lottery scratch off tickets
At 10:40 after work I proceeded to go inside to buy my scratch off which I have been doing for months every night once I get off work I go inside and I proceed to buy a scratch off this day a young man by the name of Jay told me that the machine was closed they are not selling lottery tickets after 10 which didn't make any sense to me since the cash out machine closes at 12 I'm a regular customer at this gas station and this young man I had never seen before and it really really made me upset in Dish and I had to sit outside in my car for additional 20 minutes to wait for the next shift to come in so that I can try to buy a scratch off ticket

Cashier at this location is giving the wrong change to customers and when you tell him that he gave you the wrong change he lies and says he gave you the right amount. I have also heard from other customers that the same thing has happened to them at this location with this particular individual working there. He refused to give me the right change when I told him about it. I asked him for his name but he refused to telll me. He was tall, middle eastern guy who worked at this location on Wednesday November 6th, 2019 at 7pm.

I work for a special need facility and we pick up individuals in two counties. I stop every morning at the Liberty, Mississippi location. I always buy numerous things. Well the lady that is there every morning, I assume she is the manager has always given me a cold attitude. I notice she doesn't treat everyone else this way. In fact this morning she was again cold and mechanical to me, yet she was smiling and pleasant to the guy in front of me. It's getting to the point where I am about to stop shopping there for my snacks and drinks. I am very pleasant and always say good morning and attempt to engage in nice conversation, but she remains cold. Please could you address this with her.

I went to an exxon today and ordered 3 items. Thats it! . long story short I was overcharged and when I called back to tell the Guy what happened h3 said okay and hung up in my face. I immediately called back and my number was already blocked. Im disgusted by the way i was treated. I will never go to another exxon in my life. I recently visited as station in pleasantville nj. i usually go to a sonaco station, but i have rewards from acme i ended of leaving because i waited ten minutes and no one help me when I looked at the price of gas it was 30 cents higher then all nearby stations I had 20 cents off a gallon and would still pay more. I'm driving for Washington Flyer taxi, I do put gas every night or morning, this is not the first time that I see every single day most of the pump are out off service, this time was the same, I moved my car to other pump to put gas, & the guy his name was Mohamad trying to collect Trush, was standing by pump & I wait for him to move that I can pull to the station pump, then I backed up & came to the pump & he came to me & started shutting on me & was telling me you [censored]ing Washington Flyer cannot see me I'm working, , & I asked him nicely I was waiting for you to move little bit that I can pullover to the pump, he started cursing me, then I lost my control I did cursing him to, he was cursing me more than 30 times for 10 minutes, & then one of your other employees nice women came out & she called him that you stop cursing customers, but he didn't care, & their was another driver came & he said, he's not only with you, he's fighting with every single driver or other people, I think he have some problems, he's not normal person, if he's working there & doing the same cursing arguments with customer, probably this gas station will lose a lot of customer. I frequent this station often. I noticed over a week ago that there were no security seals on the pumps. In the past there has always been security seals. I do not trust stations without security seals.
I mentioned this to station attendant and I also notified local law enforcement.
Due to the lack of response about replacing the security seals, I will not use this station anymore. I will also let as many people as possible know that this station does not use security seals on their pumps.

I got bad diesel from this gas station and because of this I'm having to have my entire fuel system replaced in my 2018 f250 platinum. Not only is not having my truck for work an inconvenience but the cost of replacing all of this is astronomical. Also the rental car as well as lost business due to the fact. How he got KaVon D Allen to work it is by saying I pay this amount everyday this was in of January February 2019 I will give you $10.00 everyday then Kavon D Allen said this not even enough to take care of myself your paying me nothing I want to say no but I know for a fact I need the money. I KaVon Allen Supervisor assistane might be fired also because the store manger said clean up therefore i Kavon Allen did he also took the keys day before yesterday on the 11/31/2019 in gave me the office key, its a rest area stop also. It was windy on the 11/31/2019 also on the first of December 2019 the crates was noticed inside the dumpster on December second the was still inside after the Supervisor assistane said to the store manager in assistane bwas busy at the time also on the first in second of December, do you know who througout the crates to the dumpster they said nothing KaVon Allen was asking? do you want me to take them out sir.!?, they said nothing then Kavon Allen; was demanded to go to his room, meaning the office, go home one of the managers said; once then said your room after KaVon Allen; said I'm I being dismissed!? or kinda felt fired ? December third 2019 beverage delivery truck pulled up delivering orders of beverage, they not also Letting the Supervisor assistane do his job 100% mean while, therefore the sales have a story stocking have a story, yes to day the morning shift pulled them out because the Supervisor in assistane also the manger in his assistant though they should be, supervisor in cashier didnt say nothing assistane didn't fill like they shouldn't be also.
The afternoon midday stuff not changing it they our refilling instead of changing in it's dirty the supervisor is doing the best he can but it's always something to say what not to do. Same for the hand sanitizer,

