I'm writing to complain for my mum who was taken advantage of your free trial scam as money was deducted from her credit card. We tried calling the number provided but it says it is disconnected, wow how convenient this is not acceptable and she wishes to cancel the fake subscription thank you. I can't believe that this so called company is getting away with this crap. I have seen other comments here with the same problem and complaints I think if this doesn't stop maybe A current Affair would like to contacted about this and maybe it will be resolved and black listed 😡😡😡
Scam. When phoned to find out why $$$ was constantly being taken from my account they quickly cancelled my "subscription" & stated that they had already sent out the next product for their "gold club" & when I receive it, to call & get a number to verify product being returned & that I would get a full refund. I received product ( left it in packaging) & phoned. NO I would not get a full refund , "My supervisor has advised that you can keep the product & we will refund you half the amount in 3-5 business days". Well, 2 "live" chats later (& a month waiting for refund), it STILL has not appeared in my account even after they apologised saying it was an I.T. department fault and would be processed immediately. Hahaha...still waiting a week later!
