unauthorized billing
Every month for about 3 months $48.87 has systematically been debited form my account. I in no way gave out my credit card details or bought any-thing online. How can they do this? It has really spooked me out!

charged me after I called and cancelled
After looking at this Complaints Board website, this scam outfit - epoch.com and their questionable affiliates - has obviously had a lot of complaints filed about their so-called "services". Now it's my turn to add one...
Consider this a warning to any other of epoch.com's potential victims!
Several months ago I made the mistake of temporarily joining one of their adult websites - namely, "mysweetasian.com". "Conveniently" for them, and after searching that site for more than an hour, there was no indicated way to cancel that membership!
I've called epoch.com at least THREE TIMES since then to cancel that membership through them directly, but they've just billed me AGAIN! Their code on my bank's billing statement was [protected] CA.
So again, consider this a warning...
Epoch.com is obviously a criminal operation, or at least a fraudulant outfit. Personally I'm going to keep trying to cancel that "mysweetasian" account by any means neccesary - even if it means contacting legal authorities. Just do yourself a favor and don't fall into the same trap...
It's not worth it!

Epoch.com is a third party website that allows for 'discreet' billing on your bank and credit card statements. Often, the company you originally did business with is an adult website. If you've ever signed up for a free-trial of any sorts (even for products) it's very likely that it's coming from them. You have to fill out a form on the epoch.com website for the payment to be accepted, so it's often a legitimate charge that people either forget about, or don't realize. You can dispute the charge with your bank if it's on your credit card, but canceling the number won't necessarily stop them. They're very proud of their billing practices, and 95% of the time their charges are legitimate. It may not even necessarily have been you: think of who has access to your cards (spouse, children, friends, family) and try to get to the bottom of it. To make it stop, you have to cancel with the original company you did business with.
Also, this website is a complain forum for EVERYTHING not 1 company specifically. They won't reply to your email because you didn't send it to anybody. The address for the website you're on is complaintsboard.com, it's not a company, it's just a forum. You were charged by a company - you have to complain to them

The above 2 debits to my savings account at westpac bank in australia are completely unknown to me and I suspect a mistake or fraudulent debit transactions to my account vias my linked debit card. Please reverse these transactions and stop or cancel any possible subscriptions I may have in existence in this regard. I am on a pension and I barely eak by on this - these unatorised debits will literally be the death of me. Please assist me as I have no idea whatsoever about these transactions and/or subscriptions - I ask that you please refund this money asap as I cannot survive this situation.
My name is given above and so is my email. My address is 23/10 dowling steeet, woolloomooloo 2011, new south wales in australia.
Thankyou for your anticipated help and kindness with this very unhappy situation for me.
Regards,
Tim hine
Ya know TIm, one thing I have found out since I have been on Social Security Disability here in Oregon, USA, and that is NOT to mention (other than here, of course) that you are just eking by and are on a fixed income. I dont completely understand the thinking behind this, but we are prime targets for frauds like this. This is not the only fraudulent company to hit my Debit Account, and from now on, I am Self Employed, Baby! Just a thought, from experience.

also, this website isn't your bank. It's merely a forum for complaints so that consumers can be better educated about who they give their bank information & credit card numbers to. If you want to make a formal complaint, you will have to contact your bank directly. This website has nothing to do with why you're being charged
charged on debit card
Okay, this is what you do: 1. Call epoch [protected] 2. You'll be asked for the card number being billed - they need it to find your record of charges 3. Give them the number without wasting 10 minutes arguing which will result in you giving it to them anyway [if they're billing you they already have your info, they just need to locate your acct...

We have recently noticed, on our bank statements, unauthorized amounts totaling 61.49 coming out over the last 3 months. We wrote to the bank asking them to refuse any transactions related to Epoch.com/EUEpoch.com. Today we had our bank statements through & there was another transaction for £21.05. My Fiance phoned the bank to ask why this had been allowed as we had already told them not to, & were informed that it was a card transaction & that they had no power to stop this. I must admit that this beggars belief as in my experience there is not a fat lot that a bank cannot do! My partner has now gone to our bank, (Natwest), to try & sort this out. I have e-mailed epoch & am waiting for a response. If anyone else has had problems with this lot please reply to this post. Also if anyone has any information on these people, please let me know.

Please do not charge my bank account at Tony M Chau. I do not remember or recall buying anything from you, yet you've charged me $24.95 on July 15, 2019 and $29.99 on July 16, 2019. IF I find any further charges or no refunds to my bank account, prior to my knowledge, then your company will hear from my lawyer as will press charges.