Nesquik this product have some problems this dairy product that Mobile Gasoline Station food store accepted to sale out there cooler it's not on mobile Gasoline Station food store it's on the Nesquik companies to better the products that's being delivered to the stores it's slob in the milk the rapper say low fat milk when it's slob inside the real milk protein.
The boost was left out when Kay put it in the cooler when got here. Flavor water was put inside he moved it back out of it. Or is this supposed to be put in the cooler also V8 splash supposed to be put in a cooler also every product and beverage is supposed to be put in the cooler that's what Kay thought.?
Exxon Mobile Gasoline Station 17500 Dixie Hwy. Yesterday 11/24/2019 shift pick up around 6:00pm around 1:00 or 2:00pm Store Manager Assatance Ken, didn't stock the cooler with the new products that came in two three days earlier. Supervisor Ka Von Allen Aka ShottiKeyMon stocked the cooler to put the new products that was delivered to Mobile Gasoline Station food center. Kay said to Ken I stocked the Cooler therefore we don't have to walk to the back of the store to make it easier. Ken take upon his self move ever beverage Packages products in the boxes back to where they need not to be. Ken ask for help but when he get he go against it. Then talk to you like your doing wrong the Ken leave the products in the walk way instead of making room for the products can go on the Shelf.
Today the store Manager paid Ka Von D Allen $10.00 when he said it after he paid his phone bill it's that I'm working when I asked for the other half of the money Ka Von D Allen also should him the receipt. Before today the phone bill was informed to the Store Manager I don't know think it's a [censored] in town but it show a sing of I know better then going against the words I said they also can't put the money on the card.
Mobile Gasoline Station store managers been mistrating there supervisor property owner taking his mail not informing him about what's been going on not letting him see the package ls giving away the packages to the home improvements. Taking phone's Ka Von D Allen don't know what's there problems they want say either but they disrespectful in some type of way.
Only thing I had to do was drink some Neisy Milk to use for some cleaning supplies for the 12:00am midnight swift to do my supervisoring part of the job descriptions work around 3:00 cleaning up getting ready to open up for coffee in donuts. Anyway the midnight cashier in not paying for the supervisor Zusus Ammon KaVon Allen Swift. Like normally.

Stopped here to refill car. Could hardly seen the screen & had to get the actual receipt inside as no paper could be printed out. Terrible, terrible gas station for an ExxonMobile facility. You should go in for a surprise inspection as you will be appalled at what you find. I never stop to buy anything inside the store but usually have to use the bathrooms. The woman's bathroom was filthy as well as the men's as I had to use the men's as the woman's was out of order. (I checked inside to make sure it was) . If I had wanted to purchase an soda fountain drink, most of that was out of order also.
Needs thorough cleaning inside and out. I will never stop at this station ever again. It is at exit 18 I-75 in Valdosta GA.

This is another stop I made, mostly for bathroom but had to get some fuel also. This facility was again filthy along with unreadable pumps. One bathroom only which was also in terrible conditions. I really do believe you should have reps in the area to do surprize visits as these managers/owners obvisiously do not care about the
condition of their facility nor have any respect for the EXXONMOBILE brand.
He also was charging 20 cents for a gallon in comparison to the next station, which
was only 5 miles away (we were not aware of that & now we know, we will never
stop at this location again).

