I booked an eithad ticket on 28th-March-2024 from eithad platform for 3 people travelling from Delhi to London for 28th-April-2024. I did made the payment and amount was debited from my account but I didn't received the ticket. So, I called eithad customer care and they gave me NPBCVJ reference number and they said there was some issue because of that payment failed, but bank did confirmed they have already processed the transaction from their side and its pending from eithad either to approve or reject. Transaction reference number is [protected].
Now eithad is saying it will take 7-15 days for my refund and I can't book another ticket as I don't have enough money in my bank to book another ticket as the money is not being credited to my account and the prices of flights are increasing on daily basis for that date and not sure even I will find a ticket for that day.
There is a case which is open on eithad side - [protected]. Need urgent resolution as I have to book the ticket and I can't postpone my travel dates and because of this I am under lot of mental stress.
