g
