from Belgrade, Nikola Tesla to Melbourne, Essendon, departure 03/02/2024, and return 25/02/2024.
For the return flight I have got an email form AIR Serbia that connected flight from Zurich to Belgrade has been updated, and departure form Zurich to Belgrade was moved from 9:35, flight number JU371 to 15:05, flight number JU373.
I could not check in on-line, so I went to the Zurich Airport earlier to check myself at the counter.
They said that they did not see me in a 'system' and that I did not have a ticket for updated flight at 15:05 JU373. They referred me to Air Serbia, because it supposed to be their flight. AIR SERBIA did not have their representative/agent on Zurich airport 2h before the flight. Officer at Swissport Ticket Center said it was Etihad Airways responsibility.
I called AIR SERBIA help center in Zurich, and they also said it was Etihad Airways responsibility.
Etihad officer in Melbourne could not give me a ticket form ZUR to Belgrade, because 'it was AIR SERBIA responsibility.
Two hours before flight I had no ticket from ZUR to Belgrade, no one who could help me, because Etihad Airways does not work on weekends, no one to turn on.
After 22h flight and 6h waiting at the Zurich airport I had no ticket and no one to turn on. One hour before flight in 15:05 am, and several calls to AIR SERBIA I have got my ticket.
This is unacceptable for such a large airline.
