I had booked two Etihad airline tickets on 27th Jan 2023 at INR 91660 per ticket (Total INR 183320) using my Master Credit Card number ending with 5014.

Due to family emergency, I had cancelled both these tickets on 4th May 2023. These were refundable tickets. Etihad airways call center has informed that the refund process has been initiated and approved as per details given below:

The refund amount approved is as follows: (as informed by Etihad call center):

INR 81160 for booking reference U62BNY and ticket # [protected]

INR 81160 for booking reference UE2NTA and ticket # [protected]

I have not received the refund amount for these two tickets as of today 28th Nov 2023. It is almost 7 months from the date the tickets were cancelled.

I kindly request you to look into this and ensure that the approved amount of INR 162320 is credited to my credit card immediately.