fraud, swipe extra amount on my credit card
On October 5, 2019 (4:35pm) at Exxon Mobile, Address 4212 US-130, Willingboro, NJ 08046. I was stop by this gas station to fill my gas on my way back to NYC. The sales man was a bit races, when he looked at me in a very weird way. He said, he needs to bring my credit card into his small room to make the payment. He was holding onto my credit card for more than five minutes and he was out of my eyesight for a period of time. He went into the room for like three times with my credit card in his hand. So, I don't know how much he swipe and I don't even know if he make copies of my credit card information. Then, when he hand me my recipe it says $49.74 which is already expensive than my usual price to fill up my gas because usually it will only take $45 bucks to fill up with Premium level. But, yesterday I accident said Midgrade oil. The price came out to be more expensive than my usual premium level gas. I don't want to complaint about this. But, what's really upsetting me was that on the recipes it says $49.75. But, he actually swipe $60 thinking that I won't really check my bank statement. This is ridiculous, how can a big company like this make fraud and swipe extra amount of money to customers. That's why when I hand him the tip before leaving, he was lookin very guilty and struggle if he should take the tip or not.

Since the first use of the mobile I found a network cut at different intervals
I used another mobile for the same network and the same site and there was no network hacking
I went to the after-sales service center and already told me there was a problem with the mobile industry defect.
The customer service center received the device and asked me to wait for the replacement report.
After 5 days I was informed that the phone is intact and has no defects.
I made a complaint in the National Consumer Protection Agency because I want a mobile without defects.
Samsung Egypt does not respect its customers. Only sell without any rights to customers?
I paid money and did not benefit from it and did not find its value, in addition that I have borne the burden of buying another mobile from another brand to not disrupt my business

Please note as a forward introductio I have been a loyal customer of Exxon/Mobil since 1991 with no issues what so ever. Alas, today, I do a have a complaint. While pumping gas this morning at the above gas station I placed the pump in my car, pushed the clip in place, and returned to sit inside my car since it was a bit chilly out. I was in need of approximately a little under 1/2 a tank of gas, rough estimate of $20.00, considering it was $2.79 per gallon. Therefore, when I glanced out the window and saw it was over $34.00 I knew something was wrong. I proceeded to jump out of the car, saw the handle was spurting gasoline out and then promptly disengaged the handle and returned it to the pump. My shoes were covered with gasoline, along with it being on my hands and some of jewelry. I went into the station were the attendant informed that there was nothing he could do but offered me a free car wash valued at $10.00 which I accepted since my car was covered in gasoline. I do not have the receipt to this since I did not want to further step in all the gasoline and was in a rush to get to work but I quickly took a picture of the pump. You can also verify this via my Mobil card receipt purchase on the monthly statement.
The intention of this letter is just to inform you of this error and request reimbursement of $15.00 in unused, unwanted gasoline and compensation for a new pair of shoes, approximately $25.00.

no upkeep, trashed out, sewage issues, gas pumps work occasionally.
Listen here, I would never let this place represent my company. The place was a Valero but they gave him the boot and now he is exxon. I live in the country and this is the closest store to my house but my family and all my neighbors drive a extra 7 miles instead of goin to this place anymore. He has sewage leaking out of a manhole for months and it smells awful and a constant green alagea in the parking lot. He lets big trucks park there overnight in a mud lot behind the store which keeps mud and mess everywhere in the parking lot and a bunch of shady characters hangin around. when he actually has gas or pumps are working he charges more than anyone else for it. There has been old furniture and stuff laying around the store for months. This guy is a joke, even the people who work there say that he doesn't care about that store at all and they are constantly dealing with either shady people or complaining customers. You guys have to address this, the pics don't do it justice. Go inspect yourself asap.

To purchase gas using my rewards card and my bank card there was a problem with the Point of Sale terminal; it would not accept the card/chip. The cashier told me "something is wrong with your card"; I informed him I had just used the card at another location and that his POS machine was not firmly mounted to the counter, that it kept moving. He stated it was new. I then asked why were all the numbers worn. He asked how do I know what I am doing if the numbers were worn and I replied that I know numerical keypads. Then he told me "you have no money on your card". By this time I am extremely angry with the way this man is talking to me. I asked him to reset the system, he did and the card registered appropriately. He told me "leave my store and do not come back".
This man was loud and extremely disrespectful and all the time he had an error on his end-
I use this station predominately for all my gas purchases but I really do not know if I am prepared to deal with this man again.

Either do something about it or I will sue the living hell out of your company due to negligence of staff.. Highly unacceptable.
